It was a good experience, easy to navigate website, easy to input customizations, recieved my order within the time period i was provided with.
I paid extra for express delivery for my glasses so it could arrive in 3-5 days, since my glasses were broken and I needed new ones asap. The delivery ended up taking around 9 days, which was more than double the expected amount of delivery time. I paid extra for a service that was not completed.
I'm enjoying my prescription sunglasses in less than two weeks after ordering.

The progressive lenses are too disorienting and I am not sure they were made correctly. I have confirmed the prescription is correct in your records. I primarily wear glasses as readers and the progressive lenses are not so good for this purpose.

Glasses and prices are fine. Paid extra for 3-5 Business days because I will be gone for 7 monhs. Been sitting at DHL for over 7 days. No way to talk to a human to see what holdup is. Do not pay extra for fast delivey.

Due to having double vision, I have an unusual prescription with includes a "prism" attribute.
The all-metal frames, Colossus Gunmetal Black, are sturdy and attractive. The prescription is accurate and corrects my vision. The large frame size is the best fit I have had.
I purchased a RayBan glasses with my prescription and the product came out nicely.
Glasses and frames were very nicely produced; good quality. Packaged very well and contained a protective case and lens cleaning cloths.
Easy to use, however the glasses don't look good on me even though I tried them on virtually.
Good value, but horrible delivery service and customer support. Uses a std. Progressive calculation which is not appropriate for how I wear my glasses. They do not explain this very well. They rely on a chatbot for support. You end up in a repeat loop of the same questions. Took six time to get to what I believe was a human on the other end of the keyboard.
Biggest issue is their delivery. Yes, I could have paid for expedited service, but why. Five days AFTER the glasses shipped per the tracking, did I receive an actual update from the shipper, USPS, that the product was actually moving. Then received 3 days later. Total of 18 days from order to received!

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
