The company has garnered mixed feedback, with some customers appreciating the variety of products and occasional successful transactions. Positive sentiments highlight the appeal of rare, discounted items and occasional improvements in delivery times. However, significant concerns dominate the reviews, including persistent issues with order fulfillment, lack of customer support, and inadequate responses to inquiries about lost or damaged items. Many customers express frustration over perceived unfair practices in the selling process, leading to a reputation marked by distrust. Overall, while there are positive aspects, the company faces substantial challenges in customer service and reliability.

Do not buy from or sell to Glambot, they are actively trying to scam their customers and you'll never hear from them if you try to contact them. If you want to take the chance and order from them then please ONLY PAY THROUGH PAYPAL because PayPal can get in touch with them and force them to either send your order or refund your money back if needed. This is what happened to me. I placed an order on Glambot because around a year ago I had placed an order with them and quickly received the items with no issues. Now it seems as though the was a change in the owner and the brand is no longer legitimate. After my order was placed I hadn't received any confirmation email and wasn't able to log into my account to check the order status which I thought was strange. I gave it a week until I decided to contact them through email. None of their emails are active or even exist in the system anymore and the emails always failed to send because of this. The message feature on the website likely doesn't work either or gets ignored. I gave it a few more days until I requested a dispute on PayPal. PayPal also gave me one of their working emails which I then used to send them a message about the PayPal dispute. Then a week later, out of nowhere my order arrived perfectly with everything I had ordered. And funny enough, on the label it was specified that the label and package were created and shipped the same day I had opened the PayPal dispute and sent an email to them about it, which shows they were capable all along but probably needed to be threatened by PayPal to do the right thing. I don't know why they needed to make things so difficult but again like I said it's seems like they're trying to scam anyone they can. Two days after receiving the package I received an email from Glambot apologizing for not having received my messages and that they'll look into the issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told them I had received the package, had canceled the PayPal dispute, and inquired about how customers may get in touch with them in the future if needed. To this day they still haven't responded or gotten back to me. Clearly they only wanted to make sure that I cancel the PayPal dispute. Moral of the story: when ordering from a sketchy website always make payments through a third party that can get your money back when things go wrong. This is how they deal with paying customers, so I can't even imagine how they deal with sellers. Never again will I be ordering from Glambot, and you shouldn't either. Please beware.
I paid $22 for my order, and it disappeared from my order history. I need a refund. I have purchased many fancy items before, and they didn't send them, just refunded me without any explanation. And now my order has disappeared and didn't recieve cancellation notification or refund!
I used 10 glambucks point for that order (and didn't recieve them back either) is the only proof I have because my order disappeared from that site. I only see 1 order in my order history when there were 2 orders, one of them disappeared!
They don't answer e-mails anymore, I have a missing item: A Dior Lipstick 😭 and I don't know what to do, isn't easy at all to contact them.
This is a very shady and misleading company. They have an estimator on their site of what one can earn selling slightly used makeup. Yet they consistently pay about.50 to $1 per item. The BBB needs to shut this "business" down.
Don't bother trying to sell your products on Glambot.
I sent in sixteen brand new Stila lipcolors.
I was offered $2.00.
I tried to reject offer but they wanted forty dollars to send back to me.
Glambot sells brand new Stila lipcolors for $13.00
Let's see… I got $2.00 and Glambot will make $208… do the math!
I gathered 15-16 minimally-used, luxury makeup items (pictured) to sell to Glambot. Suddenly, I became curious to know the minimum and maximum earnings for a few of the items (i.e., CT eyeshadow palette, NARS foundation, etc.). The earnings for those I checked were between $2.00 to $7.00 per item. Apparently, Glambot resells items close to their NIB price. In short, give the items away or return them if possible. Again, photo of items I planned to sell Glambot is pictured.
I mailed a box of various cosmetic items to Glambot utilizing their postage paid label. All of the items were unused. Little did I realize that free postage was a small price to pay for them to rip me off. Since that mailing, three months ago, I have attempted to reach them via customer feedback, only to receive the runaround eg... that they will respond in 3-5 business days. They are a total waste of time and will RIP YOU OFF!

I sent Glambot a large box of new and gently used cosmetics. They offered me $25 which I accepted, although I thought at the time it was a bit low. I then sent them a second smaller box of new and gently used cosmetics and I received an email declining my box. They did offer me a chance to get my items back if I paid them $30! No thanks! I will never do business with them again. I should have sold online through Mercari or eBay! Stay away from these crooks.
I originally thought the website was good, my initial experience was okay. However, I received 3 damaged items so far and their response has been non-existent! Not only do they NOT respond to e-mails/open queries on their Zendesk. They even CLOSE THEM AFTER NOT RESPONDING! I have sent several reminders, I had to re-open the query and now it's gone again. At best they are severely understaffed, at worst they are scamming people by claiming they will respond to damaged item queries within 3-5 business days. At this point I am just disappointed and disgusted with this approach.
I mailed them 29 items of all high end cosmetics. Most all were new. They offered $23! Then they make like 2000%. Its a rip off and not worth your while.
I made a order with glambot and I'm really disappointed the have basically take more money out of my account when the total came to $181 and when I did the payment I checked my account next day and I have seen they have take way more money out pretty much $100 more. I will be contact customer afairs this is pretty much stealing
I'd purchased items from Glambot previously and things went well. More than 2 months ago I mailed them a package full of makeup with the label they sent me and have never heard anything back, nor has anything been posted to my account. I repeatedly email them and try to chat but get no response. Do I have to admit that they've stolen my makeup to resell to others?
I emailed glambot about 3 times over the last two weeks, after accepting two sell offers for packages I had sent. I put a. Con instead of. Com in my email for my paypal account and asked them to please fix. I never received a response back from them, and I never received my paypal deposit for me makeup products. It's really awful that they don't reply to email inquires and they give no phone number or other means of communicating with them. HORRIBLE! I will be contacting a lawyer if I don't get a reply by Friday.
I like to purchase items on Glambot, i often find great deals on unopened items. Often an item will be listed at 80% but if it's Stila or Tom Ford it's gonna be brand new in a box for some reason. I buy a few items every month. Items from Tom Ford, Stila and Becca now that they're closed. It's a good place for mascara and liquid shadows because they can't sell you opened items so they're brand new like you would find at TJ Max but nobody touched them, it shows on the wand. Many times I've received item brand new in boxes with the protector inside and no fingerprints even if it said 80%. I think they purchase a lot of discontinued items and resell them and I always find a coupon code online or I leave it in my cart until they send me a coupon. That being said if u have a problem it's gonna be a match of who's the most relentless because they are not quick on emails. U need to tell them u're going to get a chargeback if the product is broken. You also need to know when things went on market because they have no scruples in selling you a 7 years old lipstick. I'd say if u have a Cosmetic Outlet Store near u don't bother with them. Never sell them ur makeup because they're basically thieves. Don't buy used item under 80% it's not worth it and don't buy when there's no sale because they can sell items for higher then stores. It's great if u're running out of holy grails that are being discontinued or if u want to try expensive things that are on sale there or if you like Stila liquid shadows, they're brand new on Glambot and they're very cheap. It's not the best place to shop but if u're wise and you hold onto ur grudges when there's a problem its worth it. I always got my money back when something was lost in the mail or if it was expired or broken. Also if you're not in the USA and want to make multiple orders to save on taxes don't bother, they will take your multiple shipping costs and still ship everything in one bag.
I sent a sell package to them with 20 swatched, not used high end products from Hourglass, By Terry, Bobbi Brown, etc. My offer was $12. Yes $12. And if I want my items back, I need to pay $15. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I spent about 20 dollars on a makeup product and it still has not came. I was very excited to get this package but i have been waiting a very long time with no package. I am very disappointed because i spent 20 dollars for nothing. I didn't get the package and i have no idea if i ever will.
Last year I sent a sell package worth at least $200+ and the tracking never updated, they never answered me about the whereabouts if my package, and they kept ignoring me after countless emails. This year I sent another package and when it "got lost" again, I threatened to take them to court and not even 4 hours later, my package was miraculously delivered. So, bi suggest you threaten them with court and maybe you will get what you deserve from this shady company.
Glambot Thieves!
Some invitations have not reached me in a few months, I write to them a lot and they just do not respond, be careful do not be tempted!
I purchase items from this webite glambot, and spend nearly 346.74 US dollar. I order it on jan-feb, now its almost May I haven't received my item. The track also stop until transit, never delivered shipped. Some of my items, the worst, not even have history track that already 1month+. How ridiculous this company! Ive try to email them, and dm instagram, and wanted to comment however they limited their message which make me more think this company is scam. Why would they limits their comment in ig? Because no one public will read em? This is so frustating! I want my item or if you don't shipped, i want full refund! Lets be fair. I wish i can show you my photo of their track history, not even update on where my item is! So sad! Ive trust you, but this is what they gave? And so iritating how they reply "our team will guide you bla bla help you" Where is your team? I'm not even received any email from them. Not even helpful! Noted: I will update again if still not arrived

Answer: Hi Kim! Great question. Unused is if it's an item we only sell as unused (ie. Has a reusable applicator such as mascara, liquid lipstick, lip gloss). 100% fill means it's an item we sell used but this item was never used.
Glambot was founded by a tried-and-true makeup hoarder. She loves makeup and all of the glamour it represents. Trying the various online makeup bartering and trading communities, she experienced the major downsides, including swap lifting, counterfeits...
