Good interface good fast booking process and high quality experience
Everything works great except you should be able to download the boarding passes from the app or gotogate site instead of jumping back into the Volaris app which is cumbersome.

I found the experience good and easy. The steps to follow are clear and not complicated.
We bought round trip tickets from cebu philippines to jeju island and back to cebu philippines with transit to busan. Our mistake we did not check if we are needing visa since filipino need not visa in jeju but we are transiting to busan for 2 hours which will require visa. To cut it short we were just in cebu airport and could not board aircraft and we can not refund since we bought our ticket to gotogate according to the airlines. When we contacted gotogate next day the plane left so, we can not refund.
Thats fine. Since our vacation is 3 weeks, we requested a refund for our way back to cebu philippines. More than 10 communications and request and we were constantly assured not to worry. Until i was asked that we can not refund but rebooking is ok if we call a centain number. When i called, i was advised that it is not possible. We again communicated and ask for rebooking now is our request for almost 3 weeks despite if their assurance nothing happened. Asking what dates we prefered etc and 2 days before the schedule for our supposed jeju to cebu asked to please rebook or we wil loss the chance since the schedule is one day ahead. Again we were assure not to worry. Since yesterday the day we should be from jeju to cebu, we can not contact gotogate. Bad bad bad gotogate.
Recently brought a tickets by online ktm to Syd with gogate- online showing price was australian $ 887 but they charged australian $ 917 this is not fair at all you guys cheated to buyers- $ 779 was in air India price but I wanted to with Thai air so I I have brought with gogate $887 but you guys not trustable company - if you guys can't afford rights prices put online whatever you want to charge don't cheat about online price coz you lose your reputation forever
I booked 2 tickets from South Africa to France on Air Algerie through Gotogate in about June 2024. Flight departing mid September. The flight was cancelled by the Airline on 17 August. Their refund policy stated 15 working days. This was 6 weeks ago and no refund has been received. The reason now given is that I was a "no show"! There are currently no Air Algerie flights to South Africa, so it would be difficult to be a "no show" if there are no aircraft! Gotogate keep fobbing me off with excuses. My advice - do not book through Gotogate if you want a refund if the airline cancels the flight. They should just be transparent and tell you upfront - no refunds on this flight for whatever reason. I am going to pursue this further.
