I had booked tickets for Delhi-Goa through Goibibo with Spicejet in March, just before the lockdown. Because of the lengthy lockdown, Spicejet cancelled the flight. After following up with them, they refunded the money into Goibibo's account. I want to rebook my flight, but I am not able to get in touch with Goibibo about my refund. The only option I have is to chat with a bot. I cant even rebook my ticket through Goibibo because their site doesnt show any refund against the cancellation.
Goibibo... How do I get in touch with you? How do I get my refund? How do I rebook my ticket and get the amount adjusted against my refund. Please give me an answer. You cant take my money and pretend as though I dont exist.

This is a very unethical, very unprofessional way to behave.

I booked an airticket and add on cab service on 21/07/2020 from Kozhikode to Bangalore (Booking reference; GOFLD625b*******823). There was no cab available at Bangalore when I reached Bangalore. I desparately tried to contact them but with no avail. Finaly I took a taxi reached my destination.
I have written to them for refund and if not paid I will sue them.
This is a one way communication site. YOU CAN NEVER REACH THEM. They take our money but not available to talk to us!
KEEP AWAY UNLESS YOU WANO BE CHEATED AND DISAPPOINTED

I purchased a ticket on the month of April but due to declared knockdown the Airlines have cancelled all the flights. Goibibo has made Credit shell available. But i am currently into pregnancy situation and for this I will not be able to travel for 1 and half years. I want my refund back to my original account. I could not report my issue wth this third party(GOIBIBO). I connected wth the Airlines directly and they have initiated my refund to this travel agency. I even tried calling at the Customer service i couldn't not reach out to the Customer service representative and instead I am being told by the voice process that I will be contacted back within 7 days. They did not contact me. No response from them through email. Now my money is stuck. I feel helpless. I want my money back. I will take this ro any higher lebel and I am ready to file a case against GOIBIBO if they do not return my money back. I am also ready to share my medical reports if they ask me for. I need help. Please GOIBIBO CONTACT ME SOONER.

Let me share my experience
I had booked a bus through goibibo
On the goibibo portal boarding point was showing Akshardham metro station but when I paid for two tickets. I called on given number to trace bus but the bus operator said you have to come to Tis hazari. I said it's not possible for me to come from Akshardham to Tishazari in half hour
Then I tried to cancel my booking but $#*!ing fraud Goibibo not cancelled My tickets. No body picked my call. In this way Goibibo take my money with out any thing given.
Please never use Goibibo.

I am very much disappointed from Goibibo. I have a flight ticket on 6th july 2020 but the flight was cancelled from Air Asia. They are told me that please contact your agent for full refund but no response received form goibibo. Last 15 days i was tried to contact with goibibo but no response from goibibo. I think goibibo total system was collapse. Now they was started cheat with everyone.
I am not interested to any credit note, i wants my money back as soon as possible. Otherwise i will go to consumer forum. Some pictures uploaded by me, see this and told me what I do? As per this Portal yesterday i was travelling on this flight.

Goibigo support team I'm Anita kumari my flight was 17/06/2020, but my flight was cancelled due to covid from indigo side I got cancelled massage on 14/06/2020, in that mention was we will refund 100% amount after also I talk to goibigo support there also mention we will refund you full amount and I have massage text, mail minimum 15 times I got from goibigo side full amount after that also I received very less amount I want to know reason because I have not cancelled my flight, why you people have done such a foolish man work. I am an often flying person but I've never had such a bad experience in my booking ever, I had a booking flight from Bombay to haydrabad which was on
16 April 2020 PNR-CSE1KL with a return journey
22 April 2020 PNR-MU4PUV which was a total of sum amounted to
Rupees *******
But due to covid19 issue i was not flying,
Also in the month of May I had placed a cancellation process along with the refund request,
But the costumer service is not so good or experienced even after months of waiting Im still waiting for the refund claim, whenever I check my flight status it's says the journey is completed,
There are no flight running!
How's that possible?
Will I get my refund or this is a scam?
Maybe it's a theaft!
I will share my personal experience to all my known frequent flyers and also not opt the goibibo services further.
Please give an option of a negative rating so it would make more easier for customers to actually share their experiences.

I booked london tickets long back. Since goibibo customer number was always not reachable, so i contacted airline directly and cancelled ticket. Airline has said they have refunded the money to goibibo. But i have not received any refund in my bank account from goibibo since last 50 days. When will i get my hard earned money? This goibibo also has audacity of lying so much that their contact email is also not working. ( *******@goibibo.com)

It's terrible. Very bad customer service also. You won't even get you money back. I booked from Ahmedabad to Nagpur return but flight was canceled and I'm trying to re schedule but I'm not able to re schedule because goibibo said talk to airline (GoAir) and airline said contact your agent. No one provide me credit she'll balance. Unskilled executive and waste person sitting at customer care very very bad service at difficult time. Totally cheating

I cancelled my flight tickets worth 49k in February for travel in May. Its been 4 months of calls and messages and their call centre is devious and manipulative. I even sent several messages to the CEO Vikalp Sahni and no response. While everyone is earning less during the pandemic these thieves are profiting without service. I hope people read this and not fall into the same trap! I am hiring a lawyer. I will get my money back!
