I recently rented multiple times from GM in kenitra. Staff was friendly and taking the time to explain everything. Even going around the car with me for inspection.
I was asked if I wanted to pay for a Sun Pass, I said yes as I'm not from FL and wasn't sure if it would be traveling thru tolls or not. After I returned home from my visit I was informed all tolls we open. I called to ask and I was told I asked for it because he had my signature. Yes, I did sign for it. But I didn't know I didn't need it. He refused to issue me a refund.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is off campus from the Oporto airport. However, Green Motion runs frequent van shuttles to the airport to pickup and drop off customers. Overall, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The staff at green motion tirana were excellent. They assisted And accommodated us with a slight issue upon arrival and didn't get frustrated and tried to help us find solutions. In the end, we worked with him before a solution and they also were very friendly and helped us figure out a way to get the paperwork to take our car to Greece Corfu. They were very patient as our data wasn't working and we were receiving emails right away and it was very timely matter. I would highly recommend renting from them and they were very friendly. Also easy to access from the airport. The car is was what we were expecting..

Nice car and I paid £10 for an upgrade to Automatic, that was for 4 days. It was well worth it to Drive in traffic.
The staff s are very professionals. Too good to be true.
I shall recommend "GREEN MOTION" to anyone looking for a good car for very reasonable price/cost. "GREEN MOTION" is the place!

Service was brilliant from collection with Abdul to drop off with Mr muscles. Overall I was very pleased by the way I was dealt with and would use green motion again.
Great little car collected with the minimum of fuss and handed back super fast with the deposit returned there and then to the credit card. Couldn't ask for better.

Customer service was helpful and hassle free, we were on the road within 10 Minutes. We arrived on a flight with easyJet from Inverness to London Luton, instructions were clear on the booking form how to get to green motion desk and the transfer cost are included within the hire.

Answer: DON'T do it. They advertise low and sting you at the counter! Clerks hard sell additional insurance (they get a commission). In Glasgow, Scotland this last August, they tried to get me to pay $800 in insurance to cover a ten day rental that was about $35 a day! Many people have posted about scams where they charged unsuspecting customers for "damages" that were already on the car but the customer may not notice, like a tiny chip in the windshield or a small scratch on the door edge.
Answer: Speeding/parking tickets and police action are slow. They keep the deposit until they are sure there will be no problems with any of those costs. (and yeah, would be speeding fine + massive green motion fee).

I can confirm that security deposits are automatically released by Green Motion on the last day of your rental after it has been established that the rental vehicle has been returned in the same condition as it was provided, and there are no further outstanding charges. Whilst in most cases this is available again within 10 working days, unfortunately, this can take up to 30 days depending on the bank that you use. We suggest that you contact your bank as they may be able to speed this process up for you. Green Motion's policy is to use pre-authorised transactions for our security deposits, which ring-fence the amount within your account, not charge it. This pre-authorised transaction will allow us to make charges if necessary at the end of the rental, but unless this occurs no money will leave your account. Due to the nature of this transaction, the release of these funds may not show on your bank statement as a separate transaction. If you believe that you have been charged your security deposit, please contact your bank and ask them to provide proof of the transaction as a charge on the first day of your rental so that we can look further into this for you. If this amount is still not available in your account after 30 days from the last day of your rental, please contact us at [email protected]. Answer: I believe Green Motion are a perfectly fair and respectful company. I suspect you didn't read their Ts&Cs properly. The two customers being served while I was collecting my car had also not read/understood the conditions and were caught by surprise. The representative dealt with them firmly but fairly.
