Delivery was extremely fast, and the glasses came out great.
Quality and perfect fit for my glasses. Exactly was I expected and purchased. My wife will be purchasing on line as well. I will be a requiring customer.
I was NOT kept up to date on when my glasses would ship to me and I was anxious to receive them for a cruise I was leaving for. I contacted the chat and got the computer responses which were no help at all. I called customer care and got another computer based response and never could get a real person.
Update: I did receive my Ray-ban sunglasses before my cruise but was not happy with my purchase. The ray-ban name was not on my prescription lenses and I then found out because GlassesUSA creates the lenses that they can't put the Ray-ban name on the lenses. Gosh! Would not have ordered had I known this. Bottom line: I returned my glasses for a full refund and didn't have new sunglasses for my cruise. Oh well...
Everyone should try this for prescription glasses no appointments just great service
I ordered just a pair of frames. Non prescription. I've always ordered from Glasses.com and it's never taken longer than 10 days. I paid $115+ not including shipping. It took almost 3 weeks to receive them. Trying to get ahold of someone live to talk to eas even more frustrating as i tried a few times and gave up. I don't know if I'll order from here in the future. I was disappointed that the frames felt somewhat cheap given the cost of them. I'm hoping that my lenses being fitting for them frames won't damage them.

This is the first time I purchases prescription glasses where the frames are not adjustable to fit. Usually all glass frames allows adjustment to fit but these had no metal under the plastic so you can adjust them at all. I tried to return them and was offered 120% of store credit but they never sent the store credit. You also cannot contact anyone yo discuss the problem

I am very pleased with the glasses I received recently from GlassesUSA.
Other than a slight delay, there were no problems at all, and I really like the glasses.
From the beginning it was easy to try on the glasses virtual. Which I enjoyed doing and from uploading my prescription and the check-out process. I recommend Glasses USA to other that are looking for glasses to sunglasses.

Communication was great. Fast delivery. Great quality progressive lenses
Your automated phone system makes it incredibly hard to speak with a real person. I ended up using the online chat, which was better but still difficult to reach a real person. Once I did, it was great.
Nice selection and prices. Liked the color choices.
Easy shopping. My new shades look and feel great. Just pop in your prescription, choose your frame, and they show up on the doorstep inside two weeks.
The glasses are exactly as described and seem to fit well. The new lenses took a day or two to get used to. My only complaint is that delivery was ridiculously slow. It took almost two weeks after the glasses were shipped to receive them. I also paid the extra $12.95 for express shipping. This was anything but express.

Received my order as well as someone else's. Called, emailed and no response so I could return these other glasses. Never an option to talk to a live person. Got myself a nice pair of Ray Bans now since nobody wants me to return them. Saved $

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Answer: There should be, they are horrible! They have 0 customer service- you can not speak to a live person! It's totally automated and inefficient if you need help in anyway!

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
