Glasses were incorrect the first time. I called for a refund, supposed to be no hassle, they said let us try again. I said okay. They sent the second pair and they were not right either. Now they say no refund, only store credit. That was not told to me on the first try to return or I would have just gotten the refund that time. Now I am having trouble getting a return label. This site is way more trouble than they could ever be worth.
They did finally give me a shipping label and store credit. I had to use the store credit to buy something I no longer wanted or loose the money. Their product was okay but be aware that refunds after the first are not available and complex prescriptions like mine, may not be the best to try to get from an online store.
I used the store credit to order a new pair of glasses. This pair was poor, at best. The progressive prescription was not centered correctly and were fuzzy. I have other progressive lenses so I know what they are supposed to be. These are not right and I give up. I will eat the loss and throw these away. I would not recommend this company.
Very straightforward, and I'm very pleased with their refund claims. Overall pleasant shopping experience!

They took 2 weeks to let me know that two of the 3 frames I ordered were out of stock, for 3 to 4 months. They did offer swap out for any other frames, except the more expensive ones. After changing frames they still took another 14 days to complete, 3 days to, "inspect", 4 days to get them to some location so they could ship them and now say could be another 7 to 14 days to arrive (not to mention they give no tracking number, only a link to track using your order number but the link does not work. So... 1month and 1 week out, still no glasses, dont know where they are. No way to track them and when I asked if they would give me some kind of compensation on future glasses they said, "No, because everything is within normal timing". Will never buy from them again.
Only place to buy glasses. First pair through local Eye Doctor $400+, second pair 7 days later less than $100...

Bad experience, they said they shipped the wrong rx and it was my fault. It's been 2 months, still no glasses. I filled out the refund form, still waiting. Im starting to think I'm out $60. Don't buy from them.

I should have known not to order glasses online this website is really sketchy. I never received the 3 pair of glasses I ordered and when I called to see what was going on after watching the tracking that said my package was still on it's way for a month. They basically told me it wasn't their problem and there wasn't anything they can do about it. DO NOT ORDER GLASSES FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I recently found a deal on GlassesUSA and was able to use a provided gift code provided due to a bad first experience.
I again bought stock sunglasses. No need for any special lenses, just straight sunglasses directly off the web page.
The order only took 16 days to arrive. Still outside the 6 to 10 business days advertised but no where near as long as last order.
On October 16 I recieved notification of the order entering "5-stripe quality assurance test".
So imagine my suprise when these sunglasses arrived with no lenses, just empty frame. I pulled the packaging out of the trash to ensure the lenses were not delivered needing installation. No such luck. So much for 5-stripe quality inspection.
When I called customer service their response was "well we have a return policy, if you don't like the glasses you can return them". I find an incomplete product to be a separate category from an unliked one.
I explained I didn't want to return I just wanted to be provided the lenses. This didnt appear to be a situation a first line service rep could resolve. I asked for a supervisor and after a long wait was told they were all on with other customers and would call ASAP. Instead of a call I got and email saying it was forwarded to the appropriate department for review. I

Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
