THEY GAVE ME A TARGET GIFT CODE & PIN THAT DIDN'T WORK (NOT ENOUGH #s), AND SAID THEY'D RE-ISSUE ONE, BUT WHEN I CALLED BACK BECAUSE I RECEIVED NOTHING FROM THEM, THE PERSON I SPOKE TO (EMILY) SAID, SORRY, THEY WERE IN MEETINGS ALL DAY SO I NEEDED TO CALL BACK TOMORROW. INFURIATING!

Stay away from Giftcards.com. I paid $5.95 for the service and my card never arrived. After chasing down their "refund" department I was notified their is also a $4.95 refund fee. So beware... a $25 gift card cost me $10 through these crooks

Terrible delivery system. I purchased an online gift card so I could save some money on a sale that was happening at the retailer (I even paid a higher price than other site's cards because it was an online code and I needed it right away). The money was immediately taken from my account and an invoice was emailed to me. The invoice said it could take a couple hours for delivery of the code, no problem, I still had a day and a half until the sale ended. I waited and waited and waited for delivery... the following day I called the customer service number. Calling it customer service is by far an overstatement. I was told that the process takes 24-72 hours, a far cry from what their original invoice stated. I asked if I could get help from someone expediting the process as the sale at the store was ending that day. I was told there is no technical support on weekends so I could not get my card. In the past couple months have purchased thousands of dollars of gift cards from other sites and have not had a problem. I will never attempt to use this site again.

Oh, to top it off, when I talked to "customer service" she sent a complaint in for me and sent me an email with the number. I sent in my own complaint 10 minutes later and was five numbers further meaning that they had had several complaints submitted in that 10 minutes. You have to wonder about a company having that many issues in that little time.

The concept is great but the delivery is awful. They are very unclear about a lot of things, and they hide important information in their FAQ's and other places so you have to dig to understand how they operate. Customer service is quick, but not helpful at all. I won't be using this site in the future and I definitely don't recommend you do either.

Needed to sell some gift cards. Giftcards.com offered me more than some of the more well known sites (they averaged 86 cents on the dollar) and accepted my codes digitally with no penalty so I didn't have to mess around with sending them the cards. Plus they are near the east coast (PA) so I figured they would get my check to me in CT faster. I saw mixed reviews online so I was half thinking I was giving away my gift cards... but in less than a week I had my check so in the end I was happy.

I've order many of the "make your own" gift cards, where I am able to upload a picture to personalize a gift. So far, all of the people we have given giftcards to, have loved them. The site is easy to use, and we received our giftcards quickly.

I was able to get a $#*!'s sporting goods giftcard at a discount and I also had a gift card customized with a sonogram and greeting card with picture of nursery. Great site, great products.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! BEWARE!

This site is a bunch of crap! It states WHILE you're buying your ecards that you'll receive it within hours! Yet, if you purchase it after 5pm on Friday it takes up to the next business day, MONDAY, for you to get your card! What BS! Stating two COMPLETELY different things to cover their@$$ but screws yours over! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Its not even worth the few dollars of saving!

My son was given a giftcard as a gift when he was 2. The card didn't expire until 2017, however we went to activate it and all funds were depleted with inactivity fees. They pocketed the ENTIRE gift card amount. I would urge anyone thinking of using them to give cash, a check or buy a giftcard from ANY OTHER establishment. This people are criminal!

Horrible service!

Horrible service! This is not the only site where you can find this kind of gift - personalized prepaid credit card. So give yourself a favor - order it from another seller! I planed this photo personalized card as a birthday gift for my friend's 10 years old daughter. I paid some extra for the faster delivery ( option offered by giftcards.com) to be sure this card will arrive in advance and I will have enough time to pack and wrap everything together for a birthday girl. So I paid for 2-5 days delivery and after 11 days my card still is not here. I call there customer service several times and every time I call they promise that the card will be delivered tomorrow. I already had 3 " tomorrows" but no card. Not even sure if it will be delivered at all. Probably there is no need to mention that I've missed birthday ( of course). Company doesn't look concern about this problem and doesn't make any attempts to track my order down. Don't waist your time and money - order the same product from any other company on the market. For example, giftcardlab.com has much better reviews and looks more reliable. Good luck!

I placed an order with GiftCards.com. As part of the process I entered what I thought was an excessive amount of information to place the order at least compared to most online sites I use. They next day I received an order cancellation notice from them for some unspecified reason other than some data didn't match like how I spell my address versus how my bank does. However the information was apparently good enough to place a pending charge against my account which will be corrected in 3 days.

I have spent hundreds on this site and have saved hundreds doing so. As with any bargin, you need to make sure that you were going to buy it any way. But if you shop at a store or go to certain movie theater on a regular basis, buying the discounted merchant cards is a way to save money. I have had no problems dealing with the site, and I have bought a lot of cards.
