Stay away!

Although their website looks totally legit, this is nothing but a scam. I ordered a phone through their website. Got the initial order confirmation email - said it would be shipped in 1-2 business days and I would receive an email with shipping information. After 6 days - nothing. I contacted their support address, payment address and finally aftersales address asking for the status of my order. NOTHING! No response. At all. Was completely ignored. They just took my money and that was the end of it. Thankfully I payed with PayPal, so I will be disputed this order and pursuing a refund!

They asked for sensitive ID information (they explicitly mentioned passport) to "process orders" using broken languages. Most likely a fake chinese website -- stay out of it

Geekbuying a scam

Thank God I only bought $34 worth of drone parts last November 2016, they have been making excuses why it is delayed. All of them lies. The tracking site they give you apparently is also theirs.

Its a scam folks, i was a victim, i truly hope you don't become one

Only after 1 week that i have payed and after open a claim in PayPal i have knew it that i have to pay more 28.32 Euros what was not contracted.
Terrible chat service.
I have adquired phone S in other warehouses and this was the first time that append.
Beware.

Ok so about 4 days ago I ordered a redmi note 4 and leeco le pro 3 and yet it still says processing WTF! My opinion this is a shady site so beware!

The only reason I purchased a phone from them was because they offered a 3-5 days shipping with DHL. At the time of buying, the website said the phone was in stock and that it takes 2-7 business days for them to ship it. Took them 2 days to process the payment, phone was ordered on 02/28/2017.

When I contacted them for the first time I knew it was a joke. Their consultant are clearly Chinese which is fine but why do they use a picture of an American looking businessman? Anyway I was told that "the phone is very popular and their supplier didn't deliver it on time". Why would your website say it's in stock if it really isn't?

Contacted them again and was pretty unhappy after having the live chat opened for over 3 hours waiting for someone to show up, they told me they got the phone and it was "being tested". When I told them I didn't believe it the consultant said "THE TRUTH is we won't have the phone until the end of next week as we didn't receive enough phones from our supplier". I was told to wait another week.

Contacted them again and was told that they still didn't get the phone but they will leave a note for their colleagues to cancel someone else's order and post it to me as a priority.

Tried to get them to change my order and send me a different phone but gave up when I was told it's gonna take few days to change my order.

Thought the live chat was a joke so decided to send them an email, after 2 days of waiting I got an email asking me to send my email to a different address as they updated their emails and the one I used was for other queries. You should update your website if the emails are wrong.

The most annoying thing is that they don't take any responsibility and blame their supplier saying there's nothing they can do... Let me help you out here... Don't say you have the phone in stock when you don't.

Trying to contact them right now but the live chat isn't working and it's not the first time it's been like that.
Looks like I'm gonna have to go to my bank and get them to get my money back because I don't feel like dealing with their incompetent workers anymore.

Wish I listened to others before I decided to buy anything from them. All those good reviews here are probably posted by geekbuying themselves.
Guys, save your money, stress and nerves and go find your item elsewhere, you will regret dealing with geekbuying.
Been buying stuff online for years and have never experienced anything like that. Very disappointed and angry at myself for not doing enough research before buying but thought the times of fooling people online were over. Stay away from them.

If geekbuying is thinking about replying to this review with one of their BS excuse, please save your keyboard and don't even bother because there's nothing you can say to change my mind about your services.
Will be posting a video review on my YouTube channel and everywhere else to make sure others don't get ripped off like I did.

I ordered 2 xiaoyi dashcams in mid December, it took over 3 months to arrive. When I opened the package and tried the cameras, they were very out of focus and not usable. After contacting after sales service, they offered to refund me $10, I told them to go f**** themselves. After all this I'm out $175 cdn, paypal was of no help.
Please save yourself the headache of dealing with geekbuying.

Unfortunately I had the worst possible experience ever. I have ordered a phone and payed extra for quick shipping (5 buss days) this happened over 30 days ago. I have still not received the phone. I have send over 10 email to every contact I have found, but I got no response. I tried the life chat, but nobody ever replayed either. I am dealing with paypal to get my money back. Good luck everyone

I ordered small quad part good thing it was only $25... They claim to have shipped the item 32 days after they got my money! I started asking about where the product was about 40 days. The tracking info they provide only shows its in transit. And is been the same to this date...

I have asked for them politely at first to give me further detail where the package is they start out nice saying its on its way be patient. Been asking for refund over last 65 days and they asking me to go to my post office to get a stamp that shows that my post office is launching investigation!. WTF?
They dont treat you like a valued customer... Not sure why Paypal does not do more to prevent them from using that service. That would be a good indicator.

YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND NOT END UP WITH PRODUCT!

I placed an order and was quoted 1-2 days processing time. Fast forward 11 days, yes 11 days. Still "Processing shipment" on my order of almost 2 weeks ago. Wrote retailer at all available emails, 3 days later NOTHING, started to file a claim with PAYPAL. They responded same day, "Sorry for the delay, it should have been 2-7 days like we said, but it will ship TODAY". Fast forward 3 days, still "Processing shipment" on an order from 14 days ago, that was promised 1-2 day processing. They wont reply or answer, just dont expect anything other than them accepting your money.

The seller send me unsuitable phone for use in UK or Europe. They agree to give me a full refund and postage. I sent the phone back on 6th of January 2016. But I still haven't received any refund from the seller so far. 25/2/2016

Geekbuying is a rip off

I purchased a GPD q9 from their website it stated on their website that it was in stock. 3 weeks later they got the actual product in and a month later I received it in the mail. The product is not work fully there are dead pixels on the screen after emailing geekbuying which takes two days for them to get back to you there's simple answer was well it's still working how about a $5 refund towards it. This company is rip off, being a Chinese company there is nothing you can do about it unfortunately!

This company is run by absolute flakes. I ordered a drone for my sons birthday over a month ago. When i contacted the seller the first time they said that the factory is closed for the new years celebrations and now 2 weeks in to their new year they never send my items yet. They say that the just got back to work after the celebrations. I had no idea that Chinese get over a month of new years vacations. Rplies to my e-mails is sluggish and very vague at best. There are lots of other companies to do business with... BE WARNED

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I made the mistake of buying a phone from them. It worked for about 3 weeks and then started flattening the battery within hours. I sent it back, asking for a refund. No such luck. This was back in September 2016 and I still don't have a phone, nor a refund in spite of very many emails. Is this called stealing?

I ordered a US$ 720 computer 2 weeks ago. They declined my credit card payment, but charge me. Still waiting for the refund, but merchant seems to do nothing and my bank confirm that they didn't cancel the payment authorisation...

Deceptive and helpless

Ive never been this pissed off online shopping website in my life.
First of all, i dont even like giving a single star to them since i did not received anything at all. When I checked out i was asked to fill my credit card info and I did as they asked. On the next page, the website showed an error and told me to retry after several minutes. I retry again and still not successfully processing so I have registered for paypal and completed the payment finally.
I got back to the website about an hour to check the status I have realized they charged my for my credit card as well as paypal!
They charged me three times.
I contacted customer service but they just ignore until now! And i havent received any messages and shipment! What a scam!

The package was supposed to arrive in 1 month maximum, and instead it arrived in 2,5 months. Nevertheless the product was in its box without any flaws. So, the only problem was the big delay!
