I have orders dating back to Jun 2020 - it is now Sept and have yet to get them in the mail- Emailed 6 times requesting a refund and or update with no response. They are horrible! I don't see how a company can take your money and never sent your stuff or give you a refund- The no response is the final straw for me. I have deleted the app.
Placed an order a month ago. No one will respond to my messages about when my item is to arrive and no sign of it. Very unhappy.
Groopdealz does NOT pay their vendors. Ran a deal in March and sent all items out and no payment from groodealz.
I did receive a reply to my concern. Groopdealz did refund my money upon request. Still will wait to order from again though until they can get their shipping dates back within a reasonable time limit. They were a great company to order products from at a discounted rate in the past, hopefully they will be able to get back to the way they used to be. If COVID ever passes and people can get their shipping back on schedule I'll give them another try.
I ordered from this app many times in the last and haven't had issues. Most recently though I ordered an item on June 18. Expected to ship on June 29. Order status still says processed over a month later. They of course took my money, but haven't sent my item. They also have not responded to my emails asking where my item is. Will be disputing this transaction with PayPal since that's they only way I'll get my money back. Horrible customer service as of late!
I have ordered from Groopdealz over the last few years and have never had any trouble with the company until this year. I ordered a cell phone case in January and message stated my order was being processed, by May I still hadn't received my order and the expected ship date was in January. I asked for a refund and eventually had received my money back. I should of learned my lesson but I decided to give them one more chance, I ordered a maxi dress in June and expected ship date was a few days later, I still have not received the dress. I have emailed Groopdealz and the seller with no response. I hope to get my money refunded and will NEVER order anything else from them in the future. I will stick with ordering from Jane from here on out. Much better customer service and reliable sellers.
I ordered 2 items that been processing for almost a month! I tried reaching out to customer service but sadly that part of the site was down so then I figured out a way to reach out and I have reached out 7 times asking for a tracking number all my attempts have gone ignored. Now the site isn't there but they have taken my money. I feel taken advantage of.
I ordered something in February. I still don't have it. I'd be fine with it IF Groopdealz and/or the seller would be in communication throughout all of this. They have been spotty at best. Disappointed for sure.
2/18: Purchased items through Groopdealz website.
4/12: Contacted Groopdealz to inquire about shipping status.
4/18: Return email from Groopdealz to say covid negatively impacted business and seller would contact me within 48 hours.
4/27: Seller apologized, shared how covid impacted business, offered a refund or to get me the items I purchased the following week.
4/27: I reply to seller stating that I would still like the bags.
5/14: I contact Groopdealz and seller to share that I haven't received the bags and request an update; I share my frustration with their communication.
5/22: I contact Groopdealz and seller again to state that I haven't heard an update.
5/22: Seller apologizes and shares that they will be shipped to me the moment they get to the warehouse.
6/15: I contact both Groopdealz and seller and ask for delivery update. No reply from them.
6/21: I still don't have the bags. I request to have the bags in hand or a refund by 6/26 or I will post negative reviews.
6/29: No bags, no refund, no communication from Groopdealz or seller.
I orded something almost 4 weeks ago. I never received it nor a update if it was being processed. I emailed several tones with no response. I finally got someone to respond. They kept saying waiting on vendor to respond. If it takes 4 weeks to receive something you dont need them as vendors. They acted if they did not want to give me a refund. I received it. I will say this was my fist and last time ordering from them.
I placed an order TWICE... from Lucy and Lydia (however I do not blame their company). I NEVER received the order and ultimately had to cancel. My money was returned the first time. Am waiting for the second refund. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...
I have ordered many items from them. It's your typical "fast fashion" company. Cute tops but not great quality. I ordered my last purchase on February 17th. I'm still waiting. I will NEVER order from them again.
I used to love shopping at Groopdealz until I had placed an order early February and never got it after a month. Keep in mind that I had shopped with them many times before this and tracking was always provided a couple days later. I emailed, left messages on their Facebook and finally sent a message on instragram. No one ever replied until I finally got a response on Instagram. I was told they were having system issues and that they would ship out my order along with an extra item. Fast forward a couple days and I messaged them again asking for tracking and the response said they were looking for the receipt and that it was shipped out. Well next day I got tired of the BS so I said they either needed to provide me with tracking or send me a refund. Again they assured me that they shipped it out but that they would provide me a refund anyways. Finally after almost two months of nagging them they finally gave me a refund and I'm sure you can guess that I never did receive the package they say they sent which is fine by me since I got my refund. Ladies, please do not purchase from this company. I keep seeing so many posts from people saying they haven't received their order. I can't stand companies that do this and it is so unfortunate because they were so great. I will never shop with them again. Please don't stop trying to get your money back because the whole COVID excuse is a lie and they been having problems for many months now.
This has to be the worst company ever to work with. They never pay on time and still owe my company over a thousand dollars from 7 months ago. No returned emails, calls, anything. They just take your money and run. Am in the process of taking them to small claims court now. Stay away whether your a vendor or customer. Terrible. It's no wonder they lost a ton of market share to there competitors over the years. Sad company with terrible values. Can't imagine how many people they have completely screwed over. The picture is of the deals we have not been paid on that shipped out and ran almost 7 months ago.
My shop sold items on GroopDealz in the fall of 2019. It is now March 30,2020 and I have sent e-mail after e-mail trying to get someone to answer me. Still no response and I'm assuming now I probably won't get paid for the items sold. VERY SAD to say the least. I'm beyond frustrated. A terrible way to conduct business.

I was a seller on Groopdealz for a couple years and they owe my company several thousand dollars and have not paid us. We have emailed many many times and still nothing. We are now going to take them to court. Do not do business with Groopdealz / Eleventh Avenue.

I never post vocally when Groopdealz fails to pay us vendors, but it has gone on too long to continue in silence. I ran deals during the holiday season. My payments were late, but every time I emailed in I would soon see payment. I'm still missing several hundreds of dollars for deals that have been shipped for over 2 months. I've emailed Holly with zero response, I've emailed Jenna with some response back from her. Jenna has stated there isn't much she can do to help me. I've gotten ahold of Harrison via test, but he tells me I'll get paid and then the payment never comes. I follow-up again and then he tells me I'll get paid in a few more days. I tried to setup a call with him, but when I asked when a good time would be. He ignored me and so nothing came of that. I've been emailing since before Christmas for this last payment. Their automatic payment system was awesome, but they stopped using it and didn't communicate that to any vendors. I hope that these individuals that work for Groopdealz can somewhat understand how scary this is for us vendors. We sign a contract when we run deals and their side of that contract hasn't been held up. When payment issues arise we get the run around and are often ignored. I think in situations like this communication and follow through is definitely key. They don't see the severity of this or put themselves in our shoes. For some of us it's the way we have paid our bills or support our family. I've loved running deals with Groopdealz, but this lack of payment is not only sad it's frustrating and illegal. We never get an apology or open communication which they expect us to communicate when we have customers who have questions. I've always done my best as a vendor and never have felt they value us vendors. They stopped letting all small business vendors post on their site. The only vendors now are their own personal businesses. They are buying product and listing that. They are making money... I've got to get paid.

We were able to talk with the owner and resolve pending payment. We were told that they were running into some problems with PayPal submitting payments.

We were able to settle up our balance from our prior review. We are now back to not receiving payments. We've emailed Janna as is always said to do on here without any results. Next step will be a BBB complaint to be added among the many there already, and then looking to file with small claims court. We were already setup with automatic payments previously, so they must have turned them off. Perhaps they needed extra money for Christmas? No idea why this keeps happening with them.
Starting selling with GroopDealz last year. At first no issues with payments, they came as promised. Starting in December I had to request payment 3 weeks after my sales ended. I did receive that payment. I am now missing payment for 3 sales I ran at the beginning of January. I have contacted support several times with no answer. I understand things come up, but sellers deserve a response as to where their money is!

I wish they would just figure it out. Tension with sellers causes tension with buyers. There are over 80 1 star reviews here, do they think buyers don't see this. 1 star on the BBB. DON'T FORGET TO REVIEW ON GOOGLE: Search Groopdealz draper utah.
I used to love selling for groopdealz, they paid within 45 days (maximum) and I didn't have to chase after them. I don't know why I still post with them, I'm hoping they figure it out and go back to how great they were before.
I have to chase to hope to get paid, I don't think this matters, they seem to ignore everything anyway. No response to ANY emails, no communication at all unless it's customer specific. They expect you to ship out in a timely manner, answer emails, be out money both in product/time/shipping but with no guarantee you're going to get paid at all.
UPDATE: I am not getting any emails from them, even sales emails as of September, go daddy has informed me that they have been blacklisted. Look on the MX Toolbox (do a google search) and type in groopdealz.com, they are a blacklisted domain.

I have asked too many times to count to get a payment for a deals ran several months ago and nothing. They claim they have automatic payment system in place, yet we have had to email and email to get paid.
Making a public review helps and submitting complaints on BBB is the only way I get any help. Why can't Groopdealz fix their auto payment system so vendors are paid after they ship the items per their vendor agreement! Please send payment for deals: ******* and *******.

Made a BBB complaint and review on here. Still nothing. I was responded to that they will look into it, but all it was, was words at this point.
I have asked about 5 times to get a payment for a deal ran months and months ago and nothing. I have been set up on automatic payments and have not had a problem of getting paid on deals (with the exception of fraud orders on some deals, in that case I get wrong payments), but this deal was before the autopay and it is impossible to get paid for it by asking Holly, who does the accounting for a payment. Making a public review helps and submitting complaints on BBB is the only way I get any help. Why does it take more than just a company email to finally get paid? Please send payment for deal 201842. Also please send correct payments for deals 203899, 204634, and 211400.
Groopdealz owes me over $3000. They wont answer phone calls and are ignoring my emails. Holly takes care of the accounting and sending payments. Since I wouldnt get a response back I looked up information to contact the CEO, well Holly and the CEO have the same last name, maybe family or husband and wife? Something is fishy and no wonder no one in the office can voice to Holly about making payments to vendors. I gave them 1 week to pay us, or we will seek out a lawyer and slap them with a lawsuit. It has been over 3 months and they are hurting our business so we may seek out damages as well. We even asked for just 1 payment to show they are wanting to work things out... and nothing! We may want to get together with other sellers so the court will shut down the website until all vendors are paid!
Answer: Harrison owes us more than 70K. It has been almost a year. We have tried to negotiate with him and he always delays whatever we have agreed on! He is not going to pay any vendor. I bet they will go bankruptcy soon. We are suing him this month.
