RI brought tickets from goibibo for chennai to Hyderabad on 25feb for onward journey and 28feb return journey. After booking I should get confirm itinerary. But it was showing your ticket in progress even after 4 days it was same. Customer care was inaccessible after four days status was same but I got a message die to technical glitchl my ticket unable to confirm
Also there was a message I will get full refund
But what happened is airlines has done hundred percent refund but this fraud goibibo has taken rs732 for not rendering any service. How ever I am going to consumer court please kindly dont book with goibibo
My last 3 bookings got cancelled without any reason. But the full payment was deducted from my card instantly. Now it's more than 15 days and still no refund. They don't have a customer rep to speak to. All you can do is chat with a stupid dump computer who repeats itself for 100 times. Stay away from this site.

We have booked round-trip from Mumbai to Chennai the payment has been deducted from our end. From Mumbai to Chennai we have received tickets but Chennai to Mumbai shows that booking in progress. We couldn't able to reach the goibibo customer care and we tried to reach the airlines they said pnr number has been cancelled after 24 hours but we didnt receive any updates from goibibo. We have tried to reach the goibibo customer care the number was engaged almost 1 hour and lucky got connected. The customer care representative kept the call on hold and disconnected. We didn't receive call back or any updates from them.
After so many calls lucky the call connected simply they said we can't do anything we will refund the money.
I have requested call back from team to book my tickets for the same cost.
Goibibo is not helpful to us.

I booked two rooms through this website and Once I reached the hotel I was denied check in on the ground that there were no rooms available and the same had been intimated by the hotel to the concerned ibibo authorities. I was left stranded on the road at night with my one year old infant crying. Since the Defence Expo was being held in Lucknow at that time, it was almost impossible to find an alternate accommodation. When I called the ibibo executive they said that they could not provide an alternate accommodation. Being shocked at this callous behaviour of such a reputed company, I had to run from pillar to post to find another hotel. After running around for numerous hours, I found another hotel at triple price but I had to book it since I was left with no other option. When I called the ibibo executives to reimburse the exorbitant amount that I had to pay because they had cancelled my booking, they failed to resolve my grievance on the ground that it wasn't their problem. Shame on such a company for being so insensitive and indifferent to their customers. I will never book again through this website nor will I recommend anyone.
Never Book anything in this goibibo.com. It is totally worst, and all our money are wasted with no values. I booked a flight showing the itinerary as complete from Chennai to Tampa, Fl. But after paying these people separated as 2 Itinerary one till Boston which considered as internal travel with 2pc travel luggage allowed. And from Boston to Tampa it got changed to Domestic travel where i need to pay for baggage allowances. There is no any proper information shared while booking. They just showing the price highlighted but these kind of luggage, Multi Itinerary are in small font, not possible has good visibility. Their intention is make people to purchase ticket but the values reached to people is total zero. Just one time i booked and totally fed up, also customer service is hectic. All, please ever do not use goibibo.com, my humble suggestion please use direct airlines sites it 100% safe and effective. GOIBIBO.com is total waste and worst experience.
First of all such a poor and bad service from go ibibo. Got to book a cab from pondicherry to chennai and paid advance amount... Got a message that my booking is confirmed and they will let u know my cab and driver details. But after that no response. My scheduled time came still no response. Texted them regarding this. They called me and assured that they arrange in half an hour. But even after that no response. Finally at the last when I called and enquired and complained they said cab not available. Such an irresponsible site. Nearly missed my flight... Plz don't go for this go ibibo. Worst experience. Never try this app. I want to give 1 star but it's not coming. That made it as such only 3 star and above is available default. Fraud in this too.
Stupid guys. I booked on Feb 12 from MAA to BKK for pleasure trip during my visit to India. Due to sudden death in family I pre ponde my India trip to jan 26. According my trip also changed from IAD to MAA which was booked through expedia. But these guys are asking death certificate relation ship certificate to change or otherwise they will not change. If you want peaceful travel ir stay dont book with them
Hi, Goibibo is bad website for booking tickets. Todays my senario like I booked flight ticket along with cab booking and I paid full amount. After that I tried to change pick up time for cab but I was not able to change it and it was not refundable also. I tried to reach support person but there also I faced worst experience. I seriously recommend don't use Goibibo app apart from this app use any other apps like makemytrip, happyeasygo etc.

I had booked my flight tickets from Goibibo website on 18th Dec 2019 for Mumbai to HYD on 20th Dec'2019 and HYD to Mumbai on 21st Dec' 2019 but due to family emergency I had requested customer care to reschedule my flight to next week. They have given me same fare estimate to reschedule flights which I already paid 9500 INR and when I asked for cancellation they refund me only 1700 INR which is totally unfair. I lost 8000 INR for booking made through Goibibo website. Now with this kind of experience how Goibibo expect any further bookings from me. Really shame on you. Cheating people with bloody company rules and regulations and blaming airline company for heavy cancellation charges. You have done this kind of contract with airline company that is the reason we as a loyal customers are suffering. I will not do any single booking from this cheater company in future.

I did payment via phonepe money got deducted from my account but not received to goibibo where i was doing booking for flight. They did not done booking and did not refunded my money. Always got one reply we are working on your issue our management team will reply once you will die. They take money and you cant get your money back if you dont have pm modi support. I wasnt having any support so i lost my rs. 5695 which is deducted from my bank account without booking
Previously they are little better, but now they are fully fraud. No customer friendly, no proper response, I have to travel still they did not confirm my ticket after full payment. Such a... worst experience.

Fraud compnay. My jet flights have been cancelled in April time and still i am wating for refund from Goibibo. No update or no email. Totally fraud compnay, never ever booked with any flight or accomodation with this.

I had booked 2 jet airways flight tickets of business class in November. The flight got cancelled. I immediately told Goibibo to cancel the flight tickets so that i get refund. This happened in March 2019. It's been more than 6 months and I haven't received my refund. They had assured me that refund will be granted within 45 working days. Looks like their working days have still not gotten over. My refund amount is RS. *******/-.
This company does fraud with the customer
I have booked a flight with zero cost emi facility where as company have claimed the full amount from the bank
And override my application
This incurred me a heavy loss of *******rs
And impact my cbil
When I tried to register a complaint they didn't ever felt to escalate and apologize for their mistakes
It was really very bad experience with go ibibo
And yes they do miss use of customer money

I booked IRCTC via Go Ibibo and for some reason the payment transaction failed. The amount got debited from account and it was never refunded. I tried getting in touch with goibibo customer care and they keep directing me to gia (the computer robot) that does not understand anything. The customer care via call, does not accept to talk to customer on issues with Trains & Hotel bookings. Only for flights. This incident happened 2 months ago.
Another issue, I booked a hotel via Goibibo. I had issues with the hotel management and Goibibo was not there to help me and address my concerns there. There is no way to get in touch with a customer care representative when it comes hotel, bus, train booking.
I dont know why we could not talk to Goibibo customer care representative currently. They have made the process so complicated and not easy. From being a Goibibo customer, I have shifted to MMT. Goibibo Customer services is the worst of all.
