Complete neglect

Ordered groceries at 11am
Paid for. Here's the problem Walmart is too busy for delivery services.
Side note: when ask if I, the customer, want to cancel on a four day weekend with 3 to 7 day waiting period. This is unacceptable.
So now I have not go to work because I'm completely unaware of when my order is going to be delivered hoping that I don't get additional bad new regarding if or weather or not my groceries will be seating on the ground in front of my door for the neighborhood pets mess over my purchase..

Don't do it!

Tried it for the 1st time and greatly disappointed. Overcharged on my receipt, and spent 4 hours on telephone trying to fix the problem. Finally resolved and food was delivered on time. Delivery driver dropped one of my bags and on his return to his vehicle, stepped on it. I had to go and pick it up. The customer service is a joke. They just wanna keep talking and not let you explain your problem. As I said before, took numerous calls over 4 hours and atleast 5 reps and a supervisor to finally get my entitled refund. The topper was I ordered 51items and only received 37 since the others were out of stock. They don't tell you that items you ordered are out of stock until their on there way for delivery. Also almost every item had a 24 or 25 cent surcharge, still haven't figured this out. I'll go back to Amazon who is much more dependable and customer service friendly. Bottom line is that the Walmart pick up and delivery service is a big joke. Don't waste your time.

I can't believe wall Mart employlee stole 100.00 from me on a on line purchase for delivery. I am a senior citizen purchased 28.00 and they took 128.00. This was done with my smart phone and they said I requested 100.00 back. How can you request money back on a smart phone. Taking advantage of a senior citozen. I filed a fraud report

Walmart does not choose store close to me and there is No way to manual select the store for Grocery delivery!. I have 2 walmart store close to me but the app instead selects a store farther away. Complaining to customer service but their can not resolve the issue!

Harrassment

I don't even have a Walmart account, not do I EVER ship there. But 4 times a month I am bothered by their d livery people putting my neighbors groceries on my porch and knocking. I am a disabled person and I have to climb stairs to get to the door and every single time I have the delivery person look at it he order and it CLEARLY states BACK DOOR I have repeatedly called as gas my neighbor to get this resolved and it is ignored. I guess the next step will be an attorney and some medical bills to be paid by Walmart. They have caused me to have excessive pain and I just st can't deal with it anymore because they do nothing about the issue.

GOOD SERVICE

My first experience with grocery delivery was good. They were on time and emails were sent. Items were left at my door and everything was good. My experience with doordash delivery with items from walmart.com sucks! I never know when those items are going to just randomly appear. I order them for ship to home and expect fedex or USPS and I'll find a random bag (bagged if I'm lucky) on my porch. Several times I've had the wrong item, missing item or no item after getting an email that it was delivered. If I order from walmart.com I expect it delivered by a shipping company. If I order groceries I expect a random person. It's just a mess that doordash does both. And I don't tip for. Com items, just as I don't tip USPS or fedex. I'm not thrilled about tipping for groceries, as I pay an annual fee, but I will continue to tip for that service, as I am the one asking them to deliver.

Do not use Walmart for grocery delivery. I called my local store to check on my delivery because it was quite late and I had received no updates. I was told they had started using a new delivery service instead of door dash and now cannot guarantee the window and also could not give me any indication of when the food would be delivered. She said the drivers have their schedule set at the beginning of the day and they pick the orders up whenever they can and get them there whenever they can. I asked what was the point of choosing the window of time if that was the case and was given no answer. Ridiculous. Poor customer service. Canceled my membership fee immediately and will be using a different delivery service going forth.

Never Again

Walmart has began using DoorDash for delivery. One called my phone, and left an aggressive message claiming she called and text several times, when she only called once. She began raising her voice about her having to do other deliveries, and etc she was so rude I deleted the message. The delivery says, "delivered" but it's not here. I just requested a refund. Don't bother. With walmart, target has waaaay better service.

When this whole pandemic thing started I started using the pickup service with one Walmart. Then I had to change to a different Walmart one mile further because the Walmart I was using 9 times out of 10 50% of the order was unavailable. So the new Walmart has a better rate of products available. Then the delivery became available, The 1st couple of times it was OK delivery a little later than what was said but no big deal. The deliveries became later and later and sometimes not at all. Yesterday I placed an order for delivery today between 2-3 pm. NO SHOW I call customer service and they were great they called the store and found out the driver couldn't find my apartment building. CS had the delivery sent out again express. Within the hour I received a notice that my order was at my door. BUT WAIT there's more. They text a picture to prove that it's at your door right? Well my picture looks like it was taken from a moving car of an apartment complex that is down the road from me. I called CS again and he was shocked by the picture too and profusely apologized and said all he could do was give me a refund... which will take 5-10 business days.

Always An Issue

There's always a problem or delay when using Walmart grocery delivery or curbside pickup. Nothing is ever on time or ready when it's supposed to be and the delivery person told me I could keep one of the wrong items she delivered as an inconvenience so basically she kept the rest. What a waste of money Walmart. They delivered 4 pools to me in error when I actually ordered groceries.

I waited 3 1/2 hours for delivery and made multiple phone calls to the store. Still no groceries. My husband has cancer and I am disabled as well so we can't go shopping or carry heavy items. The last phone call the man hung up on my. I was polite each time I called but this isn't going to be as such. I pay monthly for delivery and always tip the driver. This entire ordeal was so unprofessional it's beyond words. Don't waste money at Walmart you won't get what you pay for. This is one of the reasons the $15/hr minimum was should not happen. They need to pay me for the 3 1/2 hrs I had to sit and wait for NOTHING! But that won't happen but you bet they will get a raise increase for doing a poor job.

We ordered 60 dollars worth of things from Walmart and instead of receiving our order we got some random picture and a notification that the order was delivered. We called Walmart and they said that we had to pay again to resend the order. It's clear that the driver stole our order and assumed that we would just get our money back. Order at your own risk!

Placed order for express delivery at 951am for 1152am delivery. Never arrived. Chatted with customer service at 1p. Oh it on its way they say. They sent email where delivery charge was refunded but the order was not. So I assumed it was still coming. 6pm rolls up and still nothing. Chatted again to just cancel as an 8 hour wait was ridiculous. So got the email confirmation of the cancelation with excuses ranging from operational issues to staffing to supply lines... this will teach me to get off my butt and go get myself. Broken wrist and all. Customer service is insulting wih the condescending chatter.

Disappointed

Due to broken ankle I decided to use Walmart grocery delivery. I placed my order at 5:30am with delivery time between 1pm-2pm. 3:30pm my groceries haven't been delivered called customer service and was told my delivery driver was late so he cancelled the order and they are waiting on another driver to deliver my groceries. Why wasn't I updated in a email text or phone call about this. Definitely would give this 0 ratings

Frustrated

I have used Walmart food delivery in Lakeland FL for over a year. Love the service. Last weekend I had a order cancelled by Walmart. The driver text me and said he was there but people were swearing at each other and told him it would be another 2 hours. I told him to forget it and would have it delivered the next day. I was hoping it was just a fluke thing. I ordered for the next day and it was cancelled again. The next day I went and purchased our groceries and waited a week hoping they had things worked out. We were supposed to get a order Sat between 11 and noon. Nothing. After spending the day chatting with customer service and trying to call the store someone delivered it after 5 pm. I am not sure what is happening but I probably will end up cancelling the service.

It was a rainy morning I opened my door to grab my groceries and the driver Jos Carranza ran right inside my house I ask him to please get out. He would NOT get out of my house after I asked h over and over! He started taking pictures of me and the groceries. I called walmart customer service and they said it was nothing they could do to make sure he don't come back to my house because they deal with 3rd party drivers. They gave me the third party number and it was only a recording. If this man come back to my house again not alone I'm going to call the cops and also I'm going to cancel my order I do not want this man to my house ever again!

I've used Walmart delivery since it started in my area in October 2019. It has been a series of complete dissatisfying incidents. They NEVER EVER have some of my staple groceries in stock. They do when I order but by delivery time they are out. But is that the worst thing? Not even close! There have been MULTIPLE incidents of delivery personal dropping it the entirely wrong address without even notifying me! I get the delivery message and POOF! Nothing there I mean MULTIPLE times! This last fiasco (I literally mean last because I WILL NEVER EVER USE IT AGAIN)! I ordered approximately $150 worth of groceries, changed my mind before delivery instead only spending $56 and 5 days later Walmart has yet to process this $100 back to my account - stating it's ‘the bank processing' like hell it is! I made another order for the next day and AGAIN it was delivered to THE WRONG place! They issued refund which went promptly into my account. I've started using Instacart it may be a bit more costly but worth every extra cent because I have never had ever one single issue with Instacart!

Walmart may have good prices but they have poor customer service and on line order policies. Both times I ordered they did not have the correct item and they made no attempt to substitute because there scanning process didn't show anything yet they were looking right at the item. Some excuse about on line and in store stock not being the same. They want to save items for in store shoppers even though you are paying more for the shopper and delivery. Makes no sense. Use shipt they bend over backwards to get you everything you need and communicate with you during the whole process.

Do not do this
April 9, 2021

Ordered 250.00 worth last night and it was supposedly delivered to wrong address and I'll be refunded in 3 to 5 days. Placed order again today express and 30 min after it was supposed to be here I got an email saying it was canceled and I would get my money back in 3 to 5 days. Walmart now has 500.00 of my money and I have gotten nothing but a hard time.
