These look fantastic and I get a lot of compliments. Cannot believe they cost less than ugly box-store-brand and look just like they cost hundreds
The whole process was easy. I was kept informed at every stage of the production and shipping of my glasses. Very satisfied.
I uploaded a selfie and "tried on" some glasses. The frame I liked best actually was called Tina which happens to be my first name! I have gotten lots of compliments on them and my husband especially loves them on me. I only need them for night driving or when I get tired, but he asks me to put them on because he likes them on me. Great experience. I plan on buying another pair as a back up and my husband plans on buying a pair too.

It has been a night mare with my order. They got the prescription wrong. I sent the glasses back. Then another problem with my reorder. I had to finally cancel that order with store credit & start over. With the new order I still couldn't get them to grasp that my prescription had a different strength for each eye. They called that "very unusual". The outsourced customer service is nothing more than an answering service. And not a very good one. Still haven't got my product yet so I can't rate that part. Waiting...

This recent delivery was a corrective measure of an unfortunate situation where the previous order was lost in the mail by which time the item went out of stock. Despite the major delay the company lived up to its promise to replace which was done and I collected as planned.

I received my glasses in a timely manner. I was disappointed to find one pair of glasses was missing 6 rhinestones. I returned them and asked for an exchange. When I received my new glasses, they were missing 1 rhinestone and another one fell out after wearing them for an hour. I'm very disappointed.

1. Ordering was SUPER easy, as was payment.
2. Quality is good so far. I have a screw that keeps loosening that I have to tighten every week or so.
3. Second pair (got for free, ordered as back up) did not fit at all. I have been too busy to call to see if I can exchange/return/etc. Same measurements as other pair, but sit really odd. I think it is the brand, but not Glasses USA.
4. Will definitely order again in the future.

I don't normally do write bad reviews. This is worth it though, it has taken nearly three weeks still no package nor does my tracking number work and it isnt even in the hands of the postal service, emailed countless times with no prevail and even proceeded to call to get the run around.
