The whole experience was great - best deal in town & very happy with the vehicle. The one thing I am still worried about is the fact that the sales office advised me that they took £2500 deposit & would be returned after 15-25 days after the return of the rental. We are still waiting for our deposit back. I wonder if I have done my money, don't feel comfortable about this. Would like this investigated please.

I can confirm that security deposits are automatically released by Green Motion on the last day of your rental after it has been established that the rental vehicle has been returned in the same condition as it was provided, and there are no further outstanding charges.
Please visit https://greenmotion.com/terms and select the country you rented from to see the deposit information which will advise the general timeframe that you can expect for the release of the deposit.
Whilst in most cases this is available again within 10 working days, unfortunately, this can take up to 30 days depending on the bank that you use. We suggest that you contact your bank as they may be able to speed this process up for you.
Green Motion's policy is to use pre-authorised transactions for our security deposits, which ring-fence the amount within your account, not charge it. This pre-authorised transaction will allow us to make charges if necessary at the end of the rental, but unless this occurs no money will leave your account. Due to the nature of this transaction, the release of these funds may not show on your bank statement as a separate transaction. If you believe that you have been charged your security deposit, please contact your bank and ask them to provide proof of the transaction as a charge on the first day of your rental so that we can look further into this for you.

We were met at the airport by a very courteous and helpful attendant.
The car was in excellent condition and very clean inside and out and performed very well.
A couple of minor issues were that the windscreen washer fluid was empty and when I used the wipers I had no visibility and nearly had a serious accident. We had to pull over suddenly narrowly missing a pedestrian. The return of the vehicle was a bit stressful as we had an early flight and no place to drop the keys.

They employee was very friendly and advised me to change the car i was originally renting because it will not be enough for my family. He explained to me everything and he gave me a discounted price with full insurance. The car was new and super clean. I'm sure i will come back to them.

We had a good experience with Green Motion and a very nice car. Their off-site location is somewhat hard to find, but they come pick you up at the airport and will return you to the airport, so that alleviates those transfers. The check-in process could have gone faster, and needs some attention as it took too long in our opinion.

I had a good experience when picking up the car, was given an upgrade and the service was good.
The car wasn't in the best shape, it had some issues and i even had to go to the gas station for air for the tyres, but i had no issue on the road or so.
My problem is with my deposit: It has been more than one month and I still don't get my 1500€ back! I've called a couple of times and they always ask me to call "tomorrow".
I hope this gets solved asap.

Very friendly, efficient desk staff. Excellent English. Quick and satisfactory response to some damage I was responsible for. Car maintenance or function could have been better. It had no windshield washer fluid and the warning mechanism did not respond to the curb I hit (before, during, or after contact).
