I hate being forced to pay to select a seat, as if standing is an option. This is inherent in purchasing a ticket. And then all of these trash fees. $4 to get an automated text? Give me a break.

Easy site, easy booking. Jetstar has definitely a lot of extra fees but booking is convenient.
I had a booking on gotogate from beirut to vilnius, turkish airline cancelled my booking of 850$ because of war situation, so i asked gotogate for a refund, they said they cannot refund my money, until the turkish airline refund them, so its reallt sad that a famous website like gotogate, cant refund his loyal customers, and when i was chatting with them asking for headquarters location they refused to give me, also notice that customer service they are not allowed to give you their full names each time you ask for it
