Where's my expedited item?

Called and they said that they are closed for the "holiday". It's Feb 2nd...when did groundhog day become a holiday? Should have gotten my delivery by Jan 30th which was close to when I needed it and paid extra fees to get it. My son's birthday came and went and I'm mom with no present. $37. For a tee shirt is really high imo. I wish I had checked these reviews first, reviews I've seen are all negative. I am posting this to the Redskins group where this business popped up, and to my Google Guide review account. Scammers at worst, a business that should not exist at best!

Shady company

GearLaunch is a shady company they are letting Indian spammers posts hundreds of posts per day on our Facebook business pages selling T-shirts they have no rights to print. We have contacted Intellectual *******@Ford motor company and the Legal department tells us GearLanuch does not have any right to print the Merchandise. We have our Legal team trying to contact them but Apparently they disconnected the phones

Horrible!

I would have given zero stars if that was an option. I ordered a The Originals T-shirt. I had already filed for and received a full refund on this. It's a good thing too. When the tee finally arrived, it was made horribly. You can't even make out the characters' faces. The photos I took look better than the actual tee. I will not even wear it because it would be embarrassing. I would highly suggest you don't ever order from this company.

We don't have items in stock; items are printed to order so, tracking numbers take longer to be emailed. If you ordered during the holidays, it's possible that orders take longer than expected.

When an order is shipped, you'll receive the tracking number by email. We ask buyers to check their spam folder in case emails were sorted incorrectly.

Trademark infringement
December 30, 2022

They have different people/accounts solicit your Facebook page or social media with your stolen logo and selling it without the permissions of the owner of the trademark logo and Company. Emailed them to take it down and their response was that they would let the third-party know. Two days later it started back up with fake accounts selling our logo on sweatshirts. The number leads to no where.

Where is my order?

I ordered several shirts with the family name for us to wear Christmas and here it is Christmas Eve and No Shirts! I am going to look stupid tomorrow when I tell them I STILL don't have them. And since they are Christmas themed we will have to wait a whole year to enjoy them. That is IF they ever show up. They got my money and ran apparently!

Scammers

I haven't received a shirt yet however I paid for one from the rescue that I got my Fur baby from and then I come to find out that gear launch took it upon themselves to make the T shirts, send it out as though it was coming from the research and telling me how there's only one day left to order. Nothing is going to the rescue and the rescue had nothing to do with promoting them using their logo.

Excellent Service

I made the order, paid for it, and received exactly what I ordered, in good time, considering I'm in the UK, and it came from Utah. The Tee is good quality cotton, the printed design is accurate, and as it's an RAF Squadron Crest, accuracy is important. Well done!

Poor quality

They do orders for 3rd party sites. I accidentally ordered shirts from such a site. As soon as you place the order you get an email stating your order is in production which makes cancellation next to impossible because it is "production". Since the site I ordered from did not have permission to use my clubs images, they provided a very lo res file for printing the shirt. They must have no quality control or I would think someone would question how poor the printing was. Money wasted. I guess I can wear for yard work.

Three different facebook fake accounts tagged tons of customers and commented on many posts with the link to these unauthorized shirts. This is clearly a scam designed to make my customers seem like we were trying to push these shirts on them. Terrible business. Need to do better due diligence to ensure their third party vendors they hide behind are authorized.

I ordered a shirt from FLTee.com that has a misspelled design FLAW that I didn't notice until I received it in person. They refuse to offer any resolution to my issue, passing the buck and saying there's nothing they can do about the design being flawed -- not even issuing a refund.

If you order ANY shirt from a business powered by GearLaunch, PUT YOUR DESIRED ITEM UNDER A MICROSCOPE BEFORE YOU BUY IT, OR SAY HELLO TO WASTED MONEY. The shirt I bought ended up being an EXPENSIVE DUST RAG.

Haven for scammers

This site appears to do absolutely nothing to verify that people are authorized to sell the copyrighted merchandise they allow them to link to from non-stop FB scams. Nor do they do much about people taking orders and not delivering. Then they fall back on the "we're just a platform". Turning a blind eye to fraud and relying on customers to police it for you is a garbage business model.

Run don't walk

Ordered a T-shirt that was supposed to be endorsed by a member of my veterans group (found out later he knew nothing about the item) when I ordered the t-shirt I choose the least expensive shipping. When I paid for the item it charged me over $10 for shipping. Also I have never received a confirmation number and when I sent a email to there customer support it bounced as non-existented. I contacted two of there listed numbers only to get a message of "Goodbye " and it hangs up.
Folks this company is a fraud if every there was one.

I would be cautious about using any e-commerce seller that utilizes Gear Launch and would recommend e-sellers to find a more knowledgeable platform to run their e-commerce business.

I wanted to order a hoodie from a site supported by Gear Launch. I got to the checkout and noticed I was being charged sales tax for this item. My ship to address is in Massachusetts and in Massachusetts clothing is generally exempt from sales tax (there are a few exceptions, but none applied here). I messaged Gear Launch and included a link from the Massachusetts General Laws supporting my claim.

Gear Launch replied they're an e-commerce company and are required to collect sales tax because of nexus. Which is true to an extent.

I replied that yes, under the Wayfair case the Supreme Court did away with physical nexus requirements and now e-commerce companies do need to collect sales tax, but what did not change is that if an item is not taxable in a brick and mortar store then it's not suddenly taxable on the internet. The items subject to sales tax and the rates applied to them are the same whether I go down to the local store and buy the item or order from a site that made the mistake of choosing GearLaunch as their platform.

They really need to invest in a solid sales tax platform. There are 50 U.S. states, but there are over 11,000 sales tax jurisdictions in the United States. They don't all have the same rules and you can't rely on some garbage software and claim it complies with current regulations when it in fact does not.

This company has stolen my artwork multiple times. They never remove it once I email them. They are a horrible company who tries to profit from stealing copyrighted images from struggling artists. I am extremely close to suing them for this.
