Stay away, they try everything to find small damash on the car, even if the car has allready damash all over, take many photo and video, so you can proff that you haven't made the damash. I made a deposit of 2.305,- Pund, and they were supposed to return after 7 days, I still havent received anything after 40 days, now I have made a claim to MasterCard:-(

Rob au desk à été super sympa, par contre difficile d'ajouter un 2 ème conducteur depuis le site, véhicule assez endommagé, il a fallu prendre beaucoup de photos pour être sûr de démontrer que ce n'était pas nous qui avons touché. Au départ le prix est très attractif, mais après avoir ajouté certains suppléments ( kil illimité, 2 ème conducteur, etc) le prix n'est plus si attractif que ça. Sinon c'était bien

Stiu ca am mai trimis feedback! A trecut mai bine de o luna de la calatorie, nu stiu cum mai solicitati evaluare dupa ce timp de o luna ne terorizati cu emailuri de doua ori pe saptamana despre o presupusa suma de plata, ati trimis poze cu alta masina nu cea inchiriata! Va tot explicam si nu luati in considerare raspunsul nostru! Oricum ati retinut 300€ din cont! Acum mai doriti mai mult de 1000€! Ce fel de experienta este asta spuneti voi!

Das Auto war schön. Aber die Reinigung von ein paar Krümel wurde mit 72 Euro in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl erstens habe ich eine solche Leistung nicht und zweitens steht im Vertrag etwas von 20 Euro, wenn es dann sein muss. So eine Frechheit habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Answer: DON'T do it. They advertise low and sting you at the counter! Clerks hard sell additional insurance (they get a commission). In Glasgow, Scotland this last August, they tried to get me to pay $800 in insurance to cover a ten day rental that was about $35 a day! Many people have posted about scams where they charged unsuspecting customers for "damages" that were already on the car but the customer may not notice, like a tiny chip in the windshield or a small scratch on the door edge.
Answer: Speeding/parking tickets and police action are slow. They keep the deposit until they are sure there will be no problems with any of those costs. (and yeah, would be speeding fine + massive green motion fee).

I can confirm that security deposits are automatically released by Green Motion on the last day of your rental after it has been established that the rental vehicle has been returned in the same condition as it was provided, and there are no further outstanding charges. Whilst in most cases this is available again within 10 working days, unfortunately, this can take up to 30 days depending on the bank that you use. We suggest that you contact your bank as they may be able to speed this process up for you. Green Motion's policy is to use pre-authorised transactions for our security deposits, which ring-fence the amount within your account, not charge it. This pre-authorised transaction will allow us to make charges if necessary at the end of the rental, but unless this occurs no money will leave your account. Due to the nature of this transaction, the release of these funds may not show on your bank statement as a separate transaction. If you believe that you have been charged your security deposit, please contact your bank and ask them to provide proof of the transaction as a charge on the first day of your rental so that we can look further into this for you. If this amount is still not available in your account after 30 days from the last day of your rental, please contact us at [email protected]. Answer: I believe Green Motion are a perfectly fair and respectful company. I suspect you didn't read their Ts&Cs properly. The two customers being served while I was collecting my car had also not read/understood the conditions and were caught by surprise. The representative dealt with them firmly but fairly.
