They offered me a name brand frame, at a reduced price, so I bought it. I bought a pair of sunglasses, non-prescription. Just pick them off the shelf, put them in a bag, and mail them.
10 days later - opps, we do not have them, get an email telling me to pick another pair. I replied no, I want a refund. Nothing. 3 days later I email them again - no response. Go to their website - chat with someone. Still no refund. Went to their Twitter account. Still no refund. No glasses, no refund. They took my money and refuse to give it back. I have asked for my money back - in writing - at least 4 times. Good god man.
When you buy glasses, do you want a simple experience, with people who sell a product they have, and will give you your money back if they mess up? Then avoid GlassesUSA at all costs.
If you want to pay for something, not get it, and have the company keep your money, then GlassesUSA is the company for you!

Website is easy to use and seemed easy to order. However, I am very dissatisfied with my glasses I purchased. I get dizzy with the glasses, it seems curved. I can't wear them because they don; t focus and my eyes can't adjust. The description describes them as OVER SIZED and indeed they are. Maybe that's why my eyes can't seem to focus and adjust as I move in motion.

The Holiday Sale drew me in with over 60% off. Once on the website, I found lots of styles and options available. Guidance on how to select the correct size of frames was provided making it easier to hone in on the styles that were available in my size. The online viewer gives the buyer an idea of how the glasses will look on a real person. Finally, putting the order into the computer was easy including uploading my prescription. Deciding on the "add-ons" (lens coating, waterproofing, etc.) was a little difficult not knowing the true benefit of these but with a little research elsewhere, I was able to determine what I really needed. Finally, wait time on delivery of the glasses was a little longer than I expected but when the glasses arrived, they looked great, came in durable, strong cases, and in a specialized protective box. I would recommend trying GlassesUSA.

As of January 5th, it's been over 5 weeks since I've ordered 2 pairs of glasses. I received 1 of the pairs within 2 weeks, but despite multiple calls, I haven't received the other pair. I've been told that they were shipped, then told days later they weren't. My next step is to contest the charge on my credit card.
