What a greedy, evil company. Will never use them again! I made a mistake on my booking so that the flight went the wrong way. I contacted support within an hour to cancel the booking, and they refused, even though it would've been simple for them to do. Contacted KLM, who would've been happy to refund me, but couldn't because gotogate had my tickets. BEWARE that you are giving up a lot of rights flying with gotogate, and they are ruthless. No sympathy at all. They have lost a customer for life.
People are very rude, customer service doesn't help at all. So many hidden fees to travel. Worst company ever
I received my flight reservation soon after I booked the flight. I could see my reservation on the website of the airline, so it is absolutely safe to use gotogate. I needed an e-ticket, I contacted gotogate via facebook and they sent me the e-ticket 2 days later. I am very satisfied.
Please don't use this website.The hidden fees will get you. They give you the cheapest option at first, but by the time you go to the check out they charge you the same as other outlets. Did I mention their hidden fees will get you. I got a full refund though the airlines when I cancelled my flight, but gotogate charged me $75 "Processing fee"
By the way they don't have a disputes department. Whoever the outsourced agent you talk to is on the phone is all who you will get.

Gotogate is a scam! The worst company i've Ever done business with! And that is including all sectors!
I've been trying to solve my problem, which I have been informed by the airline that is completely possible to do, for the past two weeks! I've been calling their joke of a customer service IN INDIA, which is quite funny considering it is a Swedish company with an English webpage, for the past two weeks in the evening, after full time working days, to get myself a 2-3 days deadline for them to get in touch with me which is never fulfilled!
Don't be fooled by their copied and pasted answers to these reviews! Nothing is done and nothing is solved!
Gotogate is robbing me of my money, my holidays, my patience, my appetite, my free and resting time and of meeting my newborn nephew!
I will not rest until I take you down and I WILL be seeking legal action to sue you and I recommend everyone who has been scammed by this joke of a company will do the same, as it is unacceptable for them to keep on scamming more and more people!
Absolute nightmare, first and last time I will ever be booking with go to gate.
3 weeks before our departure our flight was cancelled and we were provided with new times that did not fit into our travel plans.
Go to gate send an email and request 20 Euro charge to have the flight times changed as this part of the "Support Package" for schedule changes. Thinking 3 weeks time is more than sufficient time to have a flight time changed we paid the amount.
After 5 phone calls and getting ping ponged from one call centre agent to the next they were incapable of contacting the airline to have the flight times changed. Emails get ignored.
The "support package" is nothing more than a scam to get more money out of the customers.
As a last resort we contacted the airline directly and they relented (they are not supposed to help when 3rd party bookings are involved) and helped us by changing the flight times 2 days before our departure. The airline confirmed that they were never contacted by go to gate.
The confirmation page stated that cancellation could be made within 24 hours, like any normal flight.
I tried to cancel within a few hours of my flight and was told it would be $57 for each of the 4 people I cancelled.

HE WASN'T ABLE TO TRAVEL AND I CALLED TO CANCEL THE FLIGHTS 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE! I PROVIDED DOCUMENTATION FROM THE HOSPITAL AND HIS NEUROSURGEON NOT ALLOWING HIM TO FLY BUT THE WEBSITE STOOD BEHIND THEIR FINAL SALE POLICY. Hi, I've booked a tickets for multiple flight.
And I faced website error while I was inputting my credit card number, the screen of the website kept showing with white error page so I tried once again.
And I got two emails that my booking was successfully done with two separate booking cases, which means, it paid twice with exactly same flight schedule.
I understand the policy itself is not refundable. But in this case, I definitely believe that it should be refunded because it is issue held in your website, had me to proceed payment again. I contacted via email, two time of calls, but they kept saying they will give me a feedback once they check with their manager. I even ask them to let me know the contact number of their manager, but they refused.
What do you think? Do you really consider that I am the one who made a mistake? It is just okay to refund one of the bookings. Anything is okay because I just wat to take a flight that I've scheduled. Order No. KZP6AW/KZP62D for your information.

Definitely a fraudulent company. Accepted money, tickets never sent, every time I call they say they are still processing my refund - it's been 5 months. DO NOT PURCHASE. Read previous reviews, this is not a legitimate business, Pay that bit extra for a reputable company or book direct with airline. These are a fraud.
Do not use Gotogate! I purchased a ticket for travel and a week before the flight my spouse passed away unexpectedly. I contacted the Gotogate for a refund, provided a copy of the death certificate, a letter from my command (I am in the military), and I have been getting the run around since. My spouse passed away 5 May 2019 and I have contacted Gotogate religiously every month since. They keep saying they will escalate to higher support and get back to me via email or phone call, but never do. Please do not use the company who truly does not care about their customers!
Firstly legally the price has to be shown before charging in a clear format. It isn't. They add on extra charges without asking. Secondly it is not legal to charge extra for paying by credit card. They do that too.

Placed a flight in my name instead of my partners accidents happen, an accident that had cost me £80, the airline refuses to change the name of my flight, refuses me a refund or a refund of unused air taxes, between speaking to the airline and gotogate they fob me back and fourth to each other accepting no responsibility leaving customers out of pocket, I advise you do not use this company or brussels airline
We bought tickets via GotoGate for 1500$ with addition of 170$ for flexible option. Month before flight we wanted to use flexible option and push departure date for few days. When we checked on GotoGate site, the new price for tickets was 2200$ (so we need at least to pay additional 2200-1500 = 700$). We called to GotoGate service phone and were said that need to pay additional 3100$ more! So, just to change date we requested to pay more than new tickets!
GotoGate flexible option is not worth paying as it cannot be used. Not recommend to use GotoGate at all as custom service is also terrible

Funny thing was that I had read bad reviews on gotogate and had avoided them previously.
I stupidly made flight reservations through Gotogate only to find that they screwed up and deleted my middle initial from the ticket. Since the ticket did not match my passport, it was useless. Gotogate then tried to blame me for their screw up even though their own documents that they emailed back to me proved that I did indeed include my middle initial in my application to them. Even worse, they refused to fix the problem that they created by their gross incompetence. I was left with no choice but to write new tickets directly with the airline AT A HIGHER PRICE. Gotogate refused to cancel the old useless tickets unless I paid them an additional US$134 which i refused. In order to get my money back for the useless tickets, i had to use the dispute process of Citibank, my credit card provider. I eventually got the airline to cancel the useless tickets. All of this took more than a month of stress and aggravation. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH GOTOGATE! They're incompetent and liars.

I want to take a moment to warn anyone who reads this post to NEVER USE GOGATE SERVICES.
I'd like to share my experience with them form the past week. I booked 4 tickets for a flight that was approximately 1 hour in length. After making my payment, I noticed on my bill a charge that was double the agreed upon price on a flight that was at a different time then the one I booked. There was also another $1,500 charge for "seat reservations" that was not mentioned to me when I booked, nor did I approve any such charge.
After a few days, and numerous long distance calls that were mysteriously "disconnected", I decided to file a complaint with both my local Police Department, as well as the police in London. There has already been exposure of these cheaters on social media, you will soon see similar stories from the mainstream media. A lawsuit will soon be coming as well, and hopefully dismissal for the representatives of GOGATE who were involved in these terrible circumstances (Yogesh C., Maul, Arti, Hanava)
Until these cheaters are brought to justice, I'm certain I will get the same stock response of "Thank you for your inquiry, we'd love to help you through a phone call". There is no help to be had from these people, so don't wast your time.
In short, don't use GOGATYE services.

Our flight schedule from Manchester to Ljubljana was changed with 1 weeks to go. It involved a long stop over in Frankfurt and arriving late. I contacted them to send ay this wouldn't work so they agreed to put us on a flight the day before. We got e mail confirmation and schedule. We arrived at the airport to find our flight booking had been "cancelled". After much blaming between airline and Gotogate it transpired that Gotogate had failed to properly confirm our flight with airline ( ie they hadn't paid for it) so the airline cancelled. We had to rebook another flight at high cost. Terrible customer experience. Length phone calls. On hold 30+ minutes. I have filed complaint form that you have to post to Sweden but not heard anything. Really angry. Not only robbed of our money but so much stress getting to airport/ parking/ waiting etc. Having to come back again and rebook from a different airport. Never ever do business with these scammers
