So first of all I paid for the expedited 3 to 5 day shipping that I paid extra for and it was triple that time. It also came in a beat up Oakley box. I was scared to open it, but lo and behold they looked OK disappointed didn't get it quicker
Regular sunglasses were fine, had prescription glasses done in the past few months turned out pretty good for the most part, had to send back a pair of distance /polarized that were defective, still haven't received them back yet, hope they are fixed and as good as my others have been in the past.
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. The quality was good but I needed ones that were a bit more oversized.
The production and delivery of my glasses was a little longer than I expected but I did not fuss over it due to me being out of town during the time of them being made and delivered. I got so many compliments on these glasses, they are exactly what I wanted! They do feel a little cheap but that was my intention to get cheaper frames so that I can have the best lenses within a reasonable budget for me.
Quick and easy. Lots of choices. Had a good idea what potential frames might look like on my face.
It took a while, but I found the right glasses with the right fit. I really do like the shape, size and fit on my face but it was quite a search to find them. I'm happy.

Ordering was easy, glasses are good quality. I paid for expedited shipping and received it in the normal shipping time frame, so that wasn't great.
It's the devil in the details that you're not warned about. I paid extra for 3-5 day delivery. Only to find out that it's up to 6 business days to make your glasses. That's not explicitly stated anywhere that I saw while ordering. I get that they're high volume. And of course it's eyewear and it needs to be perfect. But. My order was delayed. I was never notified about it. It wasn't until I contacted them and I was given an excuse of quality control. I'm thankful that they weren't just going to send me a jacked up pair of eye glasses. They need to do better at communicating better with their customers. I was also told in my conversation that I would be receiving a refund for shipping. That didn't happen either. At this point it's moot. Lessons learned. So after about 3 weeks I received my order. The glasses were dirty and fingerprinted up with what I can only imagine is particles from the manufacturing. It's ok because the included a cloth. The prices for both pair were more than reasonable. But communication is lacking. I'd definitely try to order again at the price points.
Overpriced mistakes coupons and using them and took long to get glasses. Not buying from this online service anymore

I am so upset with this company. I placed an order for my sons contacts in January, 2024. I contacted them in March to tell them I have not received my order. On March 15, I received an email with the USPS tracking and when I clicked on it, it says my glasses were in Washington. Clicked on it again one month later, and it says they are still in Washington. I ordered these contacts early because mine run out at the end of this month. If I don't receive them within the next 10 days, then I will have to contact my credit card company to report them as fraudulent company. Also, its hard to get a hold of a live person and when you do, they say they will file a claim and get back to you in 3 days so we will see if they do. So the company has informed me that they are out of the contacts they were supposed to have sent in January. Mind you they have had my money since January 2024 and today is April 17,2024. They said they would give me an immediate refund. I will post back and let people know if it was immediate or another lie!

This is the 4th time I order glasses with GlassesUSA and I have no issues with your products. They are all high quality frames and you do a great job with the prescription lenses.
Shipping is a huge issue though. You always take longer than promised to produce and ship the products and they arrive close to a month after you ship them even when in some cases you promised expedited shipment. In one case, the glasses got lost and I actually got the replacement pair 60 days after placing my original order.
I will think twice before I order a new pair of glasses through GlassesUSA due to your unreliable shipping timelines and ability to deliver the product due to shipping issues.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
