. I would love to give Green Motion a great review: employees were great, car was decent, the trip-amazing. However, I can't give a good review until my $2K Deposit is refunded, per the contract and promised via email. It has been over two months since returning the car. Would someone please respond!
The service was perfect from Airport collection to Airport drop off. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the car was almost new and clean throughout.
Everything from the airport pick up, the paperwork, the condition of the car, the helpful friendly staff, and the return was straight forward. I will definitely use Green Motion Car Rental again.

Slow to pick up cars (paperwork). Cars not ready. Receiving emails to your phone, then signing, then sending back is akward. Long queue. People in the queue aren't ready with their requirements. The process needs improvement.

Kartal şubenizdeki ekonomi sınıfı araçların model paketlerinin biraz daha yüksek olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Çünkü artık car play, geri görüş kamerası gibi teknolojiler elzem hala bir elimizde telefonla navigasyona bakmaya çalışmak zor oluyor. İyi çalışmalar dilerim.

Car was fine, though not the one I signed up for, was much smaller. Front desk was kind and efficient. They remove $400 CHF from your account and take 30 days to refund it. All car rental companies I have rented from before place a temporary hold and within days of returning the car it is removed. I literally have no more money for my trip and I am not sure what to do. But I've stayed in my hotel room all day because I can't afford a thing. I left all my credit cards at home and the one for emergencies I have already used.

Ordered a Passat, got something entirely different (an old qashqai). Asked customer support, got a quick reply and a promise about getting back to me. Never heard from them again. Rental went fine, the qashqai did all right

Great price, easy to book, let's see how it works out at the airport and whether or not I'll get the car I booked 🤞
Answer: DON'T do it. They advertise low and sting you at the counter! Clerks hard sell additional insurance (they get a commission). In Glasgow, Scotland this last August, they tried to get me to pay $800 in insurance to cover a ten day rental that was about $35 a day! Many people have posted about scams where they charged unsuspecting customers for "damages" that were already on the car but the customer may not notice, like a tiny chip in the windshield or a small scratch on the door edge.
Answer: Speeding/parking tickets and police action are slow. They keep the deposit until they are sure there will be no problems with any of those costs. (and yeah, would be speeding fine + massive green motion fee).

I can confirm that security deposits are automatically released by Green Motion on the last day of your rental after it has been established that the rental vehicle has been returned in the same condition as it was provided, and there are no further outstanding charges. Whilst in most cases this is available again within 10 working days, unfortunately, this can take up to 30 days depending on the bank that you use. We suggest that you contact your bank as they may be able to speed this process up for you. Green Motion's policy is to use pre-authorised transactions for our security deposits, which ring-fence the amount within your account, not charge it. This pre-authorised transaction will allow us to make charges if necessary at the end of the rental, but unless this occurs no money will leave your account. Due to the nature of this transaction, the release of these funds may not show on your bank statement as a separate transaction. If you believe that you have been charged your security deposit, please contact your bank and ask them to provide proof of the transaction as a charge on the first day of your rental so that we can look further into this for you. If this amount is still not available in your account after 30 days from the last day of your rental, please contact us at [email protected]. Answer: I believe Green Motion are a perfectly fair and respectful company. I suspect you didn't read their Ts&Cs properly. The two customers being served while I was collecting my car had also not read/understood the conditions and were caught by surprise. The representative dealt with them firmly but fairly.
