Overall I had a good experience but I paid for rush shipping and it was not delivered in the 3-5 days I paid extra for. I know the order was delayed until I could get a measurement but when I did, it wasn't here then within the 3-5 days that I paid extra for.

My glasses turned out very cute. The quality is very good at a good price, much less than my eye doctor. Would definitely buy from here again.

My new Wiley-X Climb prescription sunglasses are very high-quality frames, and the lenses are great. The prescription is very good also. My biggest complaint is these frames were described as being a large fit on the website, but they are very tight on my face, and I wouldn't say I have an overly large head. I wish there was a way to open them up a bit for a better overall fit. I guess that's the risk of buying online.

I ordered a pair of AO prescription sunglasses. They arrived pretty much when expected. They look very good and the prescription is perfect.
Much better than the pair of RayBans I ordered that had the prescription all screwed up.
Over all I am very satisfied. I do wish they had sent the original lenses that the glasses came with. I did pay for them after all.
The RayBans were sent along with the original non prescription lenses in a cloth bag.

I received my glasses oin a timely manner but need to return. Can't reach anyone. The glasses are not my prescription and cannot use. Please help

Didnt know that the UV protection gave them a yellow tint, wanted clear. But other than that great glasses

I liked that I was emailed when someone I ordered was not available and I was able to pick something else instead of my order being canceled. Ordering was very easy. The shipping was VERY slow. It took 12 days to get them after being told they were shipped.
I had to wait like two to three weeks which is way more than the advertised production time GlassesUSA has advertised. It took so long to the point where I had to ask customer service. Please improve your production speeds! Other than that, the product is great and the quality is okay.

Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.
Answer: Because they're dishonest. They stole $193 from me in store credit
Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: There should be, they are horrible! They have 0 customer service- you can not speak to a live person! It's totally automated and inefficient if you need help in anyway!

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
