Shipping was terrible. Recieved an email that said my product had shipped. Carrier did not receive for 7 days. I paid fir priority shipping. Once the carrier got them I had them in 3 days. Will think again before ordering
I ordered the Revel Dwayne Silver Titanium glasses. Fit is perfect for me! Have not once had any issues with these glasses - perfect right out of the box. Crystal clear vision, lenses clean very easy (I have all the treatments available from you) and rain drops glide ride off. Love the Transitions. So very pleased!
This is the second time I've ordered from GlassesUSA, the first time was great! This time I ordered 2 pairs of reading glasses one of which was supposed to come with magnetic clip on lenses so the could also be sunglasses. I did not receive the clip on lenses. I had to continue to type customer service into the AI support chat and finally got a live person. They said they would ship the clip on lenses for my glasses. It's week 2 I have still received nothing, haven't been contacted with shipping info like they said I would be. Disappointed that my order didn't arrive correctly. Will most likely try to order glasses elsewhere next time.
Glasses were great and at a great price as well for designer frames. Had no issues and was delivered on time.

The order was placed on 4/1/24. We received one email explaining that the order was delayed due to circumstances beyond their control. The order was received on 4/22/24.

Slow checkout with PayPal - your coupon item kept coming up when I got a better deal with another coupon There was a rice discrepancy.
I was frustrated that most of the frames I really liked were only available in one size.
Trying to speak with anyone concerning my order and its delay was impossible.
While i was able to track its progress online after 4 days saying my orders is delayed and someone will contact me soon that never happened….

I had difficulties finding glasses that fit my head. They always seemed too narrow. I finally found the "Von Miller" line of glasses. I got a pair in XL and they fit perfectly. The order came in as promised and the prices are very fair.
Ordered a set of Prada glasses. The ones I wanted sold out, im an Oakley guy. These came out really nice though. They don't slide off a d fit nice. I will order another pair for a back up pair later on.
You should recommend the highest promotions or discounts during the ordering process vs making the customer surf all of them.

This was my first time shopping at glassesUSA and I loved how many options I had, how easy the ordering process was and how quickly my glasses arrived!
I looked online and found USA glasses. Was skeptical because of the price being so high, but once the came I could see the quality. Didn't take much time to input my prescription. Worked out really well and I'm looking forward to using my new prescription swim goggles this summer.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
