I had a terrible experience with goibibo, i have a flight on 3rd April 2020 but, i have to reschedule it on 17th march 2020. I tried calling Goibibo many times but they just keep ignoring my phone calls. So, i put an online request through my phone app. But they do the same thing no response from Goibibo. I am very much irritated and frustrated with the behavior and the response from goibibo. As, because of the goibibo i again have to book the tickets in the same flight. Now, all i want is that they cancel my ticket and provide me refund.

2 options - 'know your cancellation charges' & 'cancellation charges' serving the same purpose, so ambiguous for the user. Then 2 options - 'flight cancelled' and 'flight cancelled with airlines' serve opposite purpose. It should be 'cancel my flight' and 'flight cancelled by airline'. Looting people with their ambiguous options. Why to give the option to cancel the flight when checking status in your own app shows flight is cancelled by airline. Responsibility must be to provide full refund.

I have one booking on goibibo of bus booking on date of 7 march on 28th feb but some circumstances bus was cancelled. And when I asked help by goibibo. Come but they denied me and they said that my money will refund. They initiated refund my money on 7th march. But after 10 day my money will not refund in my account. When again call to goibibo customer care and ask about my money but they said that They need my bank statement and I send him my bank statement but after taking to much follow up but till date I have not getting my money
So I request you that kindly help me.

I've booked flit ticket from goibibo app due to corona Virours I wanted to cancel the flight ticket I wanted the refund money back in my account they couldn't help me when I spoke to customer care exactive was a female her name was Madhira and senior person sayed he was floor assistant he was also unaware about that. They were talking an attitude I don't like The service how they were talking to customer they should take some more trainning I think they were very rude with me on call they both were saying do whatever you can but we will not refund the amount the total amount was Rs 6059

I booked the bus using this company's app, they have taken advance payment, provided me with e - ticket, one no and all. On the day of traveling, I got the bus no. And driver no of Hans Travels, but at the bus stop, the bus staff denied for the booking telling that we don't have any information regarding your booking and our bus is fully occupied. When I talked about this to the goibibo agent, he was not able to help me out. Because of there unprofessionalism I suffered at bus stop at mid night I suggest not to use goibibo, they can make you suffer even after taking advance payment.

I want to cancel my ticket just bcz of corona virus spreading every where
But i hve no option to talk to customer care no.and d number we get from google is not correct and when we ask for atleast 50%refund they said what should we do you hve to call us before cancelling the ticket. How i called you uf nit a single proper number is provided by company... and on 1 or 2 number i called they just ask for click 1 click 2...

Continuous 30 hr calls with more than 8 agents. Each started from beginning of the issues. Every time 2/3 minutes on hold and then wait for 2 hrs and then call got disconnected. Then no call back in general. Again start to talk to agent and the calls will ring more than 40 min and by luck someone will receive the calls and start the issues from beginning again.
Within 30 hrs the reschedule not resolved.
Finally order for cancellation ND refund.
Be cautious while reschedule the flight.

I would like to express my feedback...
I cancelled one ticket rs 1264,, 12 hours prior to journy,, 100 perc cancelation charges. Rs 30 credited to my account balance 1234 they deducted,, it this policy is good? When i enquired about this, the response was very poor, pathetic. Stating that goibibo is not taking any money, the cancelation policy is the policy of bus operators. Why goibibo is dealing wiht thiefs. Never recoment,,, dont go to this company for any deals..

If you have a online service it can feel really accessible and easy to book and control your travel plan. However, when a urgent situation accours, like now with the corona virus, the booking site has no way to handle questions related to the issue. It is also impossible to reach the customer service at all. Is there a customer service. After hunting them down for like 3 full days finally someone calls me back. She helps me with 2 of 7 bookings. The sum for all the bookings was more than 150 000 rupees and I do not feel like a happy customer. At all. I can't feel any service interest and they don't care. She told me to connect to the separate airlines. The separate airlines told me to connect with Goibibo. I am super disappointed, upset and I feel that digitalization does not mean "ignore your customer". Shape up Gobibo!

I booked a ticket to sikkim from this site. Entire booking amount was deducted but ticket confirmation was sent only for one way ticket.the payment done was doe a round trip. Upon contacting them via chat since no human response is available they blame the bank where as clearly they have recvd the entire amount.its time to stop booking from this site and move on to more reliable ones like make my trip. Pathetic services and downright frauds! Shame on you!
