Horrible experiences!

I am still in the trial period of the Walmart $98 a year delivery and I will be cancelling. Not worth the aggravation of having to call every week to straighten out their mess. I place an order to be delivered on Thursday and on Tuesday their bringing a couple items... Wednesday a couple more... it's crazy! I feel bad because I cannot tip every person that brings an item or two, nor am I always home which is why I schedule it. Not sure why this keeps happening and neither is Walmart nor do they care. I've spoken to so many people and all I get is "we're sorry". My biggest issue is I was going to use it when I go on vacation but I'm afraid they will start sending stuff when I'm not even there yet. Also scheduled a delivery and somehow they had it down as pickup. My disabled husband had to go pick it up because I wasn't home... this all after I called and told them it was not a pickup, but a delivery. I thought this was going to be great but it's been a nightmare, to say the least! Don't waste your money!

I now have to wait up to 4 days before I can get a time for my grocery order, which you used to be able to get groceries if not the same day at least the next day. So you would think since you now have to wait for your groceries, that all items would be available. Wishful thinking! My main items that I ordered and was waiting 4 days, I was informed either they were not available, or poor substitutions were made. Most changes to a program are made to make it better, someone should inform Walmart of this, because they failed miserably! I would NOT recommend this service, and I will NOT be renewing!

Do yourself a favor... use instacart this place is a joke! U order the dotn call they deliver streets away and when u want a refund it's 7days... don't use this service ever

So I had to go to Instacart glad I did it's been 48 hours actually 72 hours since Walmart customer service was supposed to call me back nada there apps say we are having problems please try again later really this is happening on chrome too pc laptop yeah you lost a customer and customer service sucks always thick accent can't speak a lick of English gotta make that paper by outsourcing customer service

Rotten apples delivered!

I paid the $10 express fee to have my groceries delivered, since I needed to make dinner and my baby was sleeping. I ordered a bag of apples for her lunch at daycare the next day too. The groceries came and the bag of apples was all rotten and dripping disgusting rotten fruit juice all over my other groceries. My husband had to take them back to the store for me to exchange. We paid the delivery fee and still had to go to the store! We should have just gone in the first place. WALMART delivery is terrible! It's no wonder they don't ask you to rate their own service, just the deliver service which is actually good. They need to have THEIR OWN service of quality shopping rated. THUMBS DOWN.

Delivery sucks

I have ordered from Walmart delivery sever times most of the time it's ok but I placed a large order on 9/04/21 and never received it after 1 chat 5 calls with 5 different answers from the 1-800 number I tried calling the store for over 2+ hrs nobody ever answered the phone in any department so I was going to be near by the Walmart and decided to go into the store the manger had no knowledge of the pickup and delivery dept so I went to the pickup and delivery area and explained what had happened she went in and checked on it comes back and tells us that it was picked up last night when the order was supposed to be delivered they put it in the driver's trunk of the car but I was never assigned a driver they tell me it's the driver who is supposed to contact you with there information and that they are on the way when it should be Walmart doing that once the driver picks up the order and they should be able to track them as well( so essentially my order was stolen by the driver according to Walmart) and they have no knowledge of who picked up the order or anything and once it's picked by the driver the order is gone out of the computer they told me I had to contact the people whom I ordered it from Postmates door dash etc. i told them I am trying to communicate with whom I purchased the order from aka Walmart app and they could do nothing for me
So I'm going to the bank and putting a stop payment on the transaction because all Walmart does is gives you the run around and never solves the problem

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Before I paid $150 for the Walmart+ and paid for each delivery, they were always on time. As soon as they got my money for so-called free delivery (they want a 15%+ tip for their driver-from you), every order but one has been at least an hour late. I have had to cancel 2 orders completely because I had to leave the house before they could possibly deliver it or I had to wait until the next day with no time frame whatsoever. They will answer the phone so you do not have any idea when to expect an order, just an email "your order is delayed" and delayed and delayed...!

I placed a order from Walmart delivery for groceries on Thursday 09/02/21, and i placed it Thursday so my groceries could be delivered Friday 09/03/21 between hours of 5pm-6p. Friday comes and Walmart sends me a email around 5:38pm telling me my order would be delayed and they would send me another update on the status of my order. I then checked my email around 6:50pm, there was still no status update from Walmart remind you my order was suppose to be there between 5pm-6pm, time passes and its now 7:50pm i call walmart customer care and they state that there are no delivery drivers who can deliver the food. The next day comes Saturday 09/04/21 and theres still no update on the status of my order so i call customer care again and they tell me they will escalate the situation to the store. It is now 12:30pm est i still have not heard anything from the store. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND ENERGY DO NOT USE WALMART DELIVERY THEY ARE A INCOVIENCE AND HAVE NO REMORSE.

I've had them throughout this pandemic, and it's been one nightmare after another. They can almost never get my order correct, or the majority of my items are missing while being charged as if I had them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and when you call the actual store that put ur groceries together, WALMART CHICOPEE, they are also very rude and unable to give you a reasonable explanation of why this keeps happening! I pay $12.99/month for idk what reason! I rather pay gas for someone to take me! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! DEFINITELY UNSUBSCRIBING!

Last month I placed an order and it said the order was delayed( Walmart language your not getting it)I never received the order and of course when you call the store no one answers the phone, next step call corporate, just as bad as the delivery service, they don't care, I wanted my membership money back because they screwed up so much I didn't want to use them again, now you figure for a lousy $98.00 they wouldn't argue, it's Walmart I should have know, I was given a $20 credit towards my next order no refund. I spoke to someone at corporate who assured me it wouldn't happen again. I place a $129.00 order for the holiday weekend on Wednesday for Friday. I'm waiting for my 2:00-3:00pn delivery. I look at my email and it says your groceries have been delivered at 2:06 and guess what it's 2:30 and there are no groceries on my porch. I call Walmart well suprise no answer so you go to the order and ask for help. I got help, you'll hear from our representatives within 24 hrs. I don't need the groceries I ordered for the Holiday weekend in 24hrs I need them today, now I have to go out to the stores when they are packed because of the Holiday weekend and scramble around for the items I had ordered. The picture these groceries were delivered were not my house then they send me an email saying you can dispose of anything your not going to use. I DONT HAVE THE GROCERIES. I WANT MY MEMBERSHIP FEE BACK AND WALMART WILL NEVER SEE OR HEAR FROM ME AGAIN!

Lazy Driver

Why don't the driver's use a cart to carry the groceries? If they see it's a large order and don't want to deliver it they should cancel on the spot and let someone who wants to work do it. They need to provide carry bags or verify that they have a carry cart. I'm an amputee and couldn't go from the 3rd floor to the first carry all the groceries back up to my apartment. When I told her how to get to my apartment she cancelled my order! Lazy Driver

Received food and no call or email, so food was outside from 9 a til 130 pm from the Walmart Jonesboro Georgia store. This Is not the first time I have had Issues with their service. So I'm done. Shop at your own risk.

Ridiculous

I booked my groceries to come between 7-8 and the website said they were out for delivery at 6:45. I waited until 8:10, when my window had long passed and the car had apparently been on the road with my food for an hour and a half, to call. When I called I was told that I would have to wait another hour for the food to get there, no amount of asking would get the man on the other end to tell me what exactly happened to my groceries or what was causing this very long delay. I wait another f*****g hour and call again when my food is still not there only to find out from this man that my groceries had been cancelled waaayy long ago, before I called the first person. It was canceled because the driver could not find my address (I do not live anywhere hard to find) and didn't bother to call the phone number I gave them to see if I could come to meet them where they ended up or help them find their way, they just left. The first person I called told me it would be another hour so I assume they simply didn't bother to check whether or not my order was actually on its way and made me wait an hour, until 9 o'clock at night, for an order that was not coming. So, one driver who was too lazy to call me for a 5-minute phone call asking for directions, one customer service rep who simply didn't care enough to look at the order number I gave him, and zero groceries. On the plus side, I received a call 12 hours later when I woke up this morning letting me know my order didn't make it...

Disappointed

I wouldnt have given a star at all but I had no choice. If you are going to offer this to customers, you need to have enough people to make this happen. I have been trying for 3 days and nothing! What's the point of offering this if you can't deliver. Walmart has really went down hill. I don't shop here unless I have to. I but most of what I need on Amazon and if they could deliver my groceries... I Would Never Shop At Walmart Again. Kroger... Here I come!

Where do I start stress out with unknowledgeable people. You call and every time get different answer.And never cancel a order because they take your money, but not as easy to get it back. All I am going say to stressed. Never will I order again.

Out of Stock Items

I ordered a bin and their site showed it is was in stock, but when the delivery order for 8/20/21 was processed I was told it was out of stock along with 2 other items. That bin was the main reason for my delivery order! They need to keep their site updated on what is available in stock for delivery. Walmart can afford to have an up to date, current, real time stocking system to inform customers of item availability. After my order was completed, their site still shows the item available for delivery for 8/21/21, which is false advertising and unacceptable. This is the 4th time this has happened with an order. They require you to spend $35 minimum to place an order, but $25 would be better because either way you will pay delivery fees. I am not pleased with their service.

The delivery service is highly unreliable. They will give you no updates if an order is delayed—then when and if they do, it's likely for a time that might not work for you or is a hassle. They have cancelled orders on me without telling me, their phone customer service is laughable and they can do "nothing" for you as a customer to offer to keep you as a customer—even just "I'm genuinely sorry…we are going to address this and let you know the result"…. Nothing. I'm likely going to cancel at this point and demand a refund or contest on my credit card the $100 I paid for the year of this lousy service. I don't drive and this makes my life utterly more difficult: I've waited a long time to write this review but after the latest issue, I'm done.

Walmart delivery sucks

Walmart delivery sucks... I am a handicapped person and purchase three cases of drinks that are very heavy and the idiot driver leaves them at the top of my driveway, too heavy for me to lift. Could have Brought it by my front door but no... he leaves it in my steep driveway and causes me to ask a Neighbor to come and help me get it into my house. This is not the first time that's happened. I don't think I'm going to buy these from Walmart any longer... I'll find another supplier that at least brings it to my door. Shame on Walmart.

I would highly recommend not getting a Walmart delivery to anyone.My heavily pregnant wife can't get to the store because we don't have a car and I'm at work.We also have a two year old.On Wednesday 11 August 2021 she placed an order to be delivered on Friday between 10/11. About one pm it still hadn't arrived so she called customer service and was told they had some difficulties with a van breaking down but another driver was on route with the shopping and would be here in the next two hours. Bye five pm still hadn't arrived so she called back, She was then kept on the phone trying to sort things out with none of the staff she spoke to willing to help it's was that bad she had to ask for a manager. After being promised the shopping would arrive Saturday morning August 14th between 9/10 it's now 12 pm and no sign of shopping, I find this totally unexceptable and will be avoiding Walmart at all cost. Shame you don't treat your customers with the respect your loss Walmart.

Grocery Delivery

I always order groceries from walmart delivery and I pay my membership each month. I am so glad I didn't pay the yearly fee. Because the delivery drivers they have need proper training. My groceries was supposed to be delivered between 7pm - 8pm. Waited and waited call Walmart on N. Slappey several times no answer. Finally called the 1800 customer service number the last stated my groceries was returned to the store. She even tried to call the store no answer. All the delivery driver Ezekiel or the store had to do was call the number provided and let me know he wasn't able to deliver the items. Walmart, if you have delivery drivers please give them some training on making delivery. Cause people wouldn't order groceries to delivery if they didn't need the service. Last week my groceries was delivered to the wrong apartment once again and I had to go next door to get them.
