Walmart tried to compete with Amazon at fast delivery on groceries and fails miserably, not only that, but have an incompetent customer service policy. Let's see, you delay my order 24 hours after i pay for express shipping, and then tell me, the only option is to cancel and re order, WHY WOULD I RE ORDER FROM YOU, get my order 48 hours after supposed delivery, and have missing items that i can't dispute BECAUSE THE ORDER STILL SHOWS IN PROCESS. Great job guys

THERE GROCERY DELIVERY IS THE WORST AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. COULDN' GET A $2.44 REFUND ON A PACKAGE OF STRAWBERRIES THAT WERE WORTHLESS-MUSHY -SOFT AND FUZZY. THEY SAID NO REFUND BECAUSE THEY HAD GIVEN ME SOME OTHER REFUNDS IN THE PAST. WHAT A JOKE-THEY REUNDED MY MONEY ON AN ORDER THAT WAS DELIVERED TO ANUNKNOWN LOCATION AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THAT'S MY FAULT. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE-DON'T ORDER FRUIT OR VEGETABLES CAUSE THEY GIVE YOU THE WORST LEFTOVER CRAP THAT NO ONE WANTS.

I guess walmart cut corners to save a buck... So our groceries are now lowered to a plastic bag left on the porch like trash... good thing it wasn't food and cloths in the bag with the nail polish remover... Leaked all over the bag. Not to mention how flammable it is

After placing an order for pickup at our local Walmart, we realized that out of stock items automatically get shipped from nearest warehouse. Unfortunately for us, these items arrived damaged.

I've been using the delivery service since it was introduced. This past year has been a nightmare of anxiety about my groceries. 1 out of 4 will not be delivered/delivered incorrectly.
You call the store. They blame the delivery company. But as a consumer you order from Walmart so they are ultimately responsible. Never any feedback on the surveys. No follow up on emails.
Attached a photo from yesterday. Frozen foods melting in a vestibule open to all. Driver did not ring apartment or call cell. All information is in delivery instructions.

I ordered my groceries for next day delivery. On the day of my delivery I received an email about the items that needed to be substituted. I approved them. Then I received an email advising me of the delay. The third email was to inform me that my order had been canceled due to high demand I guess my order wasn't important so it didn't fall on their high demand category.

Biggest mistake of my life. Every time either item is missing or you have to wait till 12 at night for delivery when it is supposed to arrive at 5pm. Customer service is a human made of robot inside. Only repeats they are sorry and there is nothing you can do other than cancelling all your plans, and wait all night for their delivery which will probably never come. They give you 10 dollar worth of coupon to lure you in then "reward" you with another 100 dollar worth of headaches and blood pressure rush.

I placed an order on Sunday afternoon for Monday morning delivery from 8-9. At 945, I contacted Walmart-where is my stuff? Response: Oh we are sorry-we were too busy to prepare your order, so we canceled it/-WTF? And WHERE on the app does it say that? My app STILL says "preparing your order"-and it is 10:28. I guess I would have waited all day without an update? Done with Walmart, thanks

I never did get my groceries, several texts, emails, phone calls and hang ups. Walmart has now started using Doordash for delivery. I personally think that company is the worst. This proves it, from what could be figured out, the Dasher either delivered my groceries to the wrong house or kept them, yes kept them! I was told by an employee at the store that they have had these problems before. I will never order delivery from WallyWorld again! What a joke.

I did submit a complaint with customer care and sent an email to corporate, like that will do any good!

Hello! I believe my ice cream is being eaten by someone else again! In just over a month, three deliveries have been messed up. We have received other people's orders or told our order is delivered when there is no delivery on our porch. Even when they try to correct this the next day, they cannot even re-process the same order without not including 70% of it. When you call the store responsible for the delivery, they cannot track it down. This is actually the 5th time in just over 6 months that Walmart deliveries have been messed up. We have gotten other people's orders more than once. It is a serious mess. I think Walmart should not out-source their delivery personnel or educate people in-store who are processing delivery orders to read order numbers. There is a major disconned in logistics or training or hiring - maybe all three.

Order came wasn't my groceries $107 my items cost.Im talking shrimp, crabmeat, high price items, received someones salad, cat food, turkey, tuna, called they gave refund and $10 promo code off next delivery.The phones ring endless, thank god finally a lady actually went to the back and put them on the phone with me. Finally got refund but remember we pay for tip and delivery, door dash lady said no names were on the bags.Run find another way because, you get nothing but headaches at Walmart.

Their flaws seem to be limitless:
1) Grocery items available in store that used to be regularly delivered are not for delivery customers anymore
2) Sending bad produce, including rotten bananas, the puniest bell peppers, and puny, unripe cantaloupe.
3) Bad substitutions, such as I ordered a case of 16 oz bottles of drinking water and they replaced it with 2 gallon jugs of water or I ordered seedless grapes and they replace it with seeded grapes instead of choosing a different color seedless
4) Driver no shows. In one such case they kept promising it within the next hour, then it was going to come the next morning. In the morning they sent a text saying it was cancelled as requested. I had not requested a cancellation. I had company coming, so I quickly did a pick up order. On the way home with my order, I get a call saying they gave me someone else's order. So I had to return and wait to switch it. I've also had them cancel many pick up orders, saying I cancelled it, when I didn't
5) Driver's not following directions. I want it under my carport and I want the doorbell to be rung. Simple, right? It didn't happen 70% of the time. I've even had them leave it in the middle of my drive way. Once they put it in the wrong place and gave me someone else's order.
In conclusion, both Wal-Mart pick up and Wal-Mart delivery are rotten services, with enough spots of good in it to keep your hopes up.
But this one was their last chance. Even though I still have several months left of unlimited free deliveries, I'm switching to another grocery service and I won't be buying from them. Good bye Wal-Mart and good riddance.

Please read the messages back and forth. As they gave me the runaround for 2 hours and I finally canceled the order. I will never step foot in another Walmart as long as I'm on this Earth. Very very disappointed

This is a place to rate Walmart GROCERY delivery service! So many negative reviews are for non grocery items, including reviews about the quality of a non grocery item. I have never been one to sing Walmart's praise, yet I must do so now. In Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, I have been using Walmart s grocery delivery service for three weeks on a Month free trial (never intending to pay $98 a yr or the low monthly fee after).
I have made at least ten orders and have only had a few issues. Those were with the third party delivery service. Regardless, I simply logged into my account and received a refund in less than five minutes.
On one occasion Walmart didn't have my five lb bag of chicken so they sent me a ten lb bag at the same price!
Totally worth trying out and risk free!

I will be paying to keep this service! They have spoiled me into it!
