I had a great first delivery with them but sadly that didn't last. Last time I tried, after I placed order, I got the notification that my card was being declined or that I needed to switch card. So, I called my bank only for them to tell me it was Walmart who was reversing the purchase. I then spoke to a customer service rep at Walmart, and he said that the system had been messing up the past couple days for some people. Well he told me to keep trying through your the day (more specifically after 12.00 pm) so I did. Finally that evening I was so frustrated I gave up on it. Next time I went to use my card somewhere else it was DECLINED. Come to find out my trying through out the day caused my account to lock up. After speaking to several people at my bank I got it fixed and last I tried the delivery app (once only) it still wasn't working. TERRIBLE experience!

I cuss every time I have to place a delivery order. It's a new depressing surprise every time. Just waiting until my 1 year subscription is over so I can switch to my other local grocery store. Walmart obviously has the market figured out - they just don't have the online technical know-how to compete. They have the $$, but maybe not the passion? Anyway, I regret my $100+ commitment and will never trust their brand again (online ordering).

Walmart in Spokane

When I first started my service in October 2020 my service from the Colton store was super however I was told that Walmart updated their computer system around January 2021 and transferred me to the Airway Heights store which is about 12 miles from my home. So now I don't get my orders if they are placed for a evening delivery until the following day an if I make an express order even when I receive a message out for delivery, it gets canceled. So guess what I canceled my service.

I get most of my groceries delivered because of the hours I work. I have tried Walmart multiple times, it keeps getting delayed then they finally cancel the order.
I will never try to order from them again. Aldi's is right down the road and that order is always on time or early.
Walmart should not have a delivery service if they can't make the delivery.

Have used this service a number of times. Usually pleased. NOT always. They leave items out (not due to out of stock) and then offer to refund you the item(s) cost when you call Customer Care. Customer Care employees I have spoken with are immediately defensive and have a very small script to read from. No thinking, just reading. Very unprofessional, rude and poorly trained Customer 'CARE". The name is laughable. Only use for ordering regular grocery items that you can do without if they leave item out of delivery. Ordered cake for next day party. No cake! Co. Could have cared less. Had to go out to buy a cake!

Walmart Normandy Is The Absolute WORSE
March 21, 2021

I have purchased from Walmart on Normandy for at least 25 years. I had no problems until I became Disabled and started using their Worthless Delivery Service. Right now they have almost $500 dollars of my money tied up waiting on refunds (That can take a week?) because I put an Express Order in 03/18/21 and received Nothing. I tried again 03/19/21 (Again Paid extra for Express) and again Received Nothing but excused from Their Customer Service. Third time is the charm right? WRONG not with Walmart. I placed yet another order (THE 3rd) Yesterday at 9:30 am (No I'm not Nuts but I am Handicapped and can't drive & live alone) They had time slots available yesterday but I've figured they don't like to hurry so I did not order express gave then an extra day and my Groceries was suppose to be delivered today 03/21/21 between 10 & 11 It is now 2:10 PM and again NOTHING? I called but the Customer Service lady can't do much, she tried numerous times to call the store but they don't answer the phone? To me Walmart is like Comcast, they got to big for their britches, provide sorry service, Make Billions of dollars a month off of us but don't want to spend any money to update their service or Equipment.

I lost count how many times walmart screwed me on giving me real near outdated food. They pick you stuff you order thats almost expiring dates on products examples bakery they don't want to put it in the discount bins so they put it in your order or dairy items. Their pos's plain and simple

Worse delivery service ever. They never have what you need and substitutions are always the worse. I ordered 3 packs of tyson wingettes. I chose not to have them substituted If it wasn't available. They sent me 3 packs of chicken legs anyway. If I wanted that I would have asked for it. Also, they never have drivers. My last order was 3 hours late. Called customer service and the rep couldn't give me a eta on when I'd receive my groceries. I'm puzzled as to how and why they use doordash for delivery and never have drivers available. If I were to order fast food directly through doordash, I'd get my food within the hour. Make it make sense please.

Bad service

Well where to begin I ordered a Samsung tablet and I've got nothing good to say due to the fact first they said it was out of stock a hour before delivery then I called hours before and they said it was in shock then I called customer service for them to tell me I would get my money back in 24 hours then I called again and one lady said 3-5 business days I kept getting the run around I will never order anything from these people probably will never buy another Walmart item since they want to lie not ones not two times but 3 times so done with these imbeciles

I ordered groceries and was charged 160.00 on my card for 75.00 worth of groceries. The app kicked half my items out but still charged me so my bank acct is now tied up in a big mess and walmart will do nothing but say I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please be forwarned. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. They shouldn't be able to charge for 90.00 worth of missing items. I have called several times. This is wrong.

DO NOT DO WALMART GROCERY DELIVERY

I ordered my food on Sunday to be delivered on Tuesday between 11 AM - 12 PM. I did not received a call it was 12:00 Noon and I called and they said that my ordered would not be delivered because they do not have a driver. They did not call me to tell me. I had to reach out to them about why they were not there. I spent 200.00, cash for this food. So once they cancelled the order they still had my money would not release my 200.00, to go else where to order. The per I was chatting with told me to call the local store at Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis IN, they hung up on me. They asked me to ask for OPG - Amanda. Amanda did not come to the phone. I called back and waited on hold for 45 minutes still nothing. They told me if I signed up for delivery they would waive my 9.99 delivery fee they still charged the delivery fee. I would not give them 1 star if I had the option. Walmart on Pendleton Pike and German Church is garbage they have the worst customer service ever. I will never never shop or spend one red penny in this store again. They said it will take 24 - 48 hours to get my money back from my bank so I do not have my grocery or my money

Tried the two week free trial. I was so excited and planned to pay the 98 annual fee tomorrow when the trial was over.
After the problems I had with the service I found out why.
I researched online and discovered that many drivers refuse to deliver for Walmart on a nationwide scale. Apparently, Walmart contracts through several third party delivery places like Instacart, Door Dash etc. The drivers are told they won't have to wait more than five minutes in the pick up area for our orders to be brought to their cars. There are TONS of reviews by drivers stating that they get stuck waiting 30 - 45 minutes for an order to be brought out. This makes them late on all other orders they had lined up at other stores to pick up and deliver. Therefore, MANY drivers select the "block Walmart" option on their order page. They then never see Walmart orders available again. THIS is what causes so many of us to have issues with Walmart delivery. Walmart can never get drivers to come get our orders.
I always tip well. I live near the store. I was so so excited to discover Walmart delivery services because at my specific store they deliver almost ANYTHING the store sells, not just groceries. I was so very excited to be able to order everything I need for office, granddaughter, food, etc. BUT with every single order being a problem. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. I am sadly going to not continue. My free trial is up tomorrow. I will cancel.
I have placed four orders (Due to snow in TN, they shut down delivery for a week so I really only got a one week free trial but that is okay).
I placed first order. It never showed up. After two hours on the phone it was determined the driver canceled and they could not find another driver before they closed delivery for the night.
A nice young man on the phone at the actual store was super helpful. He called his manager at home and the manager authorized a refund, and a $95 Walmart gift card as an apology.
I re-ordered everything and it was delivered the next day.
Then I place second order.
It was canceled without explanation.
Their app also claims YOU canceled the order, when in fact THEY do it and never even bother to let you know until you check why it has not arrived. And on this order, I paid for express two hour delivery. Again, two hours on phone and discover no driver available.
Third order. No show. Canceled by the store because they did not have enough employees that day to shop the delivery orders so the manager apparently canceled EVERY delivery and pick up ordered scheduled for after 6 pm that day. My money was again refunded, which does not help, when I need the groceries! Final attempt. Placed order number FOUR. Canceled. No notification. Just does not show up. I check app and it says order on the way. But it was not. Called store and was told, again they had no drivers.
I'm done.

I ordered grocery delivery which was cancelled due to weather conditions. They still charged my card though. 7 days later I am still waiting for a refund. They gave me a coupon code to compensate, but it doesn't work. When I log into my account it now shows that I cancelled. I didn't. I then tried to reorder and now there are no delivery times available even 6 days out. Nothing but a stressful situation. Not worth the trouble. I just want my account closed at this point. I would never order from Walmart again.

Have to place order 2-3 days before delivery due to demand. Produce is terrible wilted and moldy, not edible. At least 10% of items will be out of stock and canceled at last minute by the store. Once that happens u can not make changes or get similar items unless u place a new order and wait 2 more days. I does not matter if u allow substitutions, the order picker doesn't have to look for a substitute just cancels item. Ur entire order can be canceled moments before delivery due and u simply get zero groceries. Calling the store and custom service won't help u either. Both will tell u to place a new order and wait 2 more days. I'm out. As Einstein said doing same thing over again and expecting new results is insanity. Walmart grocery delivery is insanity.

Left at the curb

I get my groceries delivered from Walmart all the time FRONT DOOR SERVICE. I had $100 worth of groceries left in the door of my apartment BUILDING for anyone to grab. I am disabled which is WHY I have my groceries delivered. There are TWELVE apartments in this building and my groceries were just dumped in the floor downstairs Driver even had the nerve to take a pic. WOW. Split bags and cracked eggs. VERY dissatisfied customer.

They are not dependable at all. No one contacts you to tell you if your order is late or cancelled, you have to chase after them to cancel and avoid being charged for nothing. They are terrible.
