They cancelled my flight 24h before my flight, and I still waiting for my refund. I had to buy another flight more expensive.
Took our money for our tickets but never payed Lynx airline so our flights were cancelled with no notice. Do not recommend this company Get all the way to the airport to find out flights were cancelled

Go to gate provided my family and I with 2 different return dates. When asked which one was the right one, I received once again a confirmation of my departure for the 16th of August and then for the 17th of August. Nobody ever managed to tell me which date I was travelling and we had to go twice to the airport (of course we came on the 16th but were due to fly on the next day), with all expenses that include. Go to gate never wanted to refund my accommodation for the extra night I spent in France saying it was an issue from the flight company, when it's Go to gate who didn't keep up with information. If you can avoid go to gate, just avoid it.
I used these for the first time as they were selling the cheapest flights to Osaka. Downloading their app and inputing my passport details it assured me it would auto checkin.
Now I don't believe GotoGate were at full fault here I believe it has to do with the awful Air China website. To summarise the auto check in did not work as GotoGate and air china's site was not communicating with one another correctly and was advised by air china to prompt someone from G2G to push the passport details through again. We spoke to a couple of very rude G2G staff who even munched on crips loudly while on phone but I got hold of one lady whom I had to be quite firm with who actioned this. This then allowed me to mostly check in online however had to ring back for them to do same with my partners. Air china site then had an error where I couldn't choose my seat.
We ended up checking in at the airport. Our passport details had not been entered fully correctly but lady sorted this for us.
I would only use gotogate if I really really had to If you can it's always best to do so via the airline itself. I would never use Air China again.
I will never use your company again you sold me tickets in AU $ and charged in US$. Not only that you sold me changeable tickets with free cancellation that cost another $300 + US$ and you never passed that info to Jetstar and now I can't cancel my tickets.I am having this delt with by the bank, as 2 times you deceived me and I intend to get on every review site and rate you accordingly. I'm on a pension and when the price quoted the total amount in Au $ then turn that into US$ to charge me over 2 and a half thousand dollars for 2 tickets from Sydney to Bali, tickets normal price is around $600 Au each. Plus I was charged $75 US for international exchange fee. Seriously you are thieves that I intend to make a lot of trouble
I have never dealt with such a completely incompetent company as Go To Gate /Booking.com. I wish I'd looked at the online reviews before making a booking with them - heed all the warnings!

I paid £168 on our return flights to pre-book our seats, to keep a long story short, I received an email after noticing the seats had not been booked with the Airline, and was told there was a problem with their internal system and they were unable to book the seats and would issue a refund. They did but only for £84. This has been going on for nearly a month! At this rate I'll be going to the Ombudsman and/or my credit card to try and recover the money. I do not understand why it is so difficult to issue the rest of the refund. They are completely useless and I get told the same thing every time I call!
Please stay away from this so called travel agent.
After almost 1,5 month I have still not received the 1000 usd I payed for 5 flight tickets that I never received.
I have been on the phone and chatted with several people and spend hours explaining the situation over and over again because they refuse to send me e-mails or anything else about the status of my case and the informations I submitted.
After answering the same questions over and over again they just claim that some rare technical error occured and that my money will be refunded shortly. Nothing has happened yet.
Our Bank is now also on the case trying to get the money back. So far without succes. I want to report GO TO GATE to the police for theft of my 1000 USD but I dont know how. If anyone has similar experience or managed to get their money back I would love to hear from you.
Right now I feel helpless, confusion and extremely dissapointed that a big Company like GTG can treat their costumers like that with no consequences.

Recently bought plane tix from GotoGate which were right on par with those of the airline, at 239 euro. Did have to pay a 38 euro convenience fee which is their commission. That is fine and understandable since they had flight times that the airline didn't even show.
The ripoff came when I also purchased one additional piece of luggage and my seats through GotoGate for an additional amount of 200 euro. Later found that if I had just waited to purchase those extras separately from the airline I could have saved 86 euro. Additionally, since the airline did not recognize GotoGate as an 'authorized reseller' of their flights I had to jump through hoops to get verified and checked in including a separate charge to verify passenger info.
If you purchase from GotoGate be aware that they will bilk you for any extras you buy. Naturally they will absolutely stone-wall you with any mention of a refund and won't acknowledge their thievery. Wait to buy luggage and seats from the airline or, better yet, just skip GotoGate and go with most any other company because the last thing they are about is customer relations and dispute resolution.
Absolute WORST 3rd party agency to book your flight. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT book through gotogate and save yourself the headache. They booked me a completely different time than I requested then tried to blame everyone but their staff. They literally took my money and Ran. No service provided and no money refunded.
Think twice about using this travel agency, it's rated one of the WORST for a reason!

This horrible company has no interest at all to protect or help it's customers. I made a reservation with them to travel back and forth from Istanbul to Tel Aviv I EVEN BOUGHT THE FLIGHT PROTECTION SERVICE and when the Israeli airline CANCELED without reason the flight they did nothing, I had to pay twice the amount to get back home. This was in march 2023, it is september 2023 and I still have not seen my money. DO NOT TRUST YOUR TRAVEL SCHEDULES WITH GO TO GATE and if you are willing to risk it I beg you to not pay for any "extra services" because they will never have your back. They have no concern for the users, they don't even share updates with you, customers have to be in contact with them and not the other way around when a problem THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HANDLE arises. Terrible company, please don't give your hard earn money to them.

These guys use an old trick: the flight itself is 1-2$ cheaper than other sites, but if you add bags, carry on items, or any other service you will pay 4 times the amount for that service. So you end up with a totally outrageous price for the ticket.
When trying to cancel a ticket they will ask for an outrageous fee for the cancellation, so you will end up losing most of the ticket price.
I purchased a Ticket for my daughter for $270.98 on 5 September 2023. Due to the Airline's Pet Policy, I had to immediately cancel the trip. I notified Go To Gate of the issue. The person I talked to was very polite, sincere and very understandable. He informed me I will receive a refund. To this very day I have not received a email, text message or a phone call. I purchased the ticket through Paypal Credit and informed PayPal of the issue. PayPal is working the issue right as I type. I highly recommend not to use this company for anything.

I bought my tickets 4 month ago. They should refund money and always they denied. Right now I reed all the comments. I believe that this company never pay back the money that should be refunded. Maybe police could solved large amount of this inconveniences.
It took them one year and a half to admit they have to do a refound (probably the flight company refounded to them) and then they send you an email that they will refound in 5 days but they never do.and they don't provide you any bank info to show you they really did the refound.they provide a reference id that your bank can't use to trace the money...If a transaction even exists. Don't expect their help in case you hit an issue.
