This is really a genuine review. Please believe this. I have booked a flight from Kochi to riyadh in Sri Lankan airlines using Goibibo. Due to Covid 19 pandemic outbreak, my flight get cancelled. The airlines clearly mentioned in the website that they are ready to refund full amount, waiving of all penalties. But Goibibo team is not providing the money. They are telling that they don't have any communication regarding full refund. Now I am wondering about this goibibo working. Now I am planning to move to court.

I had booked my flights for Bangalore to Paris via Doha using with Qatar Airways, using goibibo. Booking ID GOFLI5F3BE*******514
Due to on going Covid situation, all international flights stand suspended. Qatar is one of the nicest flights, that refunds your full money if you, don't want to continue with the flight in future(Attached screenshot for proof).
So naturally I asked Goibibo to refund my money via email. Goibibo tells me from past one month that they will clarify with airlines and refund me money. But for many weeks no updates on that.
So I try to call the customer care, call lands in hotel/railway departments even after selecting the proper IVR Menu. Customer care staff ask me to register for a "call back" via the web form. I do that several times. But the tickets are marked as "resolved" and I get no call from them.

My Emails to them are not answered. I get automated response saying it will be clarified.
Twitter handle does the same. They tell they will resolve but they do nothing.
If Airlines is ready to refund me my money, who are these people to keep my money blocked and not reply me?

Please do not, do not ever do your bookings through Goibibo. They do not honour their commitments. They are completely fraud. We had booked 4 Air tickets through them in December. Inspite of making full payments they did not issue the tickets to us. We couldn't apply for the Visa as the tickets were not sent even after full payment. It is 5 months and still they have not refunded our money. We have lodged complaints against them on various websites. I have been sending them emails and tweeting against them. My complaint is still not resolved.

From last 9 days i am trying to reschedule my flight but i am not able to reschedule because of you. You are not able to provide me credit shell balance. Worst thing you are not update anything about the issue. Unskilled executive and waste person sitting at customer care desk. They doesn't know anything. Your act is totally fake. Very very bad service at difficult times. You only here to collect convenience fee from passenger. Totally cheating. Times has come to raise the voice. We all passenger collectively complaint against you people to government of india.

I booked the bus from Chennai to Madurai on 24th March 2020 morning bus. Three seats I booked. Due to covid 19 lockdown our booking was cancelled by bus operator. 20 days is over. Still they not refuneded my money. Total cost is 1983Rs. They only refunded 650Rs on 9th Apr 2020. Customer care also not attended my call. I don't know, when I will get my money. Its lockdown period. I know. But I want clarification about my remaining money.

The customer care facility for goibibo is almost non existing. The phone number given as customer care is almost non reachable. I have been trying to contact them for last 8 days almost 2 hrs every day but I am not able to talk to anyone just kept on listening to their advertisement.
Also there is no way to make a complain regarding the wrong refund for flights cancelled by airlines as well as the additional refund provided by airlines.
Their chat not called Gia is super primitive and absolutely useless.

PLEASE AVOID USING GOIBIBO SERVICE IF YOU WANT TO BE SAFE AND WORRYFREE FROM TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE.
