The product worked fine; the price was good. However, it took several months from when I first found the product on their site until the time they could get it to me. That was a bit disappointing.

I never received my initial order, but when they reshipped it the part fit perfectly and was in perfect condition.

Product was as presented., High quality and fit perfectly.

I am very please with the services and parts. Wonderful first experiences!

Had ordered a part but when I found out how long to deliver I cancelled the order. Despite that, it got filled and delivered anyway and yes I got charged. I was no longer at that address. Had to then pay for deliver from where I was to where I live which cost me another $25.

Happy with part but was disappointed in delivery and communication.

Part got here on time, was exactly what I had ordered, and brand new, with sound packaging.

To long to deliver parts. Unable to contact on phone line. Parts damaged when delivered. Still another 10 days to replace broken parts.

Parts were not shipped until three weeks after payment was received. I emailed Go Parts a week after payment. They replied it was going to be shipped out the following day, and they never did. Will never do business with them again.

I ordered a taillight for my car. They charged my account but I did not receive any confirmation of the order by email. Weeks went by and I followed up. I was told the part was lost in transit and another would be sent out. Another 10 days and I still don't have my part.

Good prices, and received my order in a timely manner

Whenever I called I never got through to any one. My calls were never returned. My questions were never answered. My emails were never answered. I have not received a refund for my return. Poor customer service.

I was impressed with this company, they had exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Thank you
