I ordered a Father's Day T-shirt for my husband on June 13, it is now July 19 and still have not received it! I have tried to reach out to customer service and all I get is an automated message, I've tried to call and just get an answering machine. I think I've been scammed!

I ordered a shirt on June 4th with expected delivery June 18-22. On June 5th received an email that the shirt was printing and I should receive shipping information in a few days. Shipping info never came. On June 22nd I tried calling, no answer, so I emailed. Received a generic email stating that orders are late due to covid and I should receive shipping confirmation within 10 business days. On July 6th I emailed again with no response. On June 11th I called and disputed the transaction with my credit card company.
Ordered several items online. Took 6 weeks to process my order. When I receive the items, items received were not what I ordered. Received 2 shirts of the same kind, missing one of what I ordered. Still missing another that still has not even shipped. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I have called their customer service phone number, but get an automated answer, can't even leave a message. Worst company, with really bad customer service. My suggestion is to don't buy from this company or any that is affiliated with them.
Purchased my dad a shirt for Father's Day on May 22nd. Estimated it would be delivered by June 9th. Package still not received. Very disappointed.

I will never order another thing from this site. I ordered shirt on June 1st of 2020 and was then given 6 different delivery dates. The last date being June 18th. Still dont have shirt. Try and get customer service am told they have limited hours due to CVOID 19. Send message keep getting this stupid automatic response. One month now and still have not received the item. Shipping said 5-10 days. Then said due to Corona virus please allow the full ten days. Well it's been over 30. I get automated responses on emails and lots of corona virus excuses (which we all know the shipping has only been slightly delayed during this time, nothing like over a month) When I call they said again due to corona they aren't taking calls (why can't you receive phone calls during the virus?) I have requested a refund and cancelled my order. Very unprofessional, unethical, dishonest company. DO NOT ORDER from them.
It's very frustrating when you cannot get an answer or reach anyone a month after I ordered a shirt, and tracking says it's still processing! This was a Father's Day gift. It shouldn't take over a month to print up one T-shirt. Not very happy at all.

I ordered through a sub company called Rockingthetees.com. Like many of what everyone said, quick to put in processing so no refunds. No one answers phone calls, emails are met with automatic replies and when you give the detailed info to the reply guess what, its the same auto reply. I have contacted my CC company and called spam on FB to have them removed.
Answer: I ordered from this company. They claim their phone is technical difficulties. They took my credit card as American pride. I shut down the credit card with a dispute. I have also turned them in to BBB and they also had no results. Have been told the package was in transit, but now that tracking number is no longer found. Will never do business with them again
