Idiot driver took items to totally wrong address. Manager could only offer refund. Not a delivery the next day. No extra compensation. Manager and driver should be fired. Will never use again.
Walmart delivery partner (DANE) at 753pm says picked up order then marked delivered at 755pm! Fraud! No delivery poss in 2 min Dane! Walmart app tip removed 45min later reappears-FRAUD again! Even Victor in cust svc is aware this is common problem. Dane took "pic" of delivery here is copy-see blank wall? Who cks this stuff? FRAUD!
I have been charged twice every other time i go. This last time they still havent refunded my money after 6 days and me calling corporate twice to resolve it. Now there telling me 24 to 48 hours.
Meanwhile my account is overdraft and i missed work because i couldnt afford to buy gas. Not deserving of a single star rating.
Often when I order, they deliver items I didn't order and don't deliver ones I need. With a little effort online or on the phone, I can get a refund. But, they will not bring me the missing items, but instead instruct me to come pick them up. Why should I have to, over and over, complete a refund process then go pick up an order when I've paid extra and a tip to have items delivered?
This has to be the worst grocery delivery I have ever experienced. At first they're pretty good now or the last 4 months it's been nothing but a hassle I'm actually hurt us financially and physically. Before when I place an order if an item wasn't available it would say item not available and I be refunded now if I make an order it's canceled and they tell me most items were out of stock. You're telling me barbecue sauce dog food and normal Essentials that are always there when I have an option to replace if necessary are all gone? Not only that they take your money and then won't refund it for a few days if that's the only grocery money you have how are you going to eat? That's why I say they heard us physically. Just tonight I made an order for a 2-hour delivery which was available, a 30 item order, and was told only two items were available in the whole store and was told to remedy that they would give us a $10 credit that is completely unacceptable do not order from them
A monthly subscription is $12+. ONLY the first order has free shipping. Additional orders are $10 + tip + tax. Broken bag of Fish, broken eggs, missing items, & very uneducated *******@local market & main delivery center. I had to contact my bank and have Walmart blocked from accessing my acct., getting new card and contacting legal services. Out over $300 because they billed orders to my debit card instead of EBT card. They have no way to reverse charges so they say!? No way to look at my orders/invoices to see what was EBT and what was cash/debit?! I'm sure my lawyer can "copy & paste"! How many others are being ripped off!

I rely on deliveries, and the company can't seem to get it right. I have lost track of how many times in 3 months that I have had order issues. Today, it was particularly egregious; NINE out of 23 items supposed to be in the order were not delivered to my address (all 9 were in stock). I have to assume that the delivery person stole them. That means half of the items on my order did not arrive. Today, like many other times, I didn't need a refund. I needed my order because I rely on them.
Over and over, Walmart can't deliver the goods and then blames it on another company while they cheerfully charge my card every month. Walmart is not holding up its portion of the contract. I see a lot of Walmart advertisements that purport to watch out for their employees, communities, and small businesses. You can't support those if you don't have customers that feel that they are supported. I have challenged them to discuss the issue with me, but I am not very optimistic that the mega-retailer gives a hoot. I will of course update this if they do follow up.
Out of 3 times I tried the delivery service they only delivered one time. Horrible service! I used instacart all of last year and the orders were perfect and on time but Walmart delivery is unreliable and the costumer service is horrible. The pickup service is usually great but their delivery service is utterly awful.
The last 2 orders I made with Wal-Mart. Each time I have had to call Corporate to find out where is my delivery order. If my delivery time is 2-3pm why are they showing up at 5pm. They should TIP me for waiting on them. The service is getting ridiculous Wal-Mart, I think I'm switching to Krogers. Unacceptable wal-Mart
I shopped for over $200 worth of Groceries only to get to check out and not be able to! So l called Customer Service and They tell Me they will process the order over the phone only For THEM TO HAVE ME ON HOLD FOR 13 MINUTES COME BACK TO THE PHONE AND SAY SORRY YOU HAVE TO TRY AGAIN LATER THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN THIS IS THE 3RD TIME ITS HAPPENED TO ME WITH WALMART AND I MOST CERTAINLY WILL TRY AGAIN BUT THROUGH A DIFFERENT STORE! THE OFFERED NOTHING FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE I AM TOTALLY TICKED OFF WALMART STOP OFFERING SERVICES THAT YOU CANT PROVIDE WALMART HAS LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER
I've tried all weekend to get an order delivered. First, they delivered to the wrong address. I had to take my time to contact them to get a refund. Stupid me ordered the same order for today. Wrong order was delivered. I had to call AGAIN. When the order was delivered several hours later, there were 4 items missing. I called yet again, was told they were going to pull the missing items and deliver them. Over an hour later, order still not here. I had to go to the store and get my food.
Stay away from this place... rude and overwhelmed associates... jeri and Jeremy canceled my order after I was in the parking lot just because he was overwhelmed with 3 cars in parking lot. Rude to customer if that's what you want go to this nightmare place
I like ordering my groceries from Walmart. The employees at my local Walmart are good. The problem I have is with the people that charge for the service. I am suppose to pay monthly $12.95 per month for the delivery service. We have been charged in March 1st, 24th and 31st. In April the 23rd and the 30th. I have called 3 times and was told each time that these charges would be refunded but, they still have not been refunded. I am told that this is separate from Walmart but, I am shopping at Walmart and to me Walmart is responsible for this problem.
Terrible incompetent service I place an order for delivery they came out the next day my neighbor seen the person carry it when she saying she had to go upstairs she got up back in the car and did not deliver it the next two days were a bigger nightmare to call walmart.com for delivery service speaking to these people online did nothing the only information they have on them is the same thing you have you placed an order when supposed to be delivered they could not tell me why it wasn't delivered but they said oh technically it's not due till the next day the fact that the person came out and did not want to walk up the stairs to deliver it they didn't know how to handle that they could not give me an answer I spoke to five people two of them hung up on me as for a supervisor they refuse to let you speak to a supervisor finally I found one that said she promised call me no call. They do not care they're rude and unprofessional you cannot get in touch with anybody that has an answer
As convenient as delivery is, I can't put up with this treatment any longer, especially with other options available these days. Walmart uses their delivery service to offload moldy, unsellable merchandise since buyers can't see it themselves before buying. Then they make you take the item physically in to the store to make a return -- completely eliminating the benefit of delivery. I've also experienced multiple cases where they don't even show up for delivery with no notice. Just no show. Also, there are some cases where they replace gluten free items with items containing gluten (which my wife is alergic to) and other cases where they don't replace essential items with anything (like milk) so I have to go in to fix the issue anyway, again defeating the point of delivery. Awful service.
After joining walmart grocery I began receiving fraudulent charges to my credit card from multiple states!
Someone in there system is using this service for their own benefit!

Yep, Walmart didn't deliver my groceries 7 times. I'm disabled and don't drive, so this is my best option for food delivery. Each time they don't show, I spend a total of 40 minutes on the phone to get a refund and reschedule another delivery. On a couple occasions they goofed that up as well. I'm (unfortunately) a Walmart+ subscriber. That's just making things worse because I guess this was $100 down the tubes, only getting aggravation. Also, when my orders are cancelled and re-ordered, substitutions are made without my approval. The most recent time some chicken was replaced with chicken paws (feet!). I'm totally serious! There is one solution to all this hassle, and it's ordering from Kroger from now on even though their prices are higher and don't accept EBT (food stamps). My complaints have fallen on deaf ears except for once when a store manager phoned me the next day and apologized for 10 minutes. That's very nice, but the next time I ordered a week later they goofed again, and when I called the store I was told "There are no managers here to take your call". I couldn't make all this up if I tried. I really wish Walmart could make up for all my grief, but I doubt that will ever happen. Good luck to anyone and everyone who tries Walmart grocery delivery!
After many missing items (litteraly my bread was always missing...) substitutions that cost more. And deliveries that were anywhere from 1-4hours late... I finally just canceled. Our Walmart is way too busy to be shopping at so I will just get everything from Target now on.
Continuous NO SHOW DELIVERY DRIVER. Generic message about a delay, don't be fooled, THEY ARE NOT COMING. I pay for free delivery. What i actually got was I have to track my own order. One lady at the store told me to order express & pay additional $10.00 on top of what i already pay. That sounds like a good plan. RIGHT? I order just about every day, sometimes 2 orders a day. I have to prepay for what is either "out of stock" or simply not coming. When I don't want to spend $35.00 I just order what i know to be "out of stock" to get maybe a $10 00 item. No one will call you from the store when they are not coming, that way you won't go anywhere else to get what you need because now pick up & delivery is closed. Are they being RACIST? Maybe they are, I don't know. Even during KATRINA in Louisiana we had few issues with stock. Dallas, Carrollton & Addison has serious problems in pick up & delivery. NO ONE REALLY SEEMS TO CARE TO ATTEMPT TO ADDRESS THIS. I am just 1 person but my complaint in this dept is REAL & NOT GETTING BETTER, JUST WORSE.
Answer: Non existent. You get a refund - no redelivery when they screw up. Worthless.
Answer: No one wants to work. Unless you tip well they won't take delivery
