I was able to order the part track my order received My part. The color matched my car perfectly and it was the correct side. Great condition. The only downside was it was the wrong wiring and in the ordering process it did not give me an option of finding out what wires I had or needed.
The website was easy to navigate and understand. Unfortunately I can only give two stars because the part that was sent was incomplete. I now have to pay even more so I can get my van back in working order. One of the tie rods was slightly bent and the other one wasn't even there at all.
I found the part that I needed easily on their website, checkout process was quick and the product arrived in the window they gave. Overall very satisfied with my purchase. Only feedback would be to improve some of the pictures posted to give a little more detail of the product for blemishes.
Part was easy to locate on the website and delivery was on time and production was secured in the box.

I ordered a knuckle for my Lexus. I double checked the details and ordered the piece. The bottom part of the knuckle did not fit. I am frustrated.

Part was delivered in no time, but it came in no packaging. No packaging to protected it from scraps or damaging. I notified the company, they told me they where looking into it but still haven't heard back at all.

I accidentally bashed my left side driver mirror on my garage door frame while backing into the garage. I found GoParts.com and the ordering experience was super easy. I found the part I needed for the model and year of my car. I received it within a reasonable amount of time. It was packed with care and I was impressed when I got it. I would come to this website again for other parts on my car.
Though not exactly like the stock mirror, it was a pretty good replacement considering the difficulty in finding a matching replacement.

I received my part, but it was defective. It was a heater control panel for my car. I installed the unit and it did not work. I did manage to Frankenstein together my old unit and the one that was sent to me. It's functioning, but I'm not happy about having to modify my purchase. I sent an email, but there was no response.
