A truly horrible experience. I ordered glasses on Feb 21which were said to take 3 days to produce (plus shipping time). After 10 days with no notification, I was told it would take 3-6 days to produce, All efforts prior to and after that notification were unsuccessful. I tried to get information by email - at multiple suggested addresses, by text and by calling, I was unable to reach anyone or get any information. I wasted hours. They were finally shipped on 3/20 so 27 days after my order. Not helpful when you need the glasses. And when I tried to return them, the online instructions were inaccurate although I was finally able to get a refund. Find another place to shop!
Quick and easy to use. Could order from home, very convenient!
I received my glasses but they took a lot longer than promised. This has been my experience with the last few pairs I bought. Instead of 7-10 business days it's taking minimum 3 weeks.
I am finding it difficult to shop online for glasses. The color does not come across accurate on the website. The glasses are well made and the prescription is correct. The return process is difficult if you have to return a second time. They give you a new order number when you reorder, but don't show you that number on the website. I had a very hard time being able to chat with a live rep, I never was able to actually talk to someone on the phone. Once I received the second order number I could return the second pair.
Fit well and crystal clear vision; the only issue is that it took a bit too long to get them.
. I was able to buy two pairs of glasses. If i went through my regular optomitrist, it would have cost 1.5 times as much for one pair. I was able to use an online coupon as well

Was a super easy process of selecting product and service was excellent. Production to delivery was quick. Product was what i expected and wanted. Will be purchasing again.
Wish I could give zero star! So after 10 months the frame what I purchased by glasses USA is got broken. Tried to reach the customer service but it's a mission impossible. Customer service just not exist. Wrote them email with clear English sentences about my issue and their answer just ridiculous and written by a bot. Of course no answer of my question and solution neither. So here we are a 10 months old pricey Prada frame just broke and glasses USA is unavailable on any services…
Highly not recommend them

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
