My glasses didn't reach me any time close to when they were supposed to arrive! It was summer and I had to travel with my family: I told them, then I found out when I came back that I lost my 1 month grace period though I told them!
BUT wait. That wasn't all: I wore the glasses for less than a month and 1 of the handle just broke! THESE GLASSES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE MONT BLANC FOR $522 I PAID!
And then couldn't find anyone to address my issue properly-I returned the glasses and up to now nothing!
Is this a scam?!?!? I had praised them on Facebook! Will take it back and put the right comments.
1 star is even generous.

Got my 1st pair, lenses were yellow. Sent them back for a different pair and the Rx is wrong! I requested refund but you can only get refund on your 1st pair! The 2nd pair can only get store credit. Now I'm stuck with store credit and they keep getting my glasses wrong! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Worst Customer Service!

I ordered glasses 10/23; 10/24 they sent me an email detailing the timeline which stated my glasses wont ship for 5-7 business days. I had paid expedited shipping which meant I expected to receive them within 5-7 days. They weren't going to here in time for a vacation and then I have an appointment to update my rX so I figured we may as well cancel and I'll order when I get back. On 10/24 I cancelled. On 10/24 I received an email from their customer service team telling me I need to fill out RMA I can get refund or credit and have nothing to return since they aren't made. I said ok, I'll take store credit since I was going to order a new pair anyway. On 10/29 I received a shipping notification. I called and spoke to 2 people who both said they were made and shipped and I have to return them if I want my refund. I explained they were never supposed to have been made in the first place. They admitted it was their fault, still won't refund or credit and now I have to pay for a shipping label back. They BOTH admitted it was their system's fault and still refuse to offer even halfway decent customer service. Filed a chargeback with my bank since I have emails proving I cancelled and they acknowledged the cancellation, and will never order from these people again.

Excellent stall tactics

Bought my glasses in the spring, The frame hinge broke in July, Contacted them 7-25-18 Called and sent pictures, heard NOTHING, called back in August, sent more pictures, then they agreed to open a 20/20 replacement policy, but I had to pay a 10% copay (Bogus bull) I paid the copay on August 30th, they said 3 weeks after they had the copay I would have my replacements, Nothing happened! I called in and was informed I had to return my glasses in the original case with the cleaning cloth and I would have to send them the tracking info. I called and requested I keep these until the replacements came, considering, I require glasses to drive and to function. A Manager had to cal to approve, after a couple times with different managers, my request was approved. Through September, nothing happened, no responses to calls or emails, Sent Pointed email this week to them and the response I Had to send my glasses first ---- do they even have internal communications or Quality assurance? Today is 4 months later, and I have Broken glasses. I am Done with these $#*!s, They have STALLED long enough to make me quit, I am gong to a Storefront Supplier, I would like my money back though, the frames they sold me were absolutely inferior and extremely cheap!

Cheap glasses but ZERO care for the customer.
I have had two pairs bought, first was sent a wrong address and they first told me I needed to buy another pair and took two weeks of constant back and forth before they remade and resent the glasses.

Second time I bought from them they made the prescription wrong and 4 months later I am STILL trying to get the company to fix their mistake.

Also if you ever have an issue you will have to send glasses back before they will remake them per their policy. How do they expect you to see and function while you wait 2 months for the remake? They could easily fix this by putting holds on credit cards of the new amount just in case you dont return the old pairs. But this is a very greedy and poor company to use.

As you have not left your order we are unable to comment on the specifics of any order. If an order is mis-delivered we will send out a reproduction at no extra cost to the customer. We will manufacture the lenses in accordance with the prescription provided by the customer and if something is wrong with the glasses, the customer can take advantage of our 14 day return policy. In this case, the glasses must be sent back to us, and in your stated case, if there is an apparent problem with the prescription there is no gain for you by keeping a set of glasses whilst waiting for a replacement set.

Two pair,
October 24, 2018

I have purchased two pair (separate times separate orders) and could not be happier with my glasses. First pair progressive sunglasses, PERFECT for driving a car. Second pair distance only. I used the virtual try on and they explained the numbers on my old pair so I could get the correct size. They arrived in about two weeks and I have been wearing my sunglasses for a few months and distance only several weeks. I could not be happier and highly recommend glassesusa.com

Scam!

I'm not one to write reviews but I would hate for someone else to get scammed by this company. I simply wanted to order a pair of glasses to give to someone as a gift. Little did I know I would be paying for something and getting nothing in return. As I tried to order the glasses it kept giving me notification after notification to check my address line and card number. After about 10 attempts I decided to give up and go to the mall and just pick a pair of glasses up. At the store my card was declined, and I had no idea why? I called my bank, and found out they took the money off my card for the glasses and gave me a. 75 cent fee every time I hit submit to order the glasses. How they took the money off my card without me finishing my order is beyond me. They have given me the run around for over a week now about giving me my refund. They keep telling me someone from billing will be contacting me via email, and I can't talk to them directly for some strange reason? This company has stolen my money, don't let them steal yours!

It took a long time for the glasses to arrive which sucked but that's not even the bad part. When I received my glasses they had the WORST glare on them, I could see a perfect reflection of the window behind me. When I made my order I purchased the premium package so my glasses were supposed to have premium anti-reflective coating which obviously doesn't work. So now I will have to return them and hope that they can fix this problem or go somewhere else.

Bad glasses

I bought prescription glasses two times, first time they didn't fit right and the lens fell out and I took them to my eye doctor and he showed me that the lens was not put in right, you could take a business card and put it threw the top of where the lens was. Second pair prescription was total off, returned them for a refund, got the refund. Just a heads up customer service not good and return policy 14 days. I was trying to safe a buck. Going back to my eye doctor and get a good pair of glasses. I did get cool pair of non prescription glasses look great but don't fit good. Arms are stretched out, that is how they came. Took them to the eye doctor to get them fix, couldn't fix them. Done with this business.

I ordered three pairs of glasses expensive. One-Oakley brand. Two other. 2/3 arrived with the incorrect sript. 30 days later I rec'd. Owned 2/3 for 60 days total. All three pairs are broken. My $1 glasses still in use. HUH?
USA will not replace -however, the Warranty on line was "100 % satisfaction guarantee"
UNTIL it was time to replace. ZERO company ethics- Israeli company -TERRIBLE MONEY GRAP>THIEVES. Email all info to your state attorney General. Put them out of the U.S. Make the US DOJ fine them extensively! Good Luck Daniel. No more US for you! Thief!

Company sucks

I ordered some glasses with clip on sunglasses. First, the coupon they sent me with a picture of the glasses I had in my cart didn't work on those glasses. False advertising. The glasses don't end up being less expensive than anywhere else because of the lame coupons.
When I got my glasses the lenses had smudges on them and the sunglass clip ons had scratches. And the glasses case cake cracked. I emailed them and asked for them to just replace my sunglass clip ons and case but they refused. Said if I wanted to do an exchange I had to send back the entire pair and be without glasses. I've been through a return with them before and it takes weeks for the return and weeks to get your new glasses. There's no way I could go without glasses that long. So I got stuck with scratched sunglass clip ons and a cracked case. The lenses on these glasses are poor quality too. They attract dust like crazy and scratch so easily. I've been super careful with them because they're new and yet they still are getting light scratches all over them. I will be ordering from Warby Parker in the future. My glasses from Warby Parker were great and a great deal too.

I ordered my glasses on Sept. 29,2018, and I still have not received my glasses. I have spoken to the customer service countless of times and I am being told the same information. They are all telling me that my glasses are still in the 3 day production time frame. I even ordered my glasses to have expedite shipping because I need them ASAP. The supervisor and the people in the customer service department have sent tons of emails to the sales department for some type of confirmation since the only way to talk to them is via email, which I do not believe.

My glasses have not made it even past the production time...

I ordered Ray Bans with prescription lenses. I didn't realize they popped out the Ray Ban lenses and put in separate lenses. No big whoop, but they sent the Ray Ban lenses free floating in the box so they arrived with scratches on them. I contacted customer service - if I pay $150 for sunglasses, id like the lenses that say RAY BAN on them to be scratch free in case I ever wanna pop them back in. Customer service shuffled me off to other representatives for about 1.5 MONTHS. All I wanted was another pair of lenses, or if I had to send the glasses back I would. I finally got a hold of someone who gave me their name and told me theyd take care of it directly and to refer to them whenever I need help. Didnt hear back and when I tried to refer to her, I was shoved off to someone else. Never got contacted again after a couple months of me trying to track someone down who could help me.

Wildly weird customer service. I didn't give a 1 star because id imagine there are worse things that happen.
