Excellent experience from start to finish, prompt pick at Airport and car centre is a few minutes away. Staff very friendly & helpful. Cars were as described, and we got an upgrade from the 2 door we ordered. Cars were clean and well maintained. Very economical on fuel. Price was very competitive. Would recommend.

Excellent staff at the desk helped to get us on our way within five minutes. No queue. The lovely lady even gave us the parcel shelf out of her own car, so that we were not delayed getting in to our holiday. Car behaved faultlessly and was returned late evening the following week. Staff were swift and helpful to get us back to the terminal in plenty of time for our flight home. Great experience. Much better, quicker and more civilised, after years in the States with the big car hire companies.

Keine Wartezeit am Schalter, tolles neuwertiges und sauberes Auto. Schalter direkt im Terminal, Autos sind sehr nahe am Terminal zum abholen bzw. Abgeben. Freundliches Personal, kein aufquatschen irgendwelcher Zusatzversicherungen. Deshalb zahle ich auch lieber ein paar Euro mehr, wenn alles passt.

Met pick up in faro airport and swiftly driven to pick up location. Car was spotlessly clean and staff were lovely and efficient. I had read some negative reviews online and did consider cancelling reservation but decided to go ahead with booking thankfully. Can not fault company and definitely will be recommending them and using them again next time I'm in faro
