The company has garnered mixed feedback, with some customers appreciating the variety of products and occasional successful transactions. Positive sentiments highlight the appeal of rare, discounted items and occasional improvements in delivery times. However, significant concerns dominate the reviews, including persistent issues with order fulfillment, lack of customer support, and inadequate responses to inquiries about lost or damaged items. Many customers express frustration over perceived unfair practices in the selling process, leading to a reputation marked by distrust. Overall, while there are positive aspects, the company faces substantial challenges in customer service and reliability.

I have ordered from glambot 15x in past month I'm addicted I don't know why the bad rap? All of my items were perfect and most of them were completely untouched and everything was super clean. Shipping is long though that's my main complaint it takes 2 weeks but given I'm in Canada it's not that bad I guess. I've had a few issues not gonna say they're perfect. 'Missing item from my order and 3 sale items that were out of stock after I paid BUT I got immediate refunds for all those items and no hassle whatsoever so customer service is definitely great
If u buy during the clearances or glambot vault u get crazy deals! I have purchased limited edition brand new Nars face palettes and tarte palettes for under $20. BRAND NEW! Worth about $100 each and LE from last year so not expired...
My too faced, Kat VON d, Marc Jacobs and hourglass palettes were untouched and fresh based on batch codes
And I paid 50-70-% off retail
Stop hating honestly I don't get it this is a dream website for a makeup junkies like myself who pays BIG money at retail stores and for LE's on eBay. Now that I have Glambot - I'll never buy retail again. My collection has grown beautiful for super cheap. If( selling to them is an issue then just buy, but don't drag this company down because they won't pay you what u think they should for your used makeup that they have to sanitized and pay people to do so, & re sell for enough to make money but cheap enough to have return customers
Think about it
I was going to buy from your company but, all the reviews I read are super negative and yor scamming people out of money and very extreme late shipppng. Not mention very expired experation dates. Not worth a headache for me, ill pay full price. Cant risk catching something. Get some sufficient customer service... Glambot.
After reading an article about Glambot, I mailed them a package of 50+ beauty items. Despite that they promised free shipping, I still had to pay more than $20 to ship it. USPS delivered the item in early May. After contacting them at least 8 times and nearly never hearing back, they let me know today that they don't have it - that USPS must have lost it. USPS has submitted proof of delivery. In all reality, I suspect they have just stolen my makeup.
-read the fine print about their return policies! Their prices serm cheap until you realize they are selling USED items! The new unused stuff is NOT cheap. And my order somehow included a product that l would NEVER buy! L am not sure how it got in my cart (for $30 non-refundable) buy from someone reputable, that accepts returns/exchanges!
I sent an email inquiring about what could be sold and I should've known then not to sell to them because it took 7 days just to get a response. Once I finally did, I shipped a box full of UNUSED items, some still in the original packaging NEVER even opened or swatched and I was offered $20! LOL! Not to mention they had my items 4 weeks & I heard nothing until I sent an angry email. I only waited 4 weeks because it's a "new" company and I tried to give them a chance. What a joke that site is. I rejected it and ended up paying $10 just for shipping back to me! So basically, they still make a profit off of you even if you refuse their offer. And I'm sure had I taken the $20, they still would've sold every single item I sent to them & made a good profit. They are a scam. Sell your makeup on poshmark instead.
They claim if you send makeup with over half you can get up to 150. I sent 21 pieces of mac Makeup and it was barely used. They offered me 40 bucks, when i said no they told me i had to pay for shipping it back which is the first i heard of this. I complained and the lady said i could pay with pay pal i told her i did not have an account and needed my invoice and no one has gotten back to me. From what i gave them looking at their website they stand to make over 200 and only offered me 40. Now i don't even know how to get my makeup back because i have yet to receive a response on how to get that invoice.
This is from a buyer's perspective: Glambot has terrible business practices! They are quick to take your money but extremely slow to fulfill your order. And we're not talking slow by a couple days' delay, we're talking along the lines of 3 weeks to 1 month to receive an order! I have received overseas orders from 2nd world countries faster than Glambot has been able to even update a simple order status online. They are also extremely slow to the point of non-responsiveness when you request a cancellation & refund for delayed orders. They will keep postponing your request and then ship you the product anyway and now you are stuck dealing with their returns process for which they charge you a convenient $5 "restocking fee". "Customer service" takes up to 3-5 business days to respond to emails and there is no direct phone number to call. What online company in this day and age takes one whole week to respond to customer emails? Or worse, never responds at all? They have deleted numerous negative reviews of themselves from social media (shady) all while continuing to draw people in w/ heavily advertised sales, resulting in even more orders that they are unable to fulfill on time. I understand that young businesses have growing pains, but it seems like Glambot is truly failing to address their faults by attempting to sweep everything under the rug and carrying on as if nothing is amiss. I absolutely do not recommend this business, but if you must do business with them, make sure you use Paypal and/or a credit card with a good chargeback tool so you can submit a dispute and get your money back when the time comes.
I have placed about 5 or 6 orders on their site. Processing takes about 7 days, and 3-4 more for shipping, so i usually get it in a little under 2 weeks. The deals aren't bad, SOMETIMES.
I just want to warn you, that most products, even 100% full or "unopened" can contain some really deadly bacteria. Also, you might save $3-4 but the product could be 1-3 years old, and you have no idea until you receive it and look it up. It might seem really great because they sell limited edition items... but they also might be REALLY expired.
I bought a 100% filled Bare Minerals blush, and was super excited i paid so little for it. I checked the cosmetic calculator after i received it, and it was manufactured in April 2011... Its now December 2015... EWW ALMOST 5 YEARS OLD OPENED! I didn't really think about the expiration dates because they say they don't buy expired products... obviously that's not true because 3 out of 4 items i bought were well over 1 year old. That's really dangerous, and not worth the discount to possibly contract meningitis.
Guess I am just another victim of this scam. Sounded so good. I should have known better. They have had a box of make-up from me for a month now. I have repeatedly tried to make contact. I get the runaround. And I no longer beleive I am going to get paid for my items. I am going to chalk it up to a lesson learned. Could have been worse.
I wouldn't recommend Glambot (buying or selling) to ANYONE - not even my worst enemy.
First of all - it's not 100% safe, as stated on their website. How can they even commit to 100% safe is beyond me. Second of all, their customer service is practically non-existent. An error occurred with PayPal and my order was automatically canceled when the site did not register completed payment. So, even though I paid for the products, and GLAMBOT received my payment, they are not going to send those products to me. I've been waiting for a refund for weeks now (it literally takes a few minutes to process a refund through paypal). They don't answer my emails. They didn't even bother to provide an answer to my paypal dispute.
COMPLETE SCAM and horrible disregard to their buyers and sellers.
DO NOT send your makeup to glambot. It is a complete scam. I sent in a box of makeup, 40 items + almost 2 months ago and haven't heard a word back from them. Oh, and they claim free shipping, wrong I paid $35 shipping to get it too them. I repeat DO NOT USE GLAMBOT.

Answer: Hi Kim! Great question. Unused is if it's an item we only sell as unused (ie. Has a reusable applicator such as mascara, liquid lipstick, lip gloss). 100% fill means it's an item we sell used but this item was never used.
Glambot was founded by a tried-and-true makeup hoarder. She loves makeup and all of the glamour it represents. Trying the various online makeup bartering and trading communities, she experienced the major downsides, including swap lifting, counterfeits...
