I paid $570 include shipping and GST for jordan 4 red thunder size 7m, after few days canceled my order due out of stock! How you can sell item without have product in stock, now I have to pay $780 for the same size, this is new way to jack up price on each item on platform. Not happy at all
Order 10.5 for Christmas gift for son and receive size 10. I paid for expedite shipping and all. After 5 emails and 5 days all they were willing to do is send return label, that's all. They didn't offer to fixes issues or refund shipping.

Don't buy shoes from GOAT APP! I ordered Nike Scorpion size 6 for Men's and they sent me size 6 for Women. When I asked to return it they wouldn't accept the return. I spent so much money and time to send it back but they wouldn't accept it because the time frame they said already has passed (3 days) I tried to return it via their stupid app the very next day I got it but the app just kicked me out of the process. Save your money, GOAT is SCAM. It'll scam you of your money.

I used GOAT many times in the past and never had a problem. Recently I purchased a pair of vapor max and they never arrived. I wrote a complain and they didn't even reach out to DHL (delivery company) I had to reach out and had no answer back. GOAT asked me to fill out many forms, go to the police station and fill out a report, scan more forms, ID pictures and a bunch of nonsense for a $100 pair of shoes! I am not using them again and I they can keep the $100 dollars, just wanted to make ppl aware!
As a consumer, I have been relatively pleased. However, as a seller, I have had a terrible experience. I decided to sell a pair of air Jordan's that I bought from GOAT, and then later, I decided to sell them because I no longer wanted them. When I received an offer I sent them to GOAT, but they marked them as "used" and the offer was dropped. They did not give an explanation as to why they deemed the shoes this way, which is incredibly frustrating because I never wore them and they were in the same shape as I received them. Would not recommend using them to sell shoes.
I can't believe I paid $40for shipping and$47 for custom almost $100 on top of the product cost I better suggest everyone go to local Nike store or adidas anywhere but not the goat.
I ordered a pair of shoes from GOAT and another seller at the same time because I was trying to get them in time for my son's birthday, so I was going to keep the pair that arrived first and cancel or return the later arrival. I noted that I could only return to receive a store credit, but that was fine as my son likes nice shoes and I'd be able to use it for future purchases. The pair I ordered from GOAT arrived 5 days after the other pair, so he never even knew about this order. I wouldn't have even opened the box except that I had to in order to put in the return packing slip or they would not take it back. I never even saw or touched the shoes. I opened the box, placed the packing return slip inside and sent them back to GOAT. A few days later, I received an email with pictures saying that my return would not be accepted because the shoes had been worn. I'm not sure if the pictures were of the shoes I returned or not. I don't know if they sent me bad shoes originally because I never even looked at them. I contacted them about this, and they continued to refuse the return. I'm not sure if this was a random incident or if this is just the way they regularly go about their business by cheating people, but I will certainly never order from them again. There are other places that have better quality shoes and get orders to you alot quicker. Stadium Goods is a much better place to purchase nice shoes.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Goat and received the email confirmation about the order. On the next day, I checked on my account it said there is no order found but they still charge me money. Waiting for their respond but feel hopeless. I trust this source since many reviewers on Youtube said it is good but I don't feel like trusting anymore. Please don't buy anything from this website.
Very bad international shipping service and very bad refund service. You will find exponentially expensive additional fees for international shipping that are poorly advertised on the website. You're forced to pay extra costs after the initial purchase or you don't receive any product and you lose all your money. Overall service and response to questions was poor.
It's a big risk to buy anything here, so hopefully it's worth it. For me it was because they sold me a legitimate product and one I could not find elsewhere but I don't think I will buy here in the future.

Purchased a pair of pre-owned Jordan 18s. I usually only buy New, but the description (and photos) described the shoes as an 8.5/9 out of 10 condition. In the description, the seller said that the shoes had no defects and that they were in wearable condition. I only paid $150 for the used pair instead of the $360 for the deadstock pair since they were so "well taken care of" with "no defects. The shoes arrived and all the carbon on the midsole (except for about 1/2 inch on the left shoe) was missing (even though the photos showed otherwise) and the soles were completely unglued from the uppers. On one of the shoes, the soles and uppers were completely detached. The 18s come with carbon infused insoles - These shoes didn't have the insoles! Like FR?!? The shoes were not close to the description from seller - these shoes were completely destroyed (I'd rate them as a 1/10 condition). I immediately contacted GOAT, sent pictures and explained that the condition of the shoes were not even close to what was listed by seller. GOAT never responded. I continued to contact them and never heard from them once. The Sneakers are so destroyed, that I can't resell them on other platforms (for a fraction of the amount that I paid) because they are non-functional. I'm a sneaker restorer and they are beyond repair.
How could GOAT allow an item to pass their "inspection process" and let that happen? I realize that buying pre-owned comes with some risk, but that is the point where GOAT is supposed to come in and mediate. I ended up taking the L and buying deadstock on Stock X. I will never buy from GOAT again. It is a terrible feeling to know a company that touts its commitment to the sneaker culture and promises professional authentication is out here scamming folks who place trust in them. I never even attempted to try them on my feet - i couldn't wear them to mow my lawn - they are complete garbage. *The photos below is exactly how the shoes arrived* NEVER AGAIN! I own over 300 pair of shoes and never once had a company so blatantly rip me off. If I don't hit on releases, i'll take my business to StockX from here on out!
The two times I have bought shoes from Goat.com they have been fake. If you look at one shoe only, you can't see the mistakes but once you compare one shoe with the other you start seeing the Nike logo on the bottom of the shoe was pointing at different directions. The stitch logo in the back of the shoe is ether lower or higher from each other. Even the decoration holes on top of the shoe are off. Nike would never make mistakes like this. Both purchases Goat.com approved authenticity before sending the shoes to me. Both pairs were fake. Different shoe style and color. Both fake. This company sales fake shoes. Won't give you a refund, just store credit. If you want to return your purchase they will charge you for the return. As soon as I open the box for the second pair which I bought months apart, I saw the mistakes on the shoes. I did reach out to them and summited pictures of the mistakes the shoes had and to this day i haven't heard from them. Once I summit my request for a refund instead, they got back to me and they they gave me store credit minus the shipping for returning the shoes. The first pair of shoes I return as well. I thought, maybe I had bad luck and would give them another chance and use the store credit for a second pair. Nope, still fake. And now Goat.com probably sold the shoes to someone else.
I recently purchased my son basketball shoes spending a lot of money at GOAT. I went to check out and was not given an option to enter a shipping address. I received an email and it had some other address on the email. I immediately contacted GOAT and sent screen shots. I tried to change the address on my profile, but their app won't let you. GOAT refused to change the address even though it didn't ship for 3 days after. GOAT said the reason I wasn't given an option for ship to address on checkout was because I used ios to check out. I sent proof that my address is correct there. I ended up having to pay additional change of address fees to UPS to get my package. I asked GOAT to reimburse me, but they refused. They still won't change the address on my account - not that I will use them ever again.
This company is a complete joke. Stole my money. They sent my shipment to the wrong address and I didn't realize until a day later. They only give you 3 hours to cancel the order after submitted... To add insult to injury, their customer service people refused to update FedEx with the new address. They said to ask FedEx myself to update the delivery. After speaking to FedEx, they refuse to ship packages to a new address without the consent of the seller. It has to be done by them, which they refuse to do. Therefore, my package was sent to some random person and GOAT did absolutely nothing to help and also refused to refund my money. Complete JOKE of a business. How in the world can a company get away with treating customers this way who are spending hundreds to thousands of dollars on luxury goods. Will never use these clowns again for purchases. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered shoes and got them. Opened the box. The Nike swoosh is black... but the paint or whatever was chipping off and showed red spots everywhere. I sent them pictures on the app and by email. I also have shipped them off for my refund and they won't give me a full refund because I didn't do "More specific" pictures, but I showed the defects of the shoes but they don't care about that. They care more about the tags on the shoe and box than the actual shoe that is messed up. L company.
My account was hacked and multiple shoes were ordered. I saw the orders come in via email and minutes later notified GOAT that it was not me that placed the order and that the shoes ordered were being shipped to an address I had never heard of. GOAT had PLENTY of notice to respond and review, at minimum they could have at least shipped them to me so I could return the fraudulent order. Instead they responded that I had two tickets open (one for each order placed), deleted both tickets and a day later shipped the shoes to the fraud address. Even with me following up multiple times before shipment. I would not trust this company to do anything correct for you and I would definitely not trust them with your personal or credit card information, they will do NOTHING to resolve any issues. HUGE SCAM!
Don't purchase from this company. They don't disclose all details about the shoes you are purchasing. We were majorly disappointed when we opened the shoe box we received, as the design wasn't reflected accurately in their photos. It seems like they staged their marketing photos to purposely not display a specific feature of the shoe that I suspect most customers didn't like and thus wouldn't have purchased. I voiced my concerns about how their shoe listing didn't include mentioning this design feature or include photos displaying it. They wouldn't allow me to return the item (and a costly item at that). Very unhelpful and purposefully trying to trick the customer. Will never purchase from them again.
