Overall the experience was a good one. The staff were friendly & helpful, the cars were ok. Why 4 stars? The Manchester pickup didn't arrive, apparently you have to ring them, which is difficult without a phone. And at the Bristol site, I had to walk to and from the airport as the driver only does the trip once an hour.

Excellent service from this company. Hopefully they will get a desk in the main airport area very soon as their location is very difficult to find and caused us great concern however I was able to speak by phone and they came to meet me. Copies of the contract etc exchanged via WhatsApp. Would highly recommend.

He was polite and helpful. The hand-over of the vehicle was done professionally, and when I returned the vehicle, it was done in just the same manner.
