The glasses did come quickly. However. They came in a soft case that wasn't going to protect anything. The prescription was waaaaay off. I returned them which was a bit of a hassle. They tried really hard to avoid having to give me a refund with a number of offers with store credit. I had to work with a stinking robot instead of a real person. I did get the refund but it was a little more complicated than it should be. The only way I could find to do it was through the virtual chat. They say they take insurance which they do but you have to do all the leg work and print out all the forms and get them filled out. A huge hassle you can avoid at a physical store.
I purchased a second round of contacts early, December 28th, to use the expense for 2023. I opened the box when I needed the new contacts, April 30th, only to find that the company sent me the WRONG PRESCRIPTION! There return policy is 60 days so because I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY TO SEND ME THE CORRECT ITEMS I am now out of pocket $200 and have contacts I can't use! BUYER BEWARE AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER! Do not trust reliable service from this company.

Great selection of frames. Easy checkout. Nice to have my prescription saved for easy ordering.
I ordered two pairs of glass on March 21,2024. Today is May 8,2024. I have still not received my glasses.
To be fair, 1/2 of my original order did arrive within two weeks. The prescription was wrong (input incorrectly), So I initiated an exchange. I return the glasses immediately after receiving them on April 7. I have not received any Updates on the status of the exchanged items.
Their entire customer service system is automated with AI. The exchange ticket number that was issued to me is unable in their system. When I input the original order number, the system simply lets me know that I've initiated an exchange, but gives me no further information. There is nothing in the system that tells you how to communicate with a human being.
I have attempted to get updates through their AI telephone, online chat system for at least 6 weeks.
Today, April 8, Was the first time I was able to get a customer care person on the phone, Only for them to tell me I had to wait 24 to 48 hours to get an update on an order that I placed two months ago.
Take away: Their customer care system is completely automated and clearly has tremendous gaps.
Also, there's no sense of urgency. After more than two months of waiting, their only response was wait a little longer.
If I didn't need glasses immediately, I would cancel this order and get a refund.
I will never order glasses from this company again. And I will do everything in my power to prevent others from doing The same to avoid the level of frustration I am experiencing.

As for the other pair of glasses which is the Calvin Klein CK21711 Blue, Tortoise, instead of canceling these glasses we just updated the prescription with the correct values and sent it back to production for processing.
Also, I forgot to mention on the call that I have updated the shipping to express so that you will receive the glasses as soon as possible.

The process to choose and buy a pair of glasses was quick. I have to wear them for a while to see if they were worth it. I also believe I ordered two types of the same frame, one with blue tinted lenses and one without but I think they sent both with blue tints. Not sure if this is a plus or not yet.
I was very skeptical about ordering something as important as my glasses online. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the process worked and the quality of the glasses I received. I will definitely be ordering again.

I paid for the 5 day delivery, and it took roughly two weeks or so to come in.

Got my glasses exactly as described. The production quality was excellent and took much less time than I expected. Would definitely recommend.
It took a little longer to receive my sunglasses, but I was updated on the delay with apologies. They fit well, the script is correct, good tint for Florida. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Either pair was not was I was expecting.
I contacted customer service for an exchange/refund and have not recieved the shipoping label yet.
One pair was too big for mt face and the other pair was way too wide and fall off my face.
I did one and am trying get this resolved, I thought the price was good.

Ordered my first pair of glasses from here…. The processing time was quick. Although I purchased what I guess is considered a "premium" brand being Prada… my glasses came in a broken box with no cleaning cloth. So I had to purchase one.

I apparently made a mistake in the ordering process. They took the glasses back and replaced them with what I intended to order the first time. Excellent business ethic.
Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.
Answer: Because they're dishonest. They stole $193 from me in store credit
Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: There should be, they are horrible! They have 0 customer service- you can not speak to a live person! It's totally automated and inefficient if you need help in anyway!

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
