We have been owed thousands of dollars for over half a year. We have sent countless emails, talked with the CEO on the phone, and unfortunately have been lied to about getting paid. They eventually stopped responding after so many attempts at trying to get our money.
We understand that companies go through hard times. We wish them the best and hope they can eventually get enough cash flow to pay vendors on time, or even at all at this point.
Next stop will be the BBB and legal action.
Ran a deal in May and we are yet to receive payment. I have contacted them on four separate occasions and I am yet to receive a response from them.

Well, another month has passed and I have still not received a payout. Next month will be a year. I'm so tired of Jenna responding with, "I will look into it for you". This company is a thief! I intended to make money buy selling on your platform, not to loan you money. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
No payment again. Going on 10 months now. I have sent many requests. They just never reply. How do they decide who they pay?
I ran 2 deals in March of 2019 and it took about 8 emails and IM's the staff to finally get paid on one and the $300+ plus deal has still never been paid. Now I can't get an email back from Harrison, Holly or Jenna. This is BS and I sad because I will never list with them again. I am too small of a business to be out over $300 AND Shipping was never paid on ALL items. Very disappointing. ZERO PAYMENT STAY AWAY!

I ran some deals with Groopdealz through with my boutique and had some good sales. I was able to receive payment for both of the deals I ran and absolutely wonderful communication with the staff. They were transparent about their process and timeline and took good care of me. My payments were not immediate and did not come at the same time, but they were open about that and made sure I did receive them in a timely manner. I'm very thankful for their wonderful vendor service, response, and communication.

I was a seller on Groopdealz, however I haven't been paid since April 3,2018 - over a year ago! When I first started selling on Groopdealz, earlier in 2018, I didn't get paid. I sent them an email and they finally paid me within a few weeks. Not thinking anything of it, I kept selling through them. My mistake! After looking online, I now see that they don't pay any of their sellers, make excuse after excuse, and this has been going on since as far back as 2012. I've sent them countless emails requesting my money, but they always give the same excuses. I'm now in the process of taking legal action to get my money. Stay far away from them! They screw everyone over including their customers.

Big surprise here, after running a deal, here I am 2 months later with ZERO payment. I have emailed Jenna THREE times and the emails go unanswered. I was promised a new payment system-so I ran a deal and NOTHING. If you're a customer, please don't purchase, as they don't actually pay the person sending you the product. If you're a vendor, you would have to be CRAZY to work with them. Three of my neighbors (also sellers) are owed money from Groopdealz as well- that's just in my little neighborhood. I think it is time to contact local news companies to help spread information about what is going on. This is theft.

I gave this company a second chance with the new ownership but nothing has changed. They do not pay their vendors. I have sent 6+ emails to both Holly and Jenna. Jenna sends you to Holly stating she doesn't handle accounting/payments and Holly just does not respond. I was hoping new ownership would step up and appreciate their sellers, but it seems they only value a few. Over 2 months and no payments on 3 deals. Moving on to other sites that understand sellers are a valuable part of this business.

It's been months and i've reached out to Holly and Jenna several times... they do not respond. Just trying to get paid for 1 deal that we have shipped to customers! No matter how small the amount you will not be paid. DO NOT SELL WITH THEM.

I have reached out to Holly and still have no response in regards to my payments. I am still waiting on two deals, one that ended January 31st and one that ended the beginning of March. The website states that once a deal is shipped, a payment will be received within 2-3 days, more like 2-3 months. I know some people rely on this money for their own business and for taking care of their family. I would just like to be paid.

Ah! I gave Groopdealz yet another chance- they promised new ownership and also a new payment system. Well, the deal ran. I shipped my items and still TWO months later, two emails to Jenna, NO MONEY! Why are vendors still working with them? My next step is to contact a local news company in hopes news stories will let customers and vendors to stay away!

Im a vendor for Groopdealz. I have been very patient thinking they would reach out and start to payment. They have not. I have 50 plus deals that are not paid. Avoid this company completely. Learn from my (and several other small business owners) mistake. We trusted them, sold and shipped thousands of dollars of inventory - only to be left fighting for payment (which comes in small batches, incredibly sporadically, if at all). I've been emailing and contacting about the $856.65 they still owe me for deals run and shipped MONTHS ago! It's absolutely inane how they're still online. I'll be sending my lawyer their way shortly. If anyone else reads this and is interested in a class action lawsuit - let's band together and get our $$ - reach out!

This has been a terrible experience. During 11/1012/10/2018, I ran 33 deals with them. None of those deals were paid within the time frame they posted in their payment guidelines. I did wait till Jan 4 to finally email a couple people from the company directly asking for my full payment with not much luck. I finally took the matter to BBB on Jan 22 and Groopdealz kept dragging it out by paying me only 1-3 deals at a time. BBB closed my case on Feb 15 and Groopdealz still owes me payment for 2 deals. Not sure if I ever get paid for those. I'm gonna stick with Jane.com from now on. Lesson learned.

They were very transparent with me and were able to get me taken care of in a timely manner. They did mention that the previous owners damaged the business but they have been working to get it back in shape. I appreciated their honesty and not giving up! I will continue to sell and buy from them!

This review will follow with the majority of the others on this site, Groopdeals doesn't pay their vendors. I have several deals they still haven't paid me on, even though I received an email directly from Harrison, the CEO saying they would get it taken care of. That was two weeks ago, and I still haven't been paid. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB, as that seems to be the only way to get paid, that or having a lawyer send them a letter threatening a lawsuit. These guys are going to go bankrupt. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

1/8/19 I am owed over $6700 yet I received $1672 after sending countless emails. This company needs to be shut down permanently. They are liars and thieves. They only respond for public images purposes. A matter of fact, Jenna is the only person to respond. Holly has never responded to my emails in regards to this issue. If you do not leave a review or contact them about receive funds, they will not pay you. For someone reading this, DO NOT SELL on this site. They will plead and make promises about improvement that they fail to follow through.

Don't go near them. They still haven't paid us for multiple deals run in 2018. No response to emails. Then they have the nerve "invite" us back to sell with them when they see a hot product selling on a competitor's site. What a joke. I hope they all land in jail for theft.

Things didn't go as planned and the previous owner has taken back over control of the company to prevent it from going bankrupt.
