I received the glasses and the frames were already worn and damaged the lenses that were taken out from my prescription were in a extra bag pitted and scratched I assume someone returned the glasses I received and they just swapped the lenses and sold to me as new not ok I paid for new glasses not repurposed glasses not pleased at all

Pretty easy process. Input all your prescription information In and they take care of rest. But for some reason this time I had problems with production of glasses and delays.

Pretty easy process. Just to many glasses to choose from
My only concern is I have a strong prescription and I would like my lenses to not be too thick, they fit the frame nicely and I have no real complaints. My only gripe is they aren't actual Oakley lenses, but that's just me being nitpicky
It took 21 days for my order to arrive. I will give two stars because when they finally came they were great glasses. If you have problems with your order don't expect to be able to reach out and talk to a live person.

I feel like shipping was a little slow, as I did pay for expedited shipping. It seems like the glasses were made and shipped pretty quickly, which was excellent.
I will order again, send me a coupon.
This is the 2nd pair of glasses I had to send back because I could not see through them. The regular progressive glasses are not correct, I cannot read out of them. BUT... when I ordered sunglasses with the same prescription, I can see just fine.
The same as the ones I got from my eye doctor just wish Glasses USA offered other colors because I got rose gold from my doctor and love them more than the silver.
I paid for express shipping on a $470 paid of glasses. Then they didn't update the tracking info for 2 whole weeks, and then the excuse they gave was "It's taking so long because it didn't meet our quality control. But we can refund the express shipping you paid." Thanks for the $13 but I really want my glasses. So another week goes by and they finally leave their warehouse with a shipping company called OSM (never heard of them, and probably for good reason). It takes another week to get from Texas to Maryland. They arrive in a bubble wrapper (as opposed to a box like you'd expect for something small and fragile) in their case. And the perfect end to this sugar honey iced-tea of a tale is that they case looked like it'd been run over and the frames were bent in such a way that it's mind boggling they're still on one piece.
Needless to say they're completely unwarable and the summer will be over before I have new glasses to wear.
It's next to impossible to get someone on the phone, and when you do they're complete useless. There's no customer service to speak of. For all this money I expect much better.
But your glasses from a reputable store and not from these overseas scammers

Ordering glasses is actually easier than going to WalMart or any other glasses store and hunting for the pair that you like. On line, you can choose from so many types and sizes and take all the time that you want. The end product just has to be something that you will like.

Hard to easily see sizes available until last step. Filters not always correct.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.
Answer: Because they're dishonest. They stole $193 from me in store credit
Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
