I sent them 28 items, all high end, all barely used (some new!). Some of the items: Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette, UD Naked 3, Josie Maran Vibrancy Foundation, Jeffree Star Beauty Killer & Mint Condition Skin Frost, and more. They offered $28. I declined and paid $14 to have my items returned to me. It has been 8 months and I never received my items back. I feel sick. And because they pay for the label when you initially ship them the items you can't get postal insurance to cover your items should they get lost or never returned to you. SCAM THROUGH AND THROUGH!
I sold 19 full size items. Gently used and some brand new with a bag of over 50 samples and was offered $34.00. If i would have know that was such low valued. I would sell it on eBay myself. Items I sold ranged from brand new Urban Decay Naked pallet to Bobbi Brown brick highlighter.
Sent in 16 items, brands like YSL, Too Faced, Marc Jacobs, Urban Decay, and NARS, which were all in like new condition, in original box. I didn't want to part with them but I needed some extra cash and I used their calculator to expect an average of what I would receive. They offered me chum change. Their calculator is bull$#*!, it's not accurate at all. If I wanted my items back, I would have to pay for return shipping. They offered me $1 to $1.40 per item. Ridiculous.
You do not get great return for your make up from this vendor. They do not provide you itemized invoices nor proof for items (broken in shipment). I have sold 3 times. The first two times it took them over 2 weeks after delivery to provide an offer. This most recent sell was better but then they did not pay me within the 24-48 hours they state- it took them over 2 weeks to pay.
I sent them 22 items - at least half were new and high end products such as MAC. They offered $12. If I refused I had to pay for return shipping. Read all reviews - this is common practice you will get pennies on the dollar even for unused high end items. Sell your makeup to your friends or donate it to a woman shelter for domestic violence.
First of all, I ordered one of there dollar store makeup bags that are on "sale" for $4, originally $25 dollars ( what a joke), and it came empty! I contact customer service ( another worthless interaction with this company and the only thing Doug said was sorry for the confusion, you only get products if you're lucky enough to get a bag with product in it, you need to buy more to increase your chances! REALLY! I will NEVER order from this place again. I would rather shop for and wait for sales on these luxury items!
I usually research everything before I act on it when it comes to anything online but this time I didn't, boy did I learn my lesson...
I sent this company 22 items a lot of which were brand new never used. Every time I checked my account on the website to see the progress of my box it said that my box was still en route, I eventually decided to actually email the company about my sell box because I had sent it to them and had been waiting for about 7 weeks and still hadn't gotten an offer on it. When I emailed them I received a reply the next day stating that my box was still at the post office and was held up because they had so many there and they were having issues, (If this was the case I should've gotten an email saying so instead of waiting around and having to contact them) Anyway about 2 days later I received an offer of $31! WTF! I had unopened products in that box each worth way more than the $31 they offered for the entire box! Mind you they don't accept cheap brands! When I checked their remarks they said that nothing was rejected so why only $31 and when I did the math I'm basically getting $1.40 for each item! Of course I wasn't expecting to get full price for my items which BTW if I were to add them all up is worth over $1000 easily. OMFG! What a ripoff! I accepted the offer only because I didn't want to go through the hell of trying to get my box back like I've read other people talk about and because I knew I wasn't using the products anyway. Glambot you should be ashamed of yourselves for what you're doing! The only reason they got a 1-star rating from me is that 0 wasn't an option. I have learned my lesson, NEVER! NEVER! NEVER AGAIN! I will never do business with this company again!
Very glad I looked at these reviews before I sent hundreds of dollars worth of makeup to this site. I will go the E-Bay route like suggested. It's very obvious when this many people have had issues, you are gonna get screwed! Thank you all for the warnings!:-)
Hello! I'm just here to let you know that if you're looking to buy from or sell to Glambot, DON'T! Upon having personal experience with Glambot and having them sponsor me - I can tell you honestly this place is BAD. All of the good reviews are fake or paid, which I think is just disgusting. Here's my complete HONEST review and experience.

I sent 20 several lightly swatched makeup items, including a YSL lipstick, a few UD palettes, Bobbi Brown items, etc. Again, these items were like new. My sell offer was so ricidulouss--$32. About $1.62 per item. I had to reject their lousy offer and they charged me $17 to return this box--which was small and could have been sent Priority envelope. Never again. This company gets your items, has you over a barrel with their lousy offers or pay to ship it back. Beware!
Please please do not spend your money here. I bought some things from here. Long story short i did not recieve what was ordered. It was $39.99 i emailed and asked them about it and got no answer. An invoice was not provided and i was not notified when my things were shipped. Took three weeks to get it. And plus its only a few dollars cheaper. You'll be over paying for what you couldve got in the store brand new once they and tax and shipping. I'm warning you. Go build some points at Ulta or Sephora. Its just not worth the headache with Glambot.
I sent over $400 worth of makeup comprising of 36 items, most of it barely used, to Glambot. They offered me $42 dollars in payment or 55 glambucks to use on their website. Are you f*cking kidding me?!?!?! I don't expect to get what I paid for the makeup back, I understand that they have to make a profit. That's how business works. But my GOD. I have sold to them before and was happy with the offer I received the first time. But after this selling experience with them, I am not planning on giving them my business in the future, as a seller or a buyer. My advice is, if you're desperate and need literally any amount of cash, sell to Glambot. But if you're expecting to get a decent payout, you'll only be disappointed.
So I decided to buy some makeup from Glambot because some beauty guru I follow on YT had a promo code. I brought the Urban Decay eyeshadow primer potion (that claimed to be good as new), a mac lipstick, and a tarte amazonian lipstick (both claimed to be 80% filled).
I was surprised at the price of these products. They averaged at about 20-30% cheaper than buying the products brand new, which is pretty pricey considering most of the products are used and all of them are second hand.
Never the less I used by coupon code to get a further 30% off, which didn't even cover the cost of shipping ($20 shipping!)
Firstly, the order took a REALLY long time to arrive- i'm talking 2 months or so. Secondly, I recieved an email from Glambot severak weeks after placing my order stating that the mac lipstick I ordered "no longer existed" on their site. They gave me my money back within the week, but I still found it strange that they advertised something on the website that they didn't actually have.
Thirdly, when my order actually I was enraged to see that the Urban Decay eye shadow primer was TINY!
It was one of those miniature sample-sized ones that they give our during promotions. I paid $18 plus shipping for a sample-sized item that I literally got 4 uses out of! No where on the website did they specify how many mls the primer was- I just assumed that it was a full-sized primer, as the product photo showed.
When I opened up the Tarte lipstick, the product was no more than 2cm long. It was far more used than the site specified (i'd say it was around 40-50% fill).
I emailed Glambot a complaint, which included pictures of the Tarte lipstick that the sent me compared to one of my (almost brand new) Tarte lipsticks.
Glambot denied giving me any sort of refund, and the woman who replied to my emails was rather snippy and impolite. Never, ever, EVER again will I use Glambot!
I sent them a box of carefully bubble-wrapped high-end makeup -- e/s palettes & foundations from Dior, Chanel, etc, NO drug-store or very used items. Totaled 57 items in all. USPS tracking said box was delivered on Feb. 21, I waited another five days and emailed them. They claimed they were having issues with USPS delivery -- BS! Finally, they sent me an offer: $120(!) or $2.48 average apiece for a box containing roughly $2,000 of barely touched and some new cosmetics! They then list the Chanel & Dior items for $30-$45 EACH! What a Rip off! Never again... I'll go to Poshmark or elsewhere!
I have been curious of Glambot for about a year. I haven't purchased anything but I did have some makeup I didn't use and thought I would give it a shot to sell. I went to the website, read the list of items, and packed everything up nice and neat. Thinking I would get a fair offer for the makeup I sent it in. And I waited for an offer to be emailed to me I did happen to look at the website and one of the eyeshadow pallets I had sent in sold for over 55 dollars with one of the pans missing. My Pallet had all the pans and really only been used less than 20 times so I thought I would get a decent offer. I received my offer and they only offered me 9 dollars for the whole box. NINE. That's not even a dollar an item. Now how can you offer me 9 dollars and sell an exact pallet for 55 dollars? How is that even fair? I had various items in there that had barely been used and a few that I hadn't. A brand new just came out powder foundation that was used once and it wasn't my color so I sent it in and you offer me not even a dollar for it? But I'm sure they would sell it for almost the full price of the powder on their website. I think this is a scam and a shame. If you've had a good outcome then great. I also rejected their offer and had to pay THEM 9 dollars to return my items. So I basically paid them for nothing. I'm a little angry at the whole situation because a few hundred dollars in makeup is not worth just 9 dollars for them to get a huge profit. It's just wrong. Just beware and do it at your own risk. But I advise against it.
I have thought about buying from here but haven't because their prices for used makeup is more than what Sephora and other places sell it for. I don't think so. Not today Satan.
What A CROCK! I spent the time wrapping all of my items and sent them a meticulously clean order with a complete inventory and it was worth at LEAST $5,000 new, so I'm sure expecting an offer of around $400 since the resale of some of my items would be HIGH. They offered me $77. $77! They can jump off a cliff for $77! Then they made me pay to ship my items back and the box had a HUGE rip in the side and half of my makeup is GONE! I wrapped my box inside another box when I sent it to them... I am so mad I am going to go to their warehouse and yell at them IN PERSON! $#*!S! Don't sell to these people!
This is a review of selling to Glambot, not buying. Overall, I found that their communication about selling terms was so inconsistent, error-laden, and ambiguous that I never actually sent off my makeup because I felt it was too risky.
I was considering sending a sell package to Glambot, so asked for a shipping label. When they returned my email, I noticed that the message said I needed to include 20 full-sized items, not 10 as the website currently describes. I sent multiple requests for clarification to their customer service, and learned that their current selling terms are not what is reflected on their website, which I find to be incredibly misleading. Some of the inconsistencies I found were:
1.10 full-sized products is only a promotion until 1/31/2017. Normal requirement is 20 products.
2. Glambot no longer accepts Back2MAC even though the website says such items can count toward 1 full-sized item.
3. Glambot no longer counts 4 premium samples as equaling one full-sized item even though the website says that it does. In fact, premium samples can no longer be counted toward full-sized items AT ALL.
I can imagine lots of sellers shipping off their items to Glambot relying on the website information and being sorely disappointed and angry to learn (after Glambot already has possession of their products!) that the terms vary so widely from what is advertised.
Based on these errors alone, I did not trust selling to them.
Not a question, I just wanted to say I think their service is innovative. Service is awesome and shipping has been super quick! Everything has been perfect and if it has used, I sure can't tell!
Sent them Dior. Tom Ford. Channel. Products they were selling on the site. They first tried to say where is your box we never got it. Then when I told them I would have rather given it away than gotten scammed they magically found it. Saying it smelled of smoke would l like to pay $15 to get it sent back. Well yes I would and my cosmetics were in the original packages. Can't wait to see what stinking mess they send back to me. They are wanting to scam your cosmetics off you. Do not do this.

Answer: Hi Anja, Thanks for the question! Could you send an email to [email protected]? Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
Answer: Hi Kim! Great question. Unused is if it's an item we only sell as unused (ie. Has a reusable applicator such as mascara, liquid lipstick, lip gloss). 100% fill means it's an item we sell used but this item was never used.
Glambot was founded by a tried-and-true makeup hoarder. She loves makeup and all of the glamour it represents. Trying the various online makeup bartering and trading communities, she experienced the major downsides, including swap lifting, counterfeits...

Thanks for the positive shout out Mary! Sending our <3 (better late than never!)
