Auto prima. Shuttlebus matig. Chauffeur was erg druk met Turkse passagiers die zijn taal spraken. Na inleveren hoorde ik 3 dagen later dat er € 600 schade was. 1000% niet door mij veroorzaakt.

Consecutive hiring

Needing a car the first week was very quick, cheap and efficient. 2nd week phoned in to extend hire, price was up £20 which I didn't mind. Third week it ballooned to £650 from £78 as it was Easter, so I picked another one up on Tuesday morning. At the end of that hire I commented on the cost and was told I couldn't have the cheap online rate as it is standard to escalate the price, but also I couldn't drop a car off and swap for an online offer as you'd have to wait 3 days between rentals. So the final week cost. £178 just for almost the smallest car, even though the one I dropped off stood all weekend without use 🥺

Sehr gute Erfahrung

Vorab ist ein Online-check in möglich gewesen, weshalb die Übergabe des Autos sehr schnell abgelaufen ist. Das Auto war lediglich nicht das allerneuste, ist aber auch kein Schrottauto gewesen.
Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!
Keine unnötigen Gespräche über Abschluss von zusätzlichen Versicherungen, wie es in den Erfahrungen angesprochen wurde.

Good price, excellent service

Quick transfer from the airport, quick check-in, quick check-out. The only drawback is the additional insurance offered at pickup. All the conditions should be presented during booking, at pickup everything is quick and not clear, no time to carefully read the contract and you get a feeling that you have been scammed.

Rip off charges for NCP Admin

Fee of £68 are being charged for each parking ticket administration, which appears to be too much for admin.

Unfortunately, when a Penalty Charge Notice is received, it is sent to the fleet company as they are the registered owner of the vehicle. They then charge Green Motion handling and 'Transfer of Liability' fees, which is why we must charge an admin fee in such circumstances. To clarify, this charge is not to provide you with a notification of the fine, as it is the responsibility of the issuing authority to do this.
