My glasses arrived with the frames and lenses that I ordered and in a beautiful emerald cases that looks luxurious even though the frame that I picked were an unbranded. I've been using GlassesUSA since I was in college and now that I'm a working professional I find GlassesUSA still very affordable without sacrificing quality and options.

Glasses arrived promptly and in protected and good condition. The image of the glasses on the site did look significantly different from the actual glasses. I am happy with the glasses but they were not what I expected based off of the photographed images.
The website works perfectly unlike so many others I tried before! The live try on is very on point. The selection of frames is interesting, wide, from high end to very budget friendly. If you are patient enough you will find your perfect pair. Delivery is quick, trackable, and customer service is great: they dealed with my return fast and efficiently before I was entirely happy with my Persols now. I would try them again in the future.
Everything was great, ordering was simple, shipping was fast.
I searched all of the sites covered by our insurance and Glasses USA had my favorite ones. Delivery was fast and I couldn't be happier with them!

I cannot see with the glasses. The Rx is obviously filled wrong since I've used the Rx before it was fine. That said, I tried to call per the customer service number given and sure enough... no one will talk to you and then you are dropped. I am disappointed with EVERYTHING... the glasses, the service. Will never order via GlassesUSA again. After a week, I did get an e-mail saying how I should return them for credit... all based on my AI interaction with the company. I threw the glasses in the trash and will eat the cost because I do NOT want a credit with GlassesUSA.
It's was okay but I think I'll go in to a eye doctor to get them next time

These people are crooks. My 3 months old glasses simply split the frame while reading in a chair I have attempted to contact them and they won't respond. Junk

Good first experience...a little confusing, but next time will be better!
The leg fell off my initial glasses during the week and by the weekend the other leg fell off as well. I went on line that day found the glasses that fit my picture the best and ordered right away. I ordered them on the 7th and received them on the 22nd. I love them and I don't say that very often when it comes to glasses! Light weight on sale, comfortable and stylish! Thank you Glasses USA!

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
