I spent $200 to buy xiaomi cell phone from this company. Just 2 week after I received phone, phone was dead. I sent back for repair immediately. They never return to me. They sent fake mail information. I wait for 3 months, no phone was return. DO NOT anything from this company. Notified 5 days after paying for a tablet that it wasn't in stock and might ship in 1-2 weeks.
They averaged 48-72 hours to respond to email. No way to keep track of order on the website.
Live chat and the phone number were not available, I attempted both numerous times.
They did refund my $.

After I've bought a tv box from them and spent a week installing everything, I restarted the box and the date and time changed to somewhere in 2004. Tried to get relevant help from the after sale support but got irrelevant and non professional answers and needed to wait a day for each answer, while the box working worse each day (restarting itself, closing kodi several times a day, status bar disappearing etc.). Re-installed ROM just to realize it's exactly the same as the one installed, with the same problems. Asked to return the item for a refund and got an answer that you can only return it after a week... bad service and malfunctioned product.
UPDATE (5/2016) - I've sent the item back to the seller for a replacement and got another defective item... they would only refund me if I'll send the item back to them. I should mention that it took them 2 weeks to take the item I returned from the post office and another week to send a new (and defective) item to me. Paypal didn't help solving the problem with them.
To conclude - they just don't care what customers think about them and don't know how to give a proper customer service.

1. You will not get any customer support if something will go wrong (support consultant Dora, uses canned responses and doesn't try to solve your issue)
2. If you need to return the goods IT will COST 32$
3. Vendor decreases the invoice amount without agreement (possible problems with customs)
4. Vendor can change 'Product Lead-time:' after your payment, be careful
I purchased Self Balancing Scooter at Dec 1st 2015 to get to my husband for Christmas. I paid almost $100 for Priority Express shipping that they claimed will be delivered on time.
Firstly (one week later) I got the email from customer service that the product I ordered is too popular to meet all demand, and ask me to wait few days until more come from the factory and then they will ship it asap. I said OK, just make it here by Christmas. As promised in few days I got shipping confirmation (Dec 14th 2015) firstly without tracking information but then one day later with UPS tracking number. But then no update on the stacking info what so ever. I was contacting tracking support team multiple time. And they keep asking me to wait. Already after Christmas (Dec 29th 2015) they told be that my package was delayed because of holiday season peak and never made to the plane. Ask to wait again.
At this moment I already missed the date to give it as a present and just wanted it to be delivered some day (because my husband wanted it so badly).
At Jan 13th 2016 they told me that there is no proper way to ship this product... because it has so many batteries it hard to go through customs...
Really?!?
If you don't know how proper ship product abroad don't sell it... or figure it out. Simple business rules.
Jan 20th 2016 they told me that they finally receive package back from custom and will refund my money in 48 hours... will see.
The worst buying experience in my life!
Advertised unit with a 2.0MP camera but you will get the cheaper, older, and inferior 0.3MP unit. Customer service will then provide you with the bull $#*! that it's a "2.0MP camera, but with wifi, it's 0.3MP". They will then force you to pay for return shipping to China, contrary to their own "return policy", to discourage you from seeking refund. Complete bait and switch fraud.
They charge you extra fees for fast shipping and you received your item 3 weeks laters.
They pretend to shipped the item to a wrong address in China to take longer to get to you and no refund.

The biggest negative feel to the GeekBuying.com from all of the Chinese shops.
No responsibility for the goods, that was sent to me. I dont recieved the item(more then 2 month). Store disclaims responsibility, had to complain. I made a dispute on Paypal.
Price is attractive and smartphones full of options and promising features. However, the Elephone P2000 I have ordered suffered multiple issues I had fixed myself thanks to web forums. Then after around 9 months of use, I have decided to contact the customer service to use the "12 months guarantee" as I had a discoloration on the screen and the touch seemed to be faulty. I always got a reply by email but as I wanted to send back the phone for being fixed, they told me I would have to pay for any components changed! The only year guarantee you have is for the manpower... Never seen that before and will never buy any products from Geekbuying again! Even if they wanted to give me vouchers!
Your first mistake was you request if the item was in stock.(umi iron phone)
This is what tore the frabric of time spewing forth the dead eyed customer service toasters.
Second mistake was parting with money.
Compounding your mistake like a zitty teen at a titty bar with a fist full of cash you got accessories and paid for express shipping you poor fool.
Third week and mistake all you've got is some generic mesagess from robot toasters and your hand down your pants so you sa F it I'm lodging PayPal dispute. Oh no you FN didn't you poor fool you bloody told them that brings us too...
Fourth week/mistake you now gave a dam useless screen saver and crud headphones shipped and a PayPal dispute the cornhole toasters are saying you must close before they can post your phone...
Dam you requested a refund and PayPal were provided tracking numbers by the dead eyed toaster that have repurposed your phone into a suppository.
You are now stuck waiting for accessories to put a not as described claim in with PayPal and ship it back too the geek bastard toasters...
Months later you get your refund but now you have to spend the money it on glitter glue to fule your sparkling addiction whilst Master baiting to the animal channel and now there's a robot toaster President...
Have bought a few items from Geekbuying as they are cheap, however my last order went missing from my doorstep. DHL agreed to a claim but this had to be done by geekbuying so I emailed them asking them to do so. Over a month I had emails to and from Geekbuying but all they kept saying was for me to go to my local post office and start a claim? Why? That's not DHL, all they had to do was call/email DHL and they would get the info they needed.
I then filed a PayPal claim and to my amasment PayPal sided with them?
So a parcel never made it to me, I'm out of pocket yet PayPal and geekbuying won't help. What can I do now? Nothing but will be sure to never use geekbuying again this for sure.
Pre-ordered an Elephone P7000 with confirmation that they would have enough stock and would ship one as soon as it was officially released - after waiting a month without ANY indication of the phone being shipped, I contacted them.
Obviously, since this is a chinese company, the person who responded was someone who could barely speak English, but at the very least understood what I was asking.
The after sales support explained to me the phone was out of stock and I would have to wait 2 weeks before they could ship one to me. You know, after confirming on the page they would ship one on release.
Honestly, this was starting to become annoying.
So I wait the 2 weeks and receive shipping confirmation. Two packages were sent (note I ordered a case to go with the phone), one to my country (ireland), and one listed as Iran.
Yes, IRAN.
After some complaining, the sales support confirmed it was in fact shipped to Ireland and not Iran, despite receiving the case within 2 weeks and not hearing a thing from the phone.
About a month later, I received a package which lo-and-behold happened to be my phone.
I would like to point out I had ordered it 3 months prior.
However, by the time it had arrived I already had begun a PayPal refund and had basically received it along with the phone.
After consulting with a few friends, I decided - after genuinely considering not giving them anything for the awful service - to give them back the money I received from the refund.
I honestly regret it.
The phone came with multiple defects including irregular pressure points on the screen (discoloration if pressed down on too hard) and what I can only assume to be a spec of dust stuck under the gorilla glass for the screen. This is especially noticeable on the highest brightness setting on a white background, and can be immensely irritating.
At this point I refuse to send it back because I'm afraid the next one will actually go to Iran, and because I don't and can't wait another 2 months for a phone in proper condition.

My story is long so I will be short - I wanted to order phone and earphones mic for my brothers birthday. They refused to send it because my paypals addres is different from my brothers. I searched for "refund" button or "cancel the order" but they DON'T HAVE. So I write them - 3 days no answer and then I opened a dispute in Pyapal. Somehow on the same day they answered me that they'll do everything needed to send the phone after I canceled the order and opened a dispute in PayPal. After 2 days they posted a tracking number to paypal (they send to my brother the earphones whick cost 18$, but do not send the phone which is 370$) and with singapours mail not with DHL (I payed almost 10$ for that). They wanted from me to cancel the dispute in paypal - but you never have to do that (once you close it you can't open it again). And so paypal considered that geekbyuing send me the order and canceled my dispute. Now I try to show the truth - sending emails to paypal with the tracking information and what they send to me... And that they trick them and me!
Sorry for the mistakes. And never trust geekbuying - they are just scam!
NEGATIVE experience of Geekbuying.com purchase and service.
Incorrect information on Geekbuying.com (Cube Iwork8 wifi with 5000 mAh battery). Prior to purchase I requested confirmation that it was 5000 mAh and not 3300 mAh battery. Geekbuying confirmed by email that it was a 5000 mAh battery.
I therefore thought Cube had upgraded the battery of the wifi version so I ordered one from Geekbuying.com.
Received with 3300 mAh battery. When I indicated the problem, they checked with Cube, said sorry for the errors and corrected their website but refused to replace tablet received.
Impossible to return tablet received without paying return shipment to China (27 euros). Impossible to use Spanish warehouse for return even though they charged me an extra $2.99 for this service when I ordered.
After many email exchanges without getting anywhere, I mentionned PAYPAL dispute. Their response was that they would also charge me restocking fee, plus any repairs if the tablet was damaged or scratched. As compensation they offered me $10 refund if I kept the tablet.
To end the hassle, I will keep the tablet with limited battery life (about 3 hours of light use). Will try to sell tablet, probably at a loss, but less expensive than return to China.
Obviously I will NOT use Geekbuying.com for the replacement tablet and I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.
Verdict: Even though they have the Paypal buyer protection logo on their website, Geekbuying.com is not to be trusted.
I have ordered from a dozen Chinese sites and this one is the only I had any problems with.
I asked availability for 2 smartphones I liked and they told me both were on stock so I decided to order one of them even if the color in stock wasn't my favourite. I specifically asked which one would be sent faster and they answered any of them cause they were IN STOCK.One week after payment is received via PayPal they send me an email telling me my phone will arrive at their warehouse 3 weeks later because its OUT OF STOCK, meanwhile they promote this batch of phones 30% off the price I paid.
I ask for anything from a refund to another model like the other phone I was originally interested in... THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER.
MY ADVICE: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I payed for a phone, two cases and two screen protective films. I didnt received the accessories i have bought at all. More then that, instead of receiving a new phone, in worth of 78 USD as i have payed, i have got a renews phone, with a receipt of 30 USD. After i have complained they said that they sent the accessories in another package. Come on... it didnt came anyhow. About the phone, they say it is not a receipt, but they are signed on the paper that this is the price. I suppose they made a mistake and sent me another person's package (there was another order number too). I have asked my money back, and the refused, although i said i will sent their phone, though they will need to pay for the shipment. I think that they are not relabel, and will recommend not to buy from them. Beware!
Oder a phone, all I have see in my order status is "Processing" there is absolutely no communication. Sent several emails, chat online (chat 1/2 then drop out)
I ordered a smart phone. On the first place it took very long before it was shipped. Probably they do not keep stock. When you place an order they probably will have to order it themselves. I sent an email and had to 3 weeks to get a reply.
They told me the phone was checked by a Geekbuying technician before shipping, and at the same time they also admitted I got a broken device.
