I was underimpressed with the level of quality and professionalism with this program. For 1/5 of that price you could go to a real school where you can actually get certified and not just handed a piece of paper (If you're lucky!). Go to a real school where the atheist instructor won't attack you and the administrators will actually call you back. Don't waste 15,000.00. Instead spend a few thousand and get certified at a REAL school! Look into it before you make that jump! Don't be a fool.

I have been a excellent customer and ordered many things from Gilt. I just received an email that charges me $1800. 00 for goods I had in my cart but did not order! I have waited 48 minutes so far for someone to answer with customer service! Never again will I buy from them. Something has happened to their business and is no longer reputable... Go to another site to send your money
Beware of purchasing any Designer pieces from Gilt. They sell Fake handbags and other designer items and represent them as Authentic items and list as a Final Sale. It is very difficult to reach customer service to get any resolution. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company so other innocent consumers don't get scammed!
There is zero customer service - ZERO. I ordered 2 Bonjour 12-cup coffee presses. Received 1. Contacted customer service immediately and emailed, per their request, pictures of the box, label and single item in the small shipping box on Oct 4. On October 8, I had had no acknowledgement of my concern (even filled out their online concerns form) so called again only to find out that no ticket had been opened by the agent on Oct 4th - allegedly. But they did have my email. Customer Service rep opened ticket - said he marked it urgent and said they'd get back to me w/i 4 business days. Well Crickets to that. Didn't even load the $10 for my trouble gift he claimed he would place in my account. Customer Service agent on Oct 12th says no record of any calls, emails or Live Chats prior to Oct 8th so I have to wait another 1-5 business days. But he did acknowledge the email which is dated Oct 4th. Run Away before you consider doing business with this company.
I ordered a Le Vian chocolate diamond and opal ring for my daughter's birthday. I was pleased that it arrived quickly but disappointed immediately because the ring clearly did not look as good as the photo online and did not have the chocolate colored diamonds. They went to great lengths to make this fake look real -- Le Vian box, tag, and it appeared to be engraved on the inside with the words Le Vian. I took the ring to a jewelry store that sells Le Vian rings and we compared the ring to the real deal under the microscope. The engraving was nothing like the real deal and there was no registration mark. They confirmed it was a fake. I returned the ring immediately and am waiting for my refund. I'll update this when I get it. Although the website states "free returns" -- it's only free return shipping if you are accepting store credit. I wanted my money back, so I had to pay $9.99 for return shipping.
I will never shop here ever again. Here's the story. I placed an order with my old address rather then the new one. My bad, but I contacted them literally directly after I placed the order. Chat and phone were both unavailable so I sent an email which claimed to have a 24 hour response time. After several days went by with no response I sent another email rather then call, as I would always get around to emails late at night. I received a vague robotic response telling me that they can't update the address nor can the order be cancelled. I called. I was told that they would try to reroute them. After no update I sent another email asking if they were able to reroute them. They apparently were not able to. I doubt there was even an attempt. They said I would need to call FedEx myself to arrange a pick up. I called FedEx. I was told that I could not reroute the packages or even pick them up without the release of the sender, Gilt. I explained the situation to the woman at FedEx but she was adamant that Gilt needed to call and authorize the release of the packages to me. I was able to place the shipment on a vacation hold while I got their approval. Except for I didn't. I called Gilt again. I told them all they needed to do was call FedEx and release the packages to me an I would happily pick them up. I was told they would do so by the end of the week. After no response, I emailed them and was told another 3 days. Three days later I sent another email and was again told to give them another 3 days. It has been more then a week since the last email. My vacation hold expired and since things didn't end well with my landlord so I didn't want to contact them, I ended up having to drive to my old building and sit outside until an old neighbor showed up to let me into the building so I could get the packages. Gilt Groupe is seriously the worst!
I was a little bit worried because of all the bad reviews, but my uggs were REAL! With such a discounted price ($150= $100) I was a bit worried. But they exceeded my expectations! So happy with my order, plus, they gave me a chocolate bar ((:
Unfortunately, I had to give at least one star to submit this review. Gilt deserves ZERO. Returned an item because color looked nothing like pictured. Gilt received return 8-13-20 and they never refunded me payment. They gave one excuse after the other and kept saying 7-10 business days. I filed complaint through PayPal and they secured my refund today, 9-11-20. If you work hard for your money, and you probably do, don't do business with Gilt. Their customer service is nonexistent.
I never thought Gilt would sell counterfeit goods. I've been a loyal customer for a long time and I recently purchased Uggs which I have the exact same pair already. They arrived and I'm utterly shocked and disappointed. There are about 4 Ugg logos on a boot and none of them has the registered R where my old pairs have registered R on every logo. And these pairs from Gilt feel cheap and light and much stiffer fur and the color is a little off too. Different hue of tan if that make sense.
Be sure to always google the item you are looking to purchase first. I would say at least 9 times out of 10 you will find the exact item somewhere else for less.
Gucci item was delivered in styrofoam paper with no original packaging. Product seems to be of inferior quality and will be returning it.
Why does it take so much time to receive a responce from gilt.com? It is not the right tactic to sell their cloths. Be more carefull!
If possible, spend a few minutes comparison shopping using Google or something similar. I've found lower prices on about 40% of the products sold on this site. I had a recent unsatisfactory experience where I was thinking about a $350 jewelry purchase. I took a screenshot of the item when I first saw it. I decided to buy it, went to the site to find the price had gone up by $50. After 2 requests for an explanation of the price increase, I was told it was because there were only a few left. That's a nonsensical, lazy response. I'm taking a break from Gilt. It may be permanent.
Recieved the black one yesterday and I'm obsessed with the Rockstud PVC thong.

I found their website to one of the youtuber vlog from Australia. So i checked the website and to my surprise their price is very very friendly that the luxury community will definitely love them.
We were stationed in Germany and luxury items are cheaper than US plus they accept VAT form (tax free) for the US military members. So i when we came back to US i was sad sad that the price are almost half more. So when i found the Gilt website i was like a kid that i was super happy and alive again!
So Thank you Gilt.com for introducing your great items and European price to US and other countries. I just ordered my 2nd Valentino thong sandals which is arriving next week and more shopping to come!

This is my first ever posted review. I normally don't like to leave negative comments but let me share. I ordered a silk cami to Canada on an international order. I ordered a large and they sent me a small. When I called and emailed Gilt they said there was NOTHING they could do because they don't return international orders. So They made a mistake on their end and I had to pay the price. Seems like robbery to me. Very upset and feel scammed. Be careful ordering Internationally. I will never be ordering from them again and will be spreading the word of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I ordered a pair of shorts June 15th, 2020 and the estimated delivery date was June 26th. Sixteen days had passed and I still didn't receive a tracking number. Every customer service representative had a different explanation on why it was taking so long. One told me my order would be shipped after the sale was over, another told me it takes 16 days to process the order & another said a month. This website is not what it appears to be & I DONT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO PURCHASE FROM HERE
After it was finally shipped, after numerous emails and two phone calls, the shipping label was so poorly attached it went in circles for over a week somewhere in missouri. Then allegedly set aside because my address could not be distinguished.
Now, after 4 1/2 weeks since my order, numerous calls, and a visit to both my local post office, who contacted the office where this unprofessionally-labeled package was stuck, it's lost.
Gilt will now be forced to refund my money because i've filed a dispute with my bank.
I bought a purse from gilt.com. I later on returned it a few days later shipping and handling was sent by customer service. I was told I should receive my refund within 10 business days. The item was returned on June 12th 2020. It's June 23,2020. I contacted my financial institution and was told no refund was posted on my account. I in fact called customer service last week to verify and was told 10 days to get a full refund back onto my debit card. I will never shop on gilt ever again! I still have receipts and emails.
I have purchased two large orders from Gilt. I bought two different perfumes from Gilt and both are fake! I have worn Angel by Terry MUGLER for years and when I saw it for 100 dollars a bottle I bought one. This is not real Angel perfume! It is a diluted knock off! The real perfume lasts for days and you can still smell it in your clothes. The one I received last a few hours and doesn't even smell close to being real. I am not happy at all with them and will never buy from them ever again! Beware!

Answer: DO NOT purchase from Gilt! They state they "stand behind the authenticity" of their products. THEY DO NOT! I paid $975.96 for a LV handbag. Later, (after the 30 day refund policy) it started falling apart. Found out it was a fake. Gilt will not exchange or do anything to correct this. It's horrible customer service.
