I bought an e giftcard that was invalid. When I reported it to customer service they offered no resolution and closed my inquiry because too much time had passed since my original order. They clearly do not stand behind the cards they sell. The giftcard was for around $25 and they would rather lose a customer than credit me back. Horrible company. Will never buy from here again. I'll stick with cardpool for future discount giftcards.
I ordered a Regal gift card for a secret pal to be sent to her email. She never received it, was not in her junk or spam file. I called to ask for a refund. I was told I would not get a refund on my checking account. So, be aware of this. $25.00 is not much, BUT is still $25.00 that was stolen (more or less) from me.
I purchased this in Jan 2016 and tried to active it in April 2016 they told me it had no funds on it. That it was already used when I just removed it from the package. They also told me that it was active in 2012 how can that be when it was bought until 2016. They told me take it back to the store where we purchased it and see what they could do. I asked what was it spend on and they said service charges of 2.00 every month. What a waste of $50.00 and I will knew buy a card like this again.
Like many others, I would give them NEGATIVE stars if that were an option. Their site is so unbelievably awful I can't even believe it. I tried 2x to purchase VISA gift cards today and both times THEIR company NOT my cc company flagged it as fraud. I called in and the customer service rep was beyond useless, they may as well have the homeless living in downtown Pgh answering the phone... there's a guy that roams Smithfield and talks to signs that makes more sense than their actual paid employees. A supervisor refused to get on the phone and then I asked for them to open a support ticket and they did but then closed it about 10 minutes later saying that it was "complete" and that they're "really sorry if their software gets it wrong sometimes but that they have complete confidence in it and that sometimes these things happen to nice people". WHAT? 1. After this review you can see that I'm actually not that nice in this situation and 2. How about admit that your program sucks and solve the problem. 3. Stop training your employees to deflect the problem and hope the person goes away... they won't. I'm going to try 1 more time as this crap company is actually now partnered with my awesome company so I'm really trying to make this work but if they don't get it together they're going to be out of business and honestly at this point I think that might be for the best.
Worthless! They cancelled my order twice due to "security" concerns. I have perfect credit. Customer service was no help at all. No birthday present for my grandson!

I ordered a gift card in time for delivery before Christmas; card never arrived. I called and they said to "give it another week." Still no card after more than a week. I re-ordered Jan 8th and was told the card would ship the next day. Four days later I got an email saying it had shipped on Jan. 12th, with an estimated arrival of Jan. 19th. Today is the 28th and still no card. Getting order cancelled and refunded. But even here, the representative said it would take 12-24 hours to get the refund. To confirm I said, "So I'll hear something within 24 hours?" Representative: "That's 24 business hours." H-m-m-m, 24 "business hours"; so if a business day is 8 hours, it will be 3 days before I hear anything! I don't recommend this company.
Two kids did not have their dad this year for Christmas and their mom didn't have enough money for Christmas presents, so these amazing kids who celebrate Hanukkah heard about these kids who celebrate Christmas and were going through a tough time and decided to pull their allowance together and donate 100 dollars to help the other family which is pretty amazing and showes the good in the world. The Hanukkah kids dad put it on his credit card the day before Christmas and got an invoice number, but giftcards.com never sent it. I called about it twice they promised that it would be sent. I finally had to call and get angry and they just now sent it but Christmas is over, all the other kids got to opent gifts on Christmas, it would have been one thing if it were for an adult but to disappoint kids is a totally different thing. Thanks alot gift cards.com they are a scam and never order from them.
Customer service is awful. So thankful that they cancelled my order for security reasons? Couldn't explain why just said they do that sometimes. Huh? Then they told me to try again. No thank you! Horrible company, be forewarned. Oh and so far they haven't charged me but I will be monitoring my account closely... I should have read the reviews beforehand. Lesson learned!
The "customer service" is exactly as described in most of these reviews. And it is more than clear that management does not make any effort... none... none at all, zip, zero, nil... effort to assist customers when problems arise. They do not even offer email contact back and forth. One must repeatedly start over and submit another contact form, then responses close the ticket without communication with the customer. They put in ZERO EFFORT!
I was getting ready to purchase a gift card on giftcards.com, but found this review site... glad I found, so needless to say, we won't be purchasing from this site...
1 Star: I paid $78 for a $100 Starbucks gift card. When I first bought the card, I thought I could use it in store but I was told later that it's for online use only. As disappointed as I was, I accepted it. I couldn't find anything to buy online at the time until now, only to find out the balance on the gift card is completely empty and unusable. I tried to complain only to find out it's out of their 100 day warranty period. I got robbed out of my money and they won't do a thing about it.
Edit: 4 Stars. After arguing my case that they should still make it right, CS decided to refund my $78 after all. Glad to see a company deciding to make the customer happy. I won't give 5 stars because I shouldn't have to argue my case in the first place. I came away satisfied in the end.
I sold my gift-cards and I've called Customer Service multiple times and each time they keep telling me my "order/check" has been "delayed" and should arrive within the next 10 business days. After those 10 BUSINESS days pass, I call back again only to find out it's been delayed even more? It's been almost 2 months now and I've yet to receive my check and no tracking as well. I put tracking on it when i sent it, the least they could do is return the favor. This is annoying. Just give me my money already or my cards back.
THE lousiest service i've ever had! Cust svc was rude and useless. We were placed on perpetual hold then she came back saying she couldn't do anything; she had the nerve to say call back if we needed anything. They discourage checking your balance over 3 times in a 24 hr period! One female rep hung up on me; when i told the male rep william, he said there was nothing he could do. I know at MY job, you get chewed. Their cards are bothersome, and it was rejected all over the internet. I'm still having problems trying to spend it all, so i never interact with them again.

I've been on a lot of websites that has ways to make extra cash... I've noticed that there's a lot of different ways that you could get a free gift cards PayPal Cash Ect. But one website that I do love is InstaGC. I've made so much money off of them so if I and love and things to do and the website is easier then most. I love it because if I'm on my way to Walmart I can cash out and boom there is my money right there on my phone instantly. I just had to let everybody know because I have been through a lot of different sites/apps. To find the real paying ones. I have read soon many reviews Ect. Just to find the ones that pay the easiest and the fastest. I started doing that about eight months ago right before Christmas time to make a little extra cash for some gift money for family members And my children. Let me tell you I'm addicted now lol. I'll let you know that I really does work you just have to pick and choose which ones are the best ones and ends the instaGC is definitely one of the best. I sold gifts.com a 100 dollar whitehouse black market gift card for 73.50. On friday it was verified and was told i would have the check sent in 2 business days. On monday i got another email saying my card was flagged and they would not buy it. So i called them and they said maybe the card was hacked. So i called whitehouse blackmarket and was told the card was used friday in las vegas the card now has a 4.88 balance on it. So if this is not fraud then i dont know what is, so my next step is to go to the better business bureau and or attorney general and proceed to go after this company for fraud, i bet i would not be alone in my attempt to call this company out for what they are SCAMMERS AND THIEFS
I sold a 50$ gift card on giftcards.com and they have NO record of it and I have been on the phone with different people about it for over a week now. They DO NOT respond to emails. This is the most frustrating thing in the world and I wish there was some recourse I could take. I am not going to go as far as to say they are intentionally scamming people but they might as well be. I would rather give my money to a well thought out scam than to a business that is so incompetent they might as well be a scam. Customer support via telephone is so bad that you will end up cursing at your phone after you hangup (and I dont curse). DO NOT sell your cards here.
Customer service is meh at best, GC is better but saveya doesnt even reply to emails but they respond if you call. GC is unreliable but saveya is even worse. First order I made they declined for no reason and I never received a email notifying me of anything, I waited a week expecting a check in the mail and found out nothing was sent out. Then I tried again and it went through. Again, I never received any confirmation saying it was processed or that my check was sent out and I had to keep calling to make sure as each day passed. Shipping takes ridiculously long, there is no reason for shipping to be 7-10 days, not including weekends, when I can go to a site like cardpool for just $10 less on my check and who has probably worse customer service but can be counted on to deliver the money on time ( 3 days for check to come in mail). Im still waiting for my check, tomorrow will be the eight day, not including the weekend that passed so really its been 9 days ive been waiting. When I tried to use an option for paypal or ach, it never appeared and I was forced to pick to receive a check in the mail. If I dont receive anything by the end of the week I will be very mad, I was depending on the money and needed it a long time ago.
They never sent the card. They claim they did, but it just got lost in the mail. Yet the card is un-used. So... it's just lost, and no one opened mail that has a credit card in it? No one used it? Based on all the other reviews here, I dont think they ever sent it. Of course I had to pay more money for them to re-issue it, I now had to pay for tracking on it as well. Total scammers
Purchased a Visa ecard for my son who was stranded without gas. Expected it to clear in 24 hours. 24 hours later it was cancelled without explanation. Using Google wallet now so we never have this issue again. Wish I had looked at this site first!

Answer: This happened to me also. My credit card company said they would do a fraud investigation.
