I deleted my first review otherwise I'd just update that one. I'd originally given them 1 star. I was owed money and I wasn't receiving any response from them.
But we did receive our money for everything that was owed to us. I'm planning on submitting more deals with them as I love selling on their site. (I haven't had anything to sell. We were waiting on payment so that we could get some more inventory, which we have once again! YAY)
Jenna always responds quickly and if she can help, she will.
I will update this after a few of my deals have ended with them.

First let me say that whenever I have to email the company, Jenna is quick to respond. She's great! She has all the answers, except for accounting issues which she refers me to that department. Unfortunately, they don't respond, and I haven't gotten paid for the last 6 DEALS I've had with them. In 2017 I had no issues with them. 2018 is a different story. I'm trying to run a business and in order to do that and provide for my family, I need to get paid.
They Finally Paid!. Apparently they are having problems during the ownership transition, but THEY PAID to our company. We are willing to keep working with them if they install a regular payment system for vendors. Jenna, one of their representative, always reply Our emails, that means they are serious, We hope they fix this sales platform because it is great.

We worked with Groopdealz in the past, they had issues with payment, and they finally paid, so we decided to start working with them again, now AGAIN they owe us more that $1500 and they don't even reply to emails, we just sent another email if they dont pay us, we will take legal action, at this point this platform is an scam, and that is a crime!
I didn't get paid for my last three deals just ran, and I shipped everything on time. Very frustrated and no one has been replying to my email. I gave them a deadline if they don't give me back my money by Wednesday, I will go hire a collection agency!

After many emails I have been given the run around. I have noticed the only way to get a solution is to leave a review on this site. The company only seems to pay the sellers who are posting publicly and making a scene, SO HERE I AM! Before heading off to hire a collection agency, I am hoping this solves my problems. I have been given the same copied and pasted message that many others have been given--

My heart goes out to them and I would love to see them get back on their feet so we can continue to do business with them but right now I have to quit. I will be submitting my collections claim by the end of November and I will follow up to tell other sellers what the end result was. Good luck to other sellers! Please do not shop from this company. They do not pay their vendors. It is hurtful financially and also emotionally to be stolen from by a company that is supposed to pay you for your products.

I got no issues with Eleventh Avenue way back 2015-2016, but I just read that you sold it to a new owner. I would like to get a response on how we are to get the payments so we can continue selling with you. I tried to email Holly and you Jenna before, but I got no response about my concern.
Like what I said, I got no issues before that is why we would like to continue doing business with you but would like assurance to get paid. Especially the remaining payments for our previous deals. After the payment for the deals, I will continue posting new and exciting products.

I wish I had seen all the reviews before I became a vendor. They owe me for two deals that I recently ran. I have another scheduled and want to cancel it do to the fact I don't want to lose more money with them. They are not responsive with their emails. It's very frustrating. It is a shame they can't get it figured out because other than not getting paid I found their site easy to sell on. Do not sell with them unless you are willing to loose your money.

They took my money. I haven't received an email to confirm. I called the credit card and it was confirmed that the transaction exists. I called customer service and still have not received a call back!

I don't think that this site is a scam, but they do take way too long to pay out. I have received about $1,000 from them from previous deals and am currently owed $3600 which they have released today.
I think they are going through some growing pains, but I don't think they have bad intentions.
With that being said, I do think they need to work on getting their vendors paid in a timely manner. That should be high on their priority list. If it is going to take longer than they say, TELL PEOPLE. COMMUNICATE WITH THEM so they are not expecting one thing and getting another.
You've really got to be on top of them and consistent to see them pay out sooner.
I will give them another chance and hope things work out because it is a good platform!

If i can save anyone the Time and frustration here it goes. I have Ran 4 deals on the site and they owe be over 1,000. They State that you will be paid after 95% movement on tracking number. NO payment... I have contacted Jenna and all she states is " Il look into it for you with accounting. Yet still NO Payment for the deals I ran. This Company is the biggest SCAM EVER! Runaway!

Absolutely a widespread problem. Items delivered with no payment. Next I am sure angry customers will be complaining because the vendors currently running will never be paid. Need a way to contact them. People need to stop shipping. Looking into criminal options now because this is thief on a big scale. Contacting the DA in their area and putting this in their hands as this needs to be stopped. I suggest others do the same. Owners name is below.

Long story short... it's been a nightmare trying to collect payment from Holly. We've been selling with them on and off for three years now. Every time we stop selling with them they beg us to come back with the promise that they will pay and that they have a whole new payment system to ensure payment. GroopDealz owes us over $6,000 for 17 deals we've ran in the last three months. We have not been paid a penny, and that's still with us contacting them every single day. It's obvious they can't run a business. I think that all US VENDERS need to get together and take legal actions. Join our Facebook page if you want to peruse legal action with us and other sellers.

DO NOT SELL WITH GROOPDEALZ! If you happen to leave a review you will get the standard answer from Jenna, "oh no! We are doing everything we can to get back to automatic payments" or the classic line "Please DM me and we will see what is going on and get you taken care of". We know what is going on, there is no money to pay vendors in full but please continue to lie to us or pay us a just a little bit of "hush" money until months go by and we start to complain again. Oh and they want you to continue to ship your orders to keep customers happy. Yeah, that is a good one. Let's be honest here Groopdealz, you are no JANE.COM and will never be. If you would like to get me "taken care of" then pay me what is owed. Don't give me your lame excuses they are insulting and repetitive.

Terrible experience as everyone else. We run 5 deals a month ago and payment was promised as soon as tracking were showing movement. A month later I'm still waiting my money and emails are not being answered by Holly or Jenna. STAY AWAY! SELL on JANE.COM.

I am updating my review because this issue has been resolved and I am very pleased. Holly has gotten back to me and has paid some of the amount owed. This is great because that means I can continue to sell on groopdealz. Thank you Jenna for helping me out with this issue.
Past review: I have ran a few sales on their site. They are quick to respond to uploading a deal but they are not quick to pay. I have sold 80 items and not one payment has been made. Jenna does respond to emails, but then says she is not involved with paying vendors. This is really disturbing. Legal action will be taken shortly.

I just started selling on Groopzdeal but still have not received my payment for my very first 2 deals. Im also not getting any response via email. We have active deals and pending orders that we are not going to ship until our payment issue gets resolved.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have been chasing GD for payment for 2 months. As a matter of fact, I have deals from early 2017 that haven't been paid. They owe my company nearly $5000.
We have pursued legal action to retrieve payment from the company that has been basically STEALING from my company for almost 2 years.
Sell on Jane. The platform is AMAZING. The support is INCREDIBLE. AND you get paid within 24 hours of the deal shipping! JANE FOR PRESIDENT.

I've only been selling to Groopdealz for a few months but one thing I notice is consistent with them: THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR VENDORS IN A TIMELY MANNER! I'm one of the many, many, many vendors who has to ask to get paid EVERY SINGLE TIME! Mind you, we're only talking $1000 or less for pay-outs but they still can't pay you in time. If you read other complaints here and elsewhere, some of their vendors are chasing them for thousands of dollars of unpaid deals. They say on their guidelines they pay you 3-5 days once the items start tracking. That's never been the case. Shouldn't there be any type of legal implications for not paying their sellers on time? I'd love to find out. For the time being, please pay the vendors!
