First time ordering from GlassesUSA… pros… United States based so order arrived in a little over two weeks and didn't get lost in customs 😳. Customer service so far have been friendly and eager to help. Cons…. I ordered Ray Ban sunglasses with progressive lenses and paid the extra $15 for the added darkness and much to my dismay they showed up with clear blue lenses on them, can't even call them sunglasses. On top of lenses the frame felt very cheap so sent them back, disappointed in a $250 pair of sunglasses.
I was able to get my glasses in a timely fashion in perfect condition! I will be ordering from glasses usa again.
I ordered a pair of glasses after losing my old pair and used a photo of my prescription and it was within 2 days of Mt order that they were shipped and 3 more till they arrived. After receiving my glasses I immediately put them on and was met with instant shock and excitement, I could see! They were honestly just as good if not better than my last pair. I wish there was an option to change the strength of the blue light lenses, my old pair was extremely strong the lenses were yellow, these are slightly tinted. They do well just would prefer if they were stronger. I got a wonderful deal on these the original price was 300 and some change and after a discount code I was offered I paid 219 and still ended up getting some back in a refund they sent me. Very very pleased, I will definitely be buying a pair of sunglasses in the next coming months. Thank you very much :)

As soon as I ordered my glasses I was on the mailing list and starting getting constant promotions. I originally thought I got a decent deal. Now I wonder, as I'm seeing substantial discounts in the promos.
This lack of pricing consistency is discomforting.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: There should be, they are horrible! They have 0 customer service- you can not speak to a live person! It's totally automated and inefficient if you need help in anyway!

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
